As far as you can get away from japanese food. I ordered a Yakisoba and they gave me a Chow Mein with a few shrimps and pretended it was a Yakisoba. The sushis were tasteless and we asked them to be served before the main course and they didn't follow the instructions and the main course came first 😒. That place is an insult to japanese food. Service was mediocre but not as bad as the food. I would never eat there anymore... Ever.... And I strongly recommend people to stay away from that cheap chinese imitation of a Japanese restaurant.

Why y'all complaining so much?? This place isn't bad, it's GREAT. The staff are friendly, and the sushi is BOMB! To all the bad reviews, your opinions are valid, whether you like sushi or not. BUT take into consideration that the staff aren't robots, but humans. They have good and bad days. Don't expect to be treated like the leader of the world for walking into a sushi restaurant. They are just trying to make a living. Imagine how hard it'd be to deal with rude costumers everyday. Don't be so harsh on this restaurant. In my opinion this restaurant is great, whether you agree with me or not.

This place is my favorite! Before the pandemic, the customer service was HORRIBLE but now they have seemed to have gotten better. Besides that, the food is delicious. Where else can you find a California roll for less than $4?! The dragon roll and rainbow rolls are about $8-$9 each when I've seen them be around $12-$14 at other places. They sell delicious sushi for a great price. The hand rolls are big too. Affordable and delicious! Thank you to all the chefs.

I come here about once every other month. My last visit was on Sunday for mother's Day. The quality of the sushi has been declining ever since covid shutdown. This time around we ordered edamame, was served cold, didn't know it was an option. The fire roll, which is one of our favorites and we order every time was missing some of the jalapeno. The spicy shrimp that I've ordered another places, usually has the shrimp marinated in the spicy sauce and then put inside the roll. This time around it was inside the role but the spicy was just spread outside on top of the roll. The sriracha sauce was watered down heavily! As was the sauce provided with the gyoza. The Philadelphia roll, was missing salmon in some of the pieces. Water in cups is is no longer an option, but bottled water is offered. Ginger was not included with some of the sushi. Had to keep asking these past few times. And of course what everybody's complaining about is the Styrofoam plates/bowls and plastic forks make the sushi less appealing and not environmental friendly. Time to start looking for a new sushi place!!.

Place must be under new ownership. The food was not the same as before. Their Bento “box” isn’t a box, it’s served in a disposable plate. They no longer even serve tap water, only bottled water and won’t even give you a cup. They brought a Styrofoam soup bowl so I can drink my water. Some rolls are so big might as well be a hand roll. On the positive side, the Teriyaki chicken and the Sweet and Sour chicken was good but the California roll was subpar. Prices were reasonable as well. We used to order from here often and are very disappointed. We won’t likely return.

I hope management reads this and effect the business. I want to keep coming back to Sushi House but it's difficult to recommend to others when this place is unorganized. The service isn't good, there is no greeting when a customer walks in. The staff and owners aren't Japanese, but at least try to be welcoming like Japanese people, the lack of food presentation and taste gives it away that the food isn't genuine Japanese as the rolls are big. The sushi is also what I consider "Mexican style" sushi, big fat rolls and non-stick rice with lots of creme cheese. They focus on quantity and not quality. And the Styrofoam plates they serve sushi makes it feel super cheap. The food isn't presentable, when sushi itself is suppose to be appealing to the eyes. I feel like over the years the staff just stopped caring, which explains the Styrofoam plates

1 of best reasonable priced places 4 sushi. Their takeout bus. is the most I've ever seen! 9 piece mixed sashimi only $13 & bento box $13. Spicy tuna roll the best, lots of tuna, never seen 1 this big!

Place is a bit small, but service is very fast. After ordering I don't believe it took more than 10 minutes to get our food. Food is very good!!

This place makes some decent sushi and by no means am I a sushi expert. This place is always busy, you can dine in and take out. Prices are very reasonable and the food portions are nice. Service could be better but I'll take good prices over great service, good service is ok in my book. If you're not a snotty sushi bar person and the normal shop setting isn't a deal breaker, then give the sushi house a try. You won't regret it.

Sushi house used to be best. It was so delicious, I would go every week. I keep going back, expecting it to be great again, but it just does not cut it. The lady at the front desk is always rude. And the food is not half as good as before. I am sure they can tell, before there were lines to get food. The wait was long, but it was worth it, not anymore.

Prices are good but quality and taste of food is ok. Not sure since when they serve your food in disposable plates. Feels cheap.

Very generous on their cuts of fish for the sashimi and nigiri. The rolls were good for the price point and the service was quick. The food coming out of the kitchen smelled really good coming out. That might be worth ordering if you're not in the mood for sushi

Omg! So I always post reviews because I'm a strong believer in giving feedback. Never coming here again! For th3 amount of traffic here , their service isn't the worse but it's not good. And th3 food is dry. I'm 99% certain the food is microwaved before coming out . I asked for a cup with ice and the brought this small azz thing and I'm like give me a real normal cup and she's like no sorry. It's for order only. The whole thing about eating woth plastic plates is disgusting to me !!!! I'm not at a party at the park. I came to have a sit down dinner and I'm served like a child woth plastic all over. How much plastic their wasting is sad! Don't come plz. Nothing about this place makes u wanna come.

These are the rudest people I have experienced in a long time. I went in and ordered my food to go. After I swiped my card the guy said "wait outside please" I thought I misheard him and then when confirmed, I asked for my money back to cancel my order. Literally a second later he said my order was ready. I want fresh food and good service. If I wanted a premade roll I would go to Ralph's, which I ended up doing. It didn't look that clean either. I left without even getting my money or taking the food. RUDE RUDE RUDE...

This is the best sushi place I've ever been to and I've never had to pay n arm and a leg here. The family owned business is very clean and the workers are very nice and respectful. If your looking for a great sushi place then sushi house is where you want to be. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

Sushi fried rolls I buy here taste pretty good, especially the Jalapeño roll, it's my go to with some chicken fried rice or the fire roll, it lives up to it's name. Sure makes your mouth feel like its on fire. The exception is when they over fry the rice, which makes it taste a bit burnt. The line and wait time is also a downside, sometimes a small order as mines can take 30-40 minutes when ordering on the phone. Longest it's taken is an hour, but the employee apologized for the inconvenience and tried to make up for it. Haven't tried dining in because the place is so small and crowded but it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive from home, plus the prices are pretty reasonable.

My husband and I have tried almost every sushi place we could find. Our biggest problem is finding a sushi restaurant that can give you high quality, fresh handmade rolls that aren't overwhelmed by the flavors of sauces and other seasonings. And we also enjoy being able to frequent these restaurants without breaking the bank. In our experience, many sushi restaurants try to be trendy by creating these fancy Gucci rolls that are just too complicated and the flavors don't layer very well. But this place is conveniently close to our house and the service is excellent. It's checks all our boxes. We highly recommend you try Sushi House! The TJ rolls was excellent!! 😊
