We
requested
to
be
seated
in
a
quiet
section
of
the
restaurant
at
our
request.
Probably
a
bad
idea
because
the
table
service
was
mostly
nonexistent
the
majority
of
our
meal.
When
we
went
to
pay
for
our
food,
we
noticed
we
had
been
mischarged.
Instead
of
charging
for
half
salads,
we
were
charged
for
whole.
We
ordered
half.
We
wondered
why
they
seemed
larger
than
normal.
As
we
left
a
manager
asked
how
our
meal
was.
I
said
the
food
was
great,
but
the
service
could
have
been
better,
and
that
they
got
our
order
incorrect.
She
immediately
asked
to
see
our
bill.
I
thought
she
would
adjust
to
reflect
what
we'd
ordered,
but
no,
she
went
above
and
beyond
and
refunded
the
full
price
of
both
salads.
I
wasn't
expecting
that.
So
4
stars,
for
good
food,
and
a
good
customer
service
resolution.
Updated
to
add:
on
multiple
subsequent
visits
(including
the
last
two
consecutive
visits),
several
pizzas
that
had
to
be
customized
for
allergies
were
done
so
incorrectly
and
had
to
be
remade,
causing
the
people
with
allergies
to
wait
for
their
food,
eating
after
the
rest
of
their
party
had
finished,
or
having
to
take
it
to
go.
Disappointing.
