Cheap but low-quality food. Sushi is not fresh. Crab barely has any meat. French fries and fried chicken are good. All soups are salty and taste like it's been sitting in the pot for a while. Staff clear the plates in decent speed. Ice cream was just okay. Probably not going back.

UPDATE REVIEW: 10/29/2023 All good 12-9-2022. Visited Lunch Time. First of All. I'm updating my review to 2 Stars this is because they change lots of stuff. First after ypu pay they gave you this plaque that said Reserve you have to look for your own table. Lots of unclean tables. NO tables available so we had to wait.. there's only 2 person who's cleaning the table and serving drinks. On food selection they take away the shrimp and the clams. It's usually there on lunch but all of a sudden it's not there anymore. Too crowded also they still accepting customers even though there's no table available, alot of people walking around looking for tables to seat on.

the food is great. but the staff?? straight up mean. we were paying for 8 people and some of our family is paying separately. so the first 8 went to go in straight, it was almost 30mins, and they're not letting our other party come in. like what's the point? they were treating us like we're criminals. they're even letting 8 people sit in 2 separate tables, we came here to eat together. STAFF IS SO MEAN. especially the one at the receiving area/the cashier. NEVER EATING HERE EVER AGAIN. If i could give no star, I would.

I came to this buffet with my family most of the food was COLD!!! And everything else did not taste good the orange chicken was very fatty and the taste wasn’t good at all but that wasn’t the worst thing, the bathrooms they were DISGUSTING when I went my mom came with me and she almost threw up if those are the bathrooms I can’t imagine what the kitchen would look like🤢🤮 The staff aren’t the nicest either. The prices aren’t bad at all but you could go to another buffet for the same price or even for a little more but you would actually make your moneys worth. Another thing I would like to talk about is the lighting there is literally no light it’s so dark in there.I’m not coming back for anything DEFINITELY do not recommend.

Well, I came here to eat and not use the bathroom or complain about the way things look, so I'll address the food. I wish I could give it a 4.5 because it doesn't quite deserve a 4 but definitely 5. Food was actively being served fresh, as people actively were adding more food and removing the old. They had weird selections, but they were good selections. Things you usually see were there. They had a good selection of soups, which you wouldn't actively associate with a buffet. All the seafood, was fresh and pretty good quality. Dessert section was mid, nothing too exciting. Would go again.

Ok get ready for a long post! We're on a roadtrip and decided to stop here for dinner. Buffet bar was full and plentiful. Food was decent. Staff and service was terrible. My drink never got refilled. You pause to take a breather and boom your plate is being taken away. The two girls at register are playing the grabbing machine and BANGING it and bending it over so that it's almost touching the floor. They almost dropped it like 5 times. So I'm trying to eat and all I'm hearing and seeing is them banging the machine and almost breaking it and blocking the path for customers trying to leave. Very unprofessional and distracting. My kids were even shocked and upset. Then when it comes to you getting ready to leave, that's when the wait staff wants to stand close by like a hawk watching you as they are counting their other tip money... yet where were you when 3 out of 5 cups at our table are empty. Men's bathroom was DISGUSTING. Prices were $18.99 for ages 11 and up and $1.50 per year for those 10 and younger and extra $ for drinks. So over $90 for family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids between ages 5-14) and having water. Would I come again? ABSOLUTELY NOT due to staff.

I Did Like Most Of Food And Was Better Than Before. I See They Have Remodeled The Place. Oh Kinda Of Tight On The Beverage Refills. I Liked The Friendly Cashier, Yeah The Ladies Servicing Tables Very Hard Working.

my first time at this place. i was surprised that there are buffet restaurants after the pandemia. the price was fair, $15.00 per person. the buffet is good, not great. it is very tasty, the ribs are very good. the orange chicken in both versions, sweet and hot, are very good. i will go back.

The Place was really hot inside, they had boxes of gloves to wear to serve yourself on all the buffet corners. I feel there should be signs to please wear gloves. Many people didn't even notice them and it wasn't enforced to wear. The food was pretty good especially the spicy chicken. There is definitely a lot of variety to choose from. The Chinese food is good, the pizza and wings not so much. Decent food for the price. Small sushi section too

$37.50. I spent $37.50 for cold meals on February 26, 2024, 11:30AM for 2 people here at China Super Buffet. They open at 11AM. Now, this isn't the first time I came here. From previous experiences, the service has been inconsistent with some days never refilling drinks as the servers were practically hiding from the customers or them completely forgetting to return with said refill. Today, I got a refill. Awesome. Everything tasted off. The fries and chicken wings were cold and stale, the shrimp was likely overcooked as it tasted like mushy paste, and the chicken nuggets and imitation crab were somewhat warm. This implies that they had reheated only some of their food. With their already small amount of food options, they couldn't even serve freshly made food to justify their price. While I don't expect great food from a buffet, I at least expected edible food for my money's worth. I left an "all-you-can-eat" buffet still hungry.

It wasn’t a bad experience but I feel like their food had too much bread on it they kept a place very sanitary for dine in it begin at 3:30 not sure if I’d personally go back here only because I was expecting a bigger selection but it was good

Food was a little bland, not a lot of selection on food either. Dessert selection is very small and ice cream is very bland as well. Soda drinks are not included in the price but the place is military friendly! Overall okay.

Survival food .. Average variety. I wish it was a little cleaner, especially the carpet it can use an urgent shampooing or even replacement.

Simple good food, I've been there a lot and I can tell that their food is good, I love the sushi and shrimp. It's always busy so take your time if you visit this place!

this is not my first time going the the same reataurant and we keep coming back because the price are great and the food are excellent compare to the price. I always bringing friends with me and they also love it. thanks and I hope you increase on beef and seafood selection

Went in 9/16 food was good, selection is not as big as before but they had some of my favorites dishes,they give u a paper with selections available you choose what you want n they bring it to you.Its still unlimited, you could order as many times as you want.

This buffet was really good all the food was seasoned perfectly and I loved the options. The only thing is the desserts are kinda dry but they do have good flavor. I will definitely be coming back here!

The place is so dim that it reflects dirtiness. We were escorted to a table that has not been cleaned yet. Most of the food are bland. I only thing I enjoyed is the friend banana. Server is polite and accommodating, easily wiped the table. Sanitation and distancing were not observed on this place. Not coming back. Thank you.

We had a party of 8 and although the line was out the door by 5:30 they sat us quick. There were 4 children with us and the kids didn’t have any trouble finding food they wanted to eat. I will note though the deserts were pretty disappointing. Cakes were bland, (soft serve) was very cold, too cold to flow smoothly, mix chocolate and vanilla soft serve was only vanilla. The decor lacked something to be desired and was somewhat outdated and unkept(part of the lighting through out the restaurant was out). There was also a concern when in the women’s restroom the hot water came out scolding hot. Another lady burned her hand. The water was visibly steaming as it came out. I have a daughter who is autistic so I had to warn her not to wash her hands on her own and wait for me. It was pleasant and most of the other food ( aside from desserts) were worth the money.

. I absolutely adore this place. The food here is consistently fresh and served hot. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ensuring that everything is kept well-stocked. It's evident that they're constantly bustling with activity, which contributes to the remarkable freshness of the dishes straight from the stove.

Worst service ever. The man working today was very rude when he had to fix my drink, he brought me back my drink warm, with no ice. I didn't drink it cause there's no telling where that drink came from. Then you have to flag them down for more drinks, and they get upset. If you want a good buffet with good food I recommend the buffet house off Palomar.

Honestly they need to work on customer service I had to talk to the guy pushing the carts around in order to get a refill on my drink since the waiter are just on their phone

Maybe getting there earlier on a Monday night would make the food not so dry, several dishes were tasty still though, and the sushi was good. Waiter put no ice in our teas, and though "free refills" are advertised, none were offered. Wait staff seemed more interested in getting out of there.

Our families frequented this spot several years ago and have spent thousands of dollars there but stopped going because the seats and floors became increasingly dirtier. As they grew in popularity and squeezed more seating in, I think it became more difficult to clean and sweep in between parties. The food is truly good however, long before covid we were turned off because although little kids aren't supposed to go to the stations alone, they did anyway sometimes coughing and or sneezing below the level of the plastic shield and the staff said nothing. The kids and adults alike eat at the food stations while loading their plates. Watching fried chicken crumbs fall from a lady's mouth and bounce back into the container for someone else to eat ended our affair with Super China. True story.

I ate here for the first time with some friends. The atmosphere was nice and quiet - no loud or annoying music, and the tables were clean. The food was good, too. More often than not, whatever my friends and I put on our plates tasted great, it's just some foods that were a miss now and then. Except for the desserts - all the desserts were good. It's a place I'd definitely return to.

Grab ur own table!! Drinks is additional. Food was okay crabs are old was fresh. Most food was great tho. My kids said pizza taste like cardboard. And fried chicken wasn’t old too.

Good food, great service, the only thing I would change is that servers or waiters/waitresses have to share there tips with everyone on the floor and also the restaurant keeps a good percentage of the tips earn by the ppl earning their pay,

Poor service. Food was a 5 out of 10. Selection of food was average and we still paid an extra $4 per person. Which was $20 total. $76 to eat a below average place: never again

Good service for what it is. Good selection of food. I live the chicken wings and sweet and sour soup. Their ice cream is amazing. The refill speed could improve, but slow refills are expected to be slow at a buffet. We always have to ask for refills. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but minor setback. It smells worse in the Red Lobster bathroom. A lot of times the paper towel or soap dispenser are empty when I go there. Bring your hand sanitizer. Love the place for a buffet.
