Haven’t been to PF Changs in sometime. We got a seat within 5 minutes as the host promised and may have had the best waiter in the house. I had the Chilean sea bass which was excellent and a must try if you don’t mind the price. My wife had the Singapore noodles and that was superb. For appetizer the tempura fried calamari did not disappoint. We will be going back very soon.

Great place to eat. Chicken lettuce wraps are great. Changs spicy chicken is good. Most of the food is very delicious. The drinks are very well served.

Bro took me for birthday dinner and they didn't disappoint. Stephen recommended me the honey crispy chiken. It was bomb. The red dragon was legit. Ending with a huge slice of chocolate cake. All the servers are great and Stephen made it greater. Your the best. Thanks.

Love this place, it was my bf and I first time here and its not gonna be the last everything was really good, we recommend the dumplings and the dynamite roll, for drink my bf loved the plumb wine and for me the pomegranate lemonade, for dessert we got the changs Apple crunchs really good!

First time eating here. Loved the food and service. Food is fresh and lots of flavor. Wife and kids really liked this place. I went here because I read some article on google news about p. f. Changs being voted #1 Chinese food restaurant in San Diego so I had to try it out. Let me tell you they didn’t disappoint. I recommend everyone try them.

The food was great we also had the best waiter name Jeremiah he was really Attentive funny real happy… We talked to the manager about how great he is and that he should train all the staff

What a nice way to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks great. Service from Jeremiah was excellent - engaging and attentive. And the on-the-house special desert was exciting!

So delicious! My favorite are the lettuce chicken wraps. However everything we ordered was so delicious. We had a great dinner.

Cons, this is not a family friendly restaurant, don't bring kids. I had to take away a star for not getting the seats we wanted, this restaurant has tons of beautiful booths, and having two toddlers of 2 and 3, we asked for a booth so we may trap them in between us and prevent our kids from running around in the restaurant, despite the fact of alot of availability we were refused. And therefore dining became less enjoyable. The restaurants front hosts were sad and seemed to be stressed out. Pros, the giant horse at the entrance, very amazing discovery for my toddler, the bartender was the best, friendly, attentive, all around a pleasant person. Bar is fully stocked and clean. The food tastes amazing, everything on the menu is well prepared. We has the chicken lettuce wrap, ginger chicken, sushi rolls, green beans,, all tasted amazing. Definitely great tasting Chinese food.

I've never been to this place. I was excited to experience a new restaurant and hopefully make it one of our go to places to eat. We arrived, was greeted, and was told there was a 10 min wait. Wait time was accurate. The restaurant wasn't too full. We were sta down and menus given. My wife and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted. Then we waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. About 20 min passed and not one single server stopped to even take our drink order. There were other individuals that had arrived after us and their orders were taken. It's not like we sat in a corner. We were literally in a booth right in the middle of the restaurant. As waiters kept passing by and even a manager we still did not get asked if we wainted to place an order of deinks or food. We decided to just leave. To be fair, I could have flagged women down but are a high end restaurant I shouldn't have to. I never experienced the Chang and will never come back again. Quick Update: We went to Golden House Chinese Food on Palm and we were not only seated but our order taken and served literally in 20 min. This is a great place to eat and the food is always fresh and affordable.

I feel like if you want to have nice dinner outing this place is just ok. You won't have a problem with service. But don't expect it be authentic in flavor. This chain restaurant is targeted to a different audience who likes a specific taste. The plating and the vibe is amazing. Just not worth the overpriced menu. Save money and have an authentic meal at a Panda Express.

We attended this P.F. Chang’s as a part of our Xmas work dinner and we loved it! The service was on point and so was the food! We attended at 8 pm so it wasn’t as full and everything went super smooth! It was also one of our employees birthday and they were so kind to bring him cake! Which was also delicious! Lots of parking at this location and super clean place as well. Everything was great I would definitely recommend coming here!

First time coming to this location! And I will definitely be coming back! Everyone was friendly! Our server Omar, was the best! He went out of his way to explain the menu items and gave us awesome feedback before we ordered! We had the Pad Thai and the Fried Rice! Mom said this was the best Pad Thai she's had! And she is very hard to please! Anyways, thanks to your delicious food and the impeccable customer service from Omar, we will definitely be coming back!

It was our first time eating here and we are for sure coming back. Food was great, our server Roldan was fantastic, super nice experience!

Their lunch specials are ALWAYS worth it! The service was super fast and the wait wasn't kind at all.

It had been over a year that I didn't visit this store and I guess I chose the wrong day to go back. Food was ok and the server was quite attentive but the kitchen was overwhelmed by the orders because our food took a long time and in parts we were 3 in our party and they brought one dish at a time like every 10 minutes and half way on to our meal we order desert and it took longer than the meal itself to come out. It was not a very good experience that afternoon I will give them one last chance soon and retry to see if they get better but if not them they will definitely hear from me here and at their website.

First time coming here 😄 and I LOVED IT! I came with 2 friends, well, they took me out for dinner and I chose here because of my lost wait to find Sesame Chicken here on the West Coast.. So of course I got the Sesame Chicken and it was PERFECT! I really Loved how the veggies (peppers and onions) tasted like they came right off the grill and made the whole dish pop. Delicious!! My appetizer was the Dynamite Shrimp and that was frickin delicious too! I am excited to come again and try the chicken lettuce wraps and some other dishes. Everyone from the check in counter to out wait staff were very awesome and friendly 😁 5 stars all around. I'll definitely be back!

The glass noodles were my favorite food of all the food we ordered. Everything else we could've gone to any other Chinese Food place and save some money. Our server was the best, his name is Roldan Alex, he was attentive, made suggestions, and came around enough times to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is nicely decorated and they have plenty of tables. We waited about 5 minutes and it was a Friday afternoon.

The food was delicious and our waiter Omar R. was amazing. He was very attentive, very friendly, he went above & beyond to give us exceptional service. Will definitely come back & request to be seated in his area. Thank you for making our experience at P.F. Chang’s great Omar!

Had an amazing experience at this location. Our server Hannah was very attentive and friendly, especially to my 5 year old. She made sure she brought a sparkler to our little girl for her Birthday. Hannah had a lot of patience with us and made our little girl’s birthday night extra special. Outstanding service! Will come back soon!

I love this movie theater. I went with my family yesterday and it was kept clean, it was staffed well. The tickets were only $8.50 and we took advantage of the Sunday family meal deal which was only $11 and it included a bucket of popcorn, candy, and two drinks.

The decor has changed!! Wonderful. Service was great The, the waitress was wonderful. The food, on the other hand, was not that great. 😕 The brown rice was not good...like pebbles, then the white rice was disappointing...simple things. BUT I suppose rice can be tricky at times. The ginger chicken and broccoli, my favorite item to order ....was dry. Then the chocolate soufflé was not even done....it was like mush. The texture was off. So, we asked for the check, paid and left. 😞

Omg my family and I were amazed with our service last night our server Vanessa was amazing! She excited us with new menu arrivals which we can't wait to try. During the pandemic we haven't been out and we really missed Pf Chang's the remodel looks amazing! And it is awesome to know that servers like Vanessa are just as excited as we are with new things coming to Chang's. Can't wait to go back and hopefully bump into our new favorite server!

Hostest at the front was very sweet. Waiters were ok had to wait a while for food and for the check but food good. Bathrooms almost didn't match the indoor dining area which was nice, neat and clean. Bathroom was a bit dirty and just looked unclean.

You know how we're in a pandemic and it's hard to find good help. Well this place prove it. I got seated and waited 20 minutes for somebody to get my drinks. I had to stand up and flag somebody down and I saw other tables doing the same. All while seven or eight employees were hanging out. It's almost like the employees know they can't get fired. It just so happens to manager saw me waving somebody down and she did her best to make it better but she could only do so much with that staff. Good luck miss manager

The Otay Ranch location is the best! We had Salt n pepper Prawns they were fantastic, a little Spicy. The Fire Roasted Short Ribs with pineapple fried rice is excellent but its a very small portion for a hefty price. The manager is excellent and very attentive to the diners. Our server was great at recommending the dishes and communications.

Was a bit pricey but I had no complaints delicious food and good size portions. We could not eat everything ate our leftovers following day. We usually give to homeless , however , none insight; Too late and too cold to be outside

We ended up dining here tonight because the place we originally planned on going to had a long wait time. I’m not a huge fan of PF Chang’s when it comes to the food based on previous experiences but the bbq spare ribs were surprisingly good. My boyfriend had the fried rice which was also good (lacking a little salt/flavor) but overall good. The chicken lettuce wraps are a must have every time you come here. They have raised their prices a bit so that is something to consider. We paid $57 for lettuce wraps, bbq ribs, and the fried rice entree. The highlight of our dinner was Jeremiah our server. Stellar doesn’t even begin to describe his service. He was attentive, friendly, professional, personable and energetic. He checked in on us constantly during our meal, so much so I realized we didn’t need to ask for a single thing. It was refreshing to have a server who didn’t seem like he was just there for a paycheck and went the extra mile from the time we sat down to the time we left.

Delicious food nice atmosphere menu items were as expected. Waitress polite and boxed our uneaten. No surprises, no disappointments just what I wanted. I'll be back.

Very clean and nice decor. They did not have an item due to delivery issues, which seems to be the trend in many places. We ordered the beef lunch bowls w/ Brown rice & the green bean appetizer. It was delicious. A bit pricey here though. What made it worth it, was having lunch with my comadre.

Went with a big party on Tuesday for a birthday celebration and we were more than taken care of. Our food was delicious and was brought out in a timely matter. Our server Dariush made our dinner experience excellent, he was very attentive, fast, and genuine. We will definitely be coming back!

I always love their lettuce wraps! Everyone enjoyed their food. We sat outside, a few of the tables weren't cleaned so I cleaned the one we wanted myself. The waiter never introduced himself...I eventually even had to ask him his name. When we mentioned we were ready to put our drink orders in when he was ready. He stood at the door holding it open as if we were going to give him the order while he was just standing there looking at us and not at our table. It was a little weird. A friend said "oh, are you ready now, sorry, you had the door open so I wasn't sure". He finally walked over to the table and took our drink order. Overall the worst service I've ever had at a P.F. Changs and we've eaten at several locations in Cali and AZ.

My review is on the service which is terrible! Food is great. Ordered online curbside order. When we arrived, we notified them that we were there. After 15 min of waiting, we called and they said they would be out soon, that they were just adding utensils. Another 15 min passes and I ask my husband to just go in. The hostess turns around and grabs the bag behind her which apparently had just been sitting there! We waited 30 min just for my husband to walk in and get our order in 1 min. Mind you the only reason for curbside anyway was because I could not walk from a recent surgery and my husband did not want to leave me alone on the car. What’s the point of preordering and prepaying for curbside if you still have to wait half an hr and still go in?! Not what I expect from a nice restaurant like PF Chang’s. Horrible customer service!

Took like 10mins to pay cause the staff did not know you can pay with apple pay/ samsung pay..but that's not the half of it. I called in my order for a fried rice and a coconut cooler to go. After I finally paid and got my food I felt like the drink was half way so I checked I showed it to the manager he said it's because of the 12oz cup. I've had this drink at pf changs and I know the comparison it's not that much and they always pack this drink with ice so be careful with this hack of a place. Ps this drink costs 8 bucks and you can see in the image what it is 🤣

Definitely going back. I love how the bar has walk in sitting instead of waiting for a table at the dining table. The bartender, I believe his name was Alex, was very knowledgeable on the drinks being served and would suggest drink depending on our liking of flavors! He’s a better server than Stephen and Daruish as well, but honestly all the employees there are friendly and will try their best to make your experience at P.F. Chang’s worth. Go give it a try!

Our food was great. The sea bass is always really nice, but the best part of our visit had to be our server Roldán Alex’s service. He was so kind, welcoming, and offered fantastic suggestions on drinks and food. Will definitely be coming back in hopes of being greeted by him again!

My family and I come here often and we always have a good experience. Just recently we went again for dinner and Roldan just made our dining experience even better. He made us feel like family and was so accommodating and attentive to us all. 100% would recommend!
