SO EASY! I ordered on my Pizza Hut app (I’ve been a Pizza Hut fan since back in the good old days of the free personal Pan pizza with BOOK IT what WHAT! LOL) and then I decided to save $10 for delivery (it’s about $5.00 for delivery fee and then about $5.00 for tip) by picking up my pizza via curbside service. You’ll need to specify that you want curbside service at the checkout of your app. Once you arrive, you press “I’m here” and here came the Pizza Hut worker to my driver’s side! YUMMY SUPREME PIZZA WITH EXTRA MARINARA SAUCE BECAUSE IT’S A FREE ADD-ON! This place is very quick and efficient! Enjoy your pizza!

I ordered on line to pick up at Palomar store it was on time, exactly as I ordered excellent temperature and taste 2 large pan pizzas one pep.& bacon, other pep.& sausage and bread sticks👍

I had a horrible experience and it was during the baseball playoffs. They never delivered my pizza because they said someone called and canceled my order and did so without asking the proper questions and then blamed me, who just wanted to eat pizza and watch baseball. Please do and treat your LOYAL customers, better.

Quick, hot and delicious. Still some of the best pizza around. Now if they could just get the buffalo sauce right on the wings.

We associate fast food with bad quality of ingredients and bad customer service. I remember when pizza places used to provide utensils, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and napkins. My pizza was average. The pizza dough was not crispy and buttery as it used to be. I'd rather spend my money on a small mom and pop shop that really care about their customers than spend it on a franchise.

Best Store Customer Service, My wife messed up and order Cheese Pizza instead of Pepperoni, Called the manager by phone and without any hesitation he swap out the pizza for me, my kids are happy, Thank You Sir.

This place does not provide red pepper. They will sell it to you for $3.00. And they will not accept $50 bills. What kind of pizza joint is this. Even little ceasar will provide red pepper for free. Ridiculous

It's had been a long time since we had Pizza Hut because the we weren't pleased with the quality. We decided to give it a try again in May and it was delicious! We decided to try it again in June and again it was so good!! Pizza Hut, I think we're back. Keep up the good work.

Customer services definitely need some more training. Kind and friendly is not their thing. My orders are constantly getting to me cold or just never get delivered at all (even when I add specific details on how to deliver to my address), its not a huge apartment complex yet they still manage to deliver incorrectly constantly. I've waited over an hour for delivery/re-delivery and never have been compensated for the long wait nor their mistakes of delivery.

The Pizza Hut on Palomar St in Chula Vista is above all the other stores .No matter when I order from them , the food is always hit, made perfect to order and tastes spectacular. I would definitely recommend this store & it's very friendly staff.

There pizza has changed I remember going as a kid and playing pac-man with the old pitcher's of your flavor of soda... it's still a good place to go with the family it's just not the same as when we were kids.... My son liked the pizza but he wasn't to fond of the sauce I guess that's what I mean by the pizza ain't the same.... Enjoy everyone and remember to do this with the ones you love.

Not only did we receive NO notification that our food was delivered, which was left out in the cold for however long, but when we opened our mom's pizza it looked like it was just thrown in the box. We assume it may have fell, but really does look like an absolute mess. Horrendous service and delivery.

Very glad to have had the chance to stop in this place, I have had the pleasure of having a night out with the ones that I hold close to enjoy the great taste of the hut lol thank you for the love that was showed to me

This is the worst Pizza Hut of them all. They do not respect promotions at all. Website has all kinds of good promos and I select this store and not one promo applies to that store. Bs franchise owners

Quality is all over the place. Ordered the Big Box Dinner. Box was bent into 3 and smashed the pizza into the lid. Upgraded to cheese bread sticks and they were burned. Extremely unsatisfied. Sometimes this location is good, sometimes it is horrible. I love Pizza Hut, but hate this location. I was a different one could deliver to me, and I would order more than I already do!

I ordered mozzarella sticks & paid for mozzarella sticks but received cheese bread. The Pizza Hit on Palomar St in Chula Vista is hot & cold. No consistency at all.

I waited all day for my pizza to show up and that never show up so I want a free pizza for my order tomorrow

I loved it it fast and hot I'm kind of a connoisseur when it comes to Pizza I used to work for Pizza Hut when I was attending college I paid my way through college through working there University back in Hawaii and it was good this pizza I got was good here

Ordered extra pep and an additional topping of sausage. Got a pizza with patches in the cheese and one or two pieces of pepperoni per slice. This location is in the ghetto so im not surprised, but I am def not going back to this store. Gotta hire bettwr folk that arent high and lazy 💯🙄
