    Really good food, amazingly delicious and really good serving size. Cons: way way too long of a wait, nonalcoholic drinks took forever, extra limes took forever, food took forever, server was lagging on items, and ordered sirloin medium and was mushy dark red rare, had to ask several times for butter, several times for lemons, several times for refill. To be fair, the food taste-wise was good but the service was trash

    Good food, great price, but the wait is a bit painful. That was then, this is now!! 10/1/22 Short wait, excellent service and the food is yummy! Stuffed mushrooms are the bomb! Blackened salmon, amazing fully loaded potato with broccoli 🥦 😋 👌 😍 Hubby ordered Flounder with Lobster sauce . 😋 Yummy. Nummy!

    Had not been to Red Lobster in a while due to the pandemic, menus were consolidated. Upon asking the waiter for lunch suggestions he recommended the burger... That was the first time I heard of Red Lobster selling a burger and have it suggested over other sea food items. We ordered and all went well, the food was delicious but as soon as we finished dining my mother and I experienced a terrible case of instant diarrhea that lasted for the rest of the afternoon.

    Red Lobster use to be a favorite for birthday celebrations, however it has become an overpriced average place for seafood. The breading on everything was taseless, hard, and overcooked. Salad dressing was watered down to the point it too was tasteless. Service was outstanding however. The wait staff were friendly and perfectly attentive.

    Great experience last night. I wish I could give It a four and a half. Server was great and had a sense of humor. They were short staffed but our server was still very attentive, he was great even though he was getting pulled every direction. Food came out as fast as I expected it to and was hot. Lobster, crab, and shrimp were cooked perfectly. I usually visit a different Red Lobster but this one is a lot better. Also, the restaurant was very clean. Over all great experience from being greeted at the door to leaving.

    The Chula Vista place is ok, not a great decor, and I'm talking about the stinky old dirty carpet. It really smells so rotten and old. Our server was ok, (not extraordinary service but reasonable ok).

    Happy Hour at Red Lobster is the best!The bartenders are super cool and drinks are great! I recommend that you sit at the bar. I had a salad and shrimp platter that was all you can eat! Always the best go to!

    Just had lunch with my mom. I had duo lobster tail with rice and sea salted fries while my mom had fish and chips. Food was tasty and our server was helpful and courteous.

    It's been a long week with rushed appointments and meetings. Only had time for quick meals so I thought I would slow down and get a casual mean. I chose Red Lobster. I haven't been to Ted Lobster in at least 10 years. So away I went. I was really early for the evening meal so the place was not busy. I did notice that the furniture was starting to show some age. I chose my meal of Mahi Mahi with a ginger soy glaze over rice. Also came with premium vegetables. I decided to hedge my bet and ordered a side salad and crispy brussel sprouts. I'll cut to the chase, Mahi Mahi was way over cooked. Hard and dry as sand. The premium vegetables were under cooked and hard. The side salad was okay and the brussel sprouts were delicious. A mixed bag. The server was excellent. Wish the was as good as the server.

    I had the most amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful, from the appetizers to the desserts. Everything was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors. The presentation was also very appealing, with colorful and creative dishes that looked like works of art. I was so impressed by the food that I didn't think to take a picture until after I started eating. I regretted not capturing the beauty of the food, but I was too busy enjoying the taste. The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave me great recommendations based on my preferences. They also checked on me regularly, and refilled my water and bread without me having to ask. They made sure that I had everything I needed, and that I was satisfied with my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and good service. It is definitely one of the best places I have ever eaten at, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes. It is worth every penny, and you won't regret it.

    They didn't have the sauce for the coconut shrimp. They didn't bother to let us know at the time we ordered. My husband asked for a lemon slice 3 times. We never received it. We asked 3 different people that came to check on our table. Why did they even bother?

    Once we finally got seated, our server took long to take our orders and was very confused on everything he did. The food took more than an hour to make and a portion which was supposedly “jumbo” was absolutely tiny. The food was good, I would expect better service for the price I am paying tho.

    We had a really nice time eating dinner here for my son’s 10th birthday. His choice! He went with the kids lobster tail, which is no longer listed on the kids meal, but it’s still available. I was happy it was Endless Shrimp season so I dug in to all the delicious shrimp options - garlic scampi, coconut shrimp, and linguini alfredo. I must admit I was shocked just how delicious the pasta was! After dinner, my son was surprised with a free sundae. Thank you to our server, and everyone else, for making it a memorable visit!

    This is my first time eating at this restaurant. We were seated within 15 minutes of arriving. Reception staff were friendly and us informed of how much longer till seating. After seating, we ordered our drinks. I chose the peach mango tea. After 2 glasses, they ran out of mango puree. They offered another flavor drink, but the tea was great. Ran out of biscuits, made more. I know it is pressure on the severs and waitress. They were able to maintain a friendly atmosphere and adapt to the challenges.

    Walked in and the young lady that greeted us with a smile she also did a little dance for us, what a great vibe, great server with a great attitude. Everyone was so nice, made for a great meal.

    Great food, great ambiance and great service! Prices have inched up a bit but haven't they everywhere these days. The lobster stuffed flounder was delicious and reasonably priced. Likewise, our table also ordered the meal for 2 comprised of Steak, shrimp, lobster and bacon Mac with 2 salad sides and it was perfect in every way. Lastly, I can't overlook mentioning the signature Red Lobster biscuits, which were spot on , as always!

    Don’t order take out. My order was no complete. My mistake is that I didn’t check the order before I left the restaurant. I called and Sandy answered the phone and was placed on hold for 5min. Not acceptable- I hang-up. Second time placed for two min on hold. I requested to speak to the man that’s behind the bar with glasses because he took my order. I explained to him the situation- and he suggested to speak to the manager- more time on hold. I gave up. I want my tip back after all the man just punched the order in the machine. Don’t waste your money!

    Traveling can be exhausting and environmentally unfamiliar… However, there’s nothing like a great meal to soothe the day. I have to say this location has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. A resturant can have amazing food but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWAYS AN EXPECTATION. I would like to thank the RL staff for appreciating and valuing your customers!!

    I got the Crab-Stuffed Shrimp Rangoon -Which was too crispy I couldn't really taste the crab. Creamy Lobster Baked Potato -Was good, but just wasn't enough sauce for the potato. I believe I only got 1 piece of lobster. 😶 Brownie Overboard® -It was very rich. If you like that kind of sweetness. Pepsi® 2-Pack -Nothing wrong with fountain drinks but I was under the impression of receiving 2 cans. Include Cutlery Kit (Fork, Knife, Spoon and Napkin) -I did not receive any of this. ..... It was good. Just wasnt enough for the cost. Snack on Lobsters.

    Got the NY Strip and Ultimate Feast delivered. The steak, lobster, crab and shrimp were all great. I noticed the lobster and crab should come with drawn butter, they did. My fries needed to come with ketchup, and they did. The fried shrimp should come with cocktail sauce, not so!! I apparently have to purchase that separately, why? $90.00 for 2 meals, you would think they would throw in the cocktail sauce. Oh, so coleslaw is made with a dressing... and it's not mayonnaise!!!

    I had a horrible experience and that's a for a better choice of words. I understand it's valentine's and it could get crazy at times. However, the service provided for take out orders was horrible. I placed and order at 445pm and scheduled to pick it up at 645pm. upon arrival, I was told my order will take an additional 20 min to complete. I didn't understand why an order placed 2hr in advance was not ready but hey 20 minutes, fine. After the additional 20 min my order was still not ready and other people were getting theirs. After speaking with a few customers that were waiting it became clear that they had placed orders 1hr to an 1 and a half in advanced. This information made me frustrated as in why are they getting served before completing mine. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever been through and it's completely unacceptable. The manager was no help and the place was a disaster. I picked 1 stars because I had to pick something to be able to write.
