Like a good fruit bowl and great tortas? Here's your place! I tried the veggie soup and I'm not a fan of the recipe, size of the veggies, or all the corn. I'll try the lentil soup next time. Idk if the produce is organic j probably should have checked. The torta had wonderful bread! The fruit bowl came with honey and cottage cheese, raisins, granola, sunflower seeds and I asked for mango in it. The place is busy, so I got there at a good time, early There was a friend young man who spoke English and a friendly woman who gave me a taste of fruit with a sweet sauce on it. Friendly people were there and I'll go again. Work on: I'd maybe make sure the folks helping people can make some suggestions on favorite items to try. I was game and asked but nothing was recommended to me. I'd also reconsider using such a strong smelling cleaner. It smelled if Fabulouso and for a healthy food place, those chemical smells do not belong. There are healthy alternatives. I would also have a place for women to put their purses in the bathroom. I don't want to put it in the diaper changing area. This is not clean. Just put a hook on the door. Otherwise, the ladies have to hold our bag while using the bathroom. Why do we have to do a balancing act? In addition, someone installed the toilet paper dispenser *way* too low to the ground. Why??? Is this a punishment? Last, it would be nicer if they had a screen to show numbers up instead of shouting orders at people. It made the ambiance not as nice.

Order ahead of time! No dine-in allowed yet! We ordered the Torta Especial, not listed on their menu..includes three types of cold meat, cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce. It is BIG!! We also ordered a large Fruit Salad made with seasonal fresh fruit, topped with Cottage Cheese, Raisins and Granola, honey on the side to drizzle it over individual servings. Yummy!

Update: Since the acai bowl was decent, we returned solely for the acai bowl AND. LET. ME. TELL. YOU. BEWARE!!! The female associate with the green hair does not wash her hands before food preparation. I witnessed her moving around the kitchen, answering phone calls, touching the phone, opening cabinets and refrigerators, and not once did she wash her hands before cutting up fruit with her bare hands. No gloves. Nothing. It's bad enough food service does not require employees to wear masks now, but we have to question hand washing now, too. They were so busy I just had to walk out. I will be making a complaint directly to management. If you plan on ordering a ham torta, prepare yourself to receive a veggie torta. There was literally a slice and a half of deli ham on my torta. To make it even more veggie and disappointing, the menu says the torta comes with sliced cheese but there was no cheese to be found. Come on Fruta’s. It’s a shame when you increase your prices but decrease the portions. Sure, the length of your torta is sufficient but when I order a ham torta, I’d like to be able to taste the meat and cheese. I might as well have picked up some bolillos and veggies from Northgate. On to the chawatermelon. I could not drink this. It tasted like pure chamoy. The chawatermelon is now a “chachamoy.” $8.00 down the drain along with the drink. One star because they’ve been good in the past and when I ordered online it was ready on time. Another star for the freshness of the avocado and a decent açaí bowl.

Great place to come grave some delicious food. They have a great selection of samwiches and fresh made to order juices. Bathrooms are not very clean. Sometime its reminds me of a gas station restroom. Services can me off someday depending on how busy they get.

THIS PLACE HAVE GREAT OPTIONS THEY ALWAYS HAVE FRESH FRUIT FOR THEIR SALADS, SANDWICHES AND WRAPS ARE GREAT! I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEIR BREAKFAST BURRITOS IT WAS LIKE HAVING MASHED POTATOES ON A WRAP BUT ON EVERYTHING ELSE YOU CAN’T GO WRONG

I’ve been coming here for years, always fresh delicious food. The veggie soup and açaí bowls are beyond amazing. If only they added mango to the fruit salad, but they don’t you have to ask for it to be included.

I enjoyed the "Torta de Lomo" it is a Mexican sandwich, very tasty with fresh lettuce and aguacate. I suggest that they apply a small quantity of refried black beans in it.

Everything is made fresh with a delightful appeal. You can change the entrees up for preference and they all taste spectacular

Ordered a tuna sandwich & a strawberry banana smoothie, the lady was pretty rude. The sandwich bread was soggy (ate it as it was served so it wasn't sitting for long on my end.) Jalapeños tasted old. The smoothie was good tho. For the price it was not worth it. Also the parking SUCKS.

If it weren’t for the fact that the food is good, I’d rate this place at zero stars. I ordered a fruit salad over the phone, came in to pay, was not acknowledged by staff for almost 10 minutes…and even then the salad still wasn’t ready. I’m not sure exactly what the issue is, but it is apparent that customer service isn’t a priority here.

Nice place healty food and also a variety of sandwiches wraps soups that makes your visit a good eating experience. Prices are at good standard my stomach was happy at the end.

Had the turkey sandwich with bacon. Absolutely amazing, the melted cheese went well with the sandwich. The avocado was very fresh. Tasted fresh and light.

My first time here. I had a ginger fruit juice shot that was delightful. Love everything hot, so giving me extra 🌶 peppers (with a smile) for my delish torta was a nice touch. Cudos to training and hiring great client facing people. Only thing that would make it better for me would be eco-friendlier ♻️ recycling

Food is actually pretty good when they get your order right. Been here a few times, they tend to get at least one thing in the order wrong each time. I don't think it's worth waiting 20+minutes for them to fix it and make it right - and that's on top of the 20 minutes for it to come out after ordering.

the food was great !!! but the service not acceptable they kick us out. we spent $100 on food and told us we could use the outside tables in the middle of eating an employee came out and kicked us out saying they had to bring in the tables and chairs..... we weren't told they were closing so we ended up tailgating in the parking lot in the dark....

This place is awesome anytime I want a good sandwich. I go here. They also have great Fruit Salads but their sandwiches are the bomb.

Ordered corn in a cup and it was cold. This is supposed to be served warm and it wasn't so the other ingredients in it like cheese didn't mix well.

Seems like they were short staffed so we waited quite a bit for out order. overall the food was great good and the juices were great. Will he back again when I'm in town.

We love the place but lately the tortas that we have ordered were super toasty almost burnt. Today the soup was very salty and cold..the veggy torta was cold too; we asked to have it reheated 😞..my husband left the place very unhappy today...at other occasions my husband ordered milanesa torta and the quality of the meat was horrible; too many nerves in the meat and hard to chew 😞 I think a quality control manager should be in place...thank you 🤗

Above my imagination on the avocado toast 😋…perfectly delicious. The juice was good but would’ve been perfectly delicious if they had added the ice I ordered with it (Not a fan of room temp drinks) Overall, great customer service, and delicious order.

Ordered a lomo torta. Bread, lettuce, tomato was fresh. It was large but a bit pricey ($10). The whole torta was lacking magic of a Mexican torta… most likely it was because it was low on the lomo (shoulder), the key ingredient was only one thin slice. It was more like a lettuce and tomato torta. I doubt I will give them another chance… to many other choices.

Loved it!! The chamango was one of the best I've had!! Lots of little candies in the shake. The chamoy fruit salad was amazing. Can't wait to try other items.

This guy's make the best tortas in Chula Vista Don't go to Chula Vista without first stop by and get one of those Tortas. My favorite is the Torta de Lomo is the most delicious 😋

Food was excellent , only drawback was it was slow. Waited 20 minutes for my take out!
