Don't get the carne asada chips. It costs 8.25 for the small order which includes just the chips with a little bit of cheese and guacamole. the carne asada is an extra 1.25. And you end up with a whole plate of chips after since there is not enough meat/guac/cheese to go with it.

Bad customer service. I paid for super chips/asada and got home to find out I received the regular asada chips. Since I didn't call in the complaint on the same day (Friday evening very hard to get through) they didn't correct their mistake when I was placing a new order a few days later. I told them I tried calling and that I had pictures of the item and the receipt and they told me since I didn't do it the same day they didn't accept the complaint and/or their mistake. I was transferred to a Supervisor and he told me the same story. So I can make a mistake and it will be ignored if I allow a few days to go by? (That's their message) Bad customer service

The food is good but the portion size on everything has gotten smaller over the years. I ordered the monster burrito, it was good but was the same size as any other normal size burrito around town. If I hear the word monster in my burritos name I should be scared to eat it!

Never giving these crooks another cent. The quality of the food has gone downhill, prices are ridiculous, and the staff are as incompetent as they are rude. I was able to forgive all of that until they took my order online, charged my account, and then failed to store the order and make my food. The cashier then had the nerve to say I had either chosen the wrong location or didn't even place the order through their site (even though I showed her the posted transaction). A truly horrendous restaurant chain and I can't wait until they're out of business.

Taco and burrito combo with rice and beans really was fantastic!! I’d come back time and time again if I love here!

How does a taco shop run out of meat???? I just called and tried ordering a cali adobada burrito 🌯 they said, "They just ran out" last week, I called in and ordered at 8:45 pm 15 minutes before closing. I was told, "we don't take orders 15 minutes before closing time." It sounds like I'll be making my complaint to the better business bureau

I used to love this place and I hate to have anything negative to say about this place but the last 5 or 6 times I have been there, the quality has gone down. Tonight I ordered 4 California's (each w/ different toppings), 1- 2in1 burrito, 2 carnitas tacos and large Carne asada fries. None of the burritos were labeled, the 2in1 didn't even have guacamole and the tacos were cold.

I ordered roll tacos and added sour cream and cheese (extra cost). They gave more like roll tacos to dip in sour cream and no cheese! The worst ever.

I went for the Carne Asada fries and really enjoyed the Carne asada, I didn't get any chewy fatty pieces which I appreciate and it was seasoned well. Wasn't crazy about the actual fries but they were still okay.

The food is amazing. I had a carne asada taco and an adobada taco. I can't explain the surprise of how good it was. It's not to oily if at all and they are a good size for the price. The only small thing is the seating but when you try the food the seating didn't matter. I'm going to go again to try more food and I'll update.

Food is always amazing. Rude workers and having to wait over and hour to get my food will make me question returning.

It is one of the best places for Burritos in the Chula Vista area. You can't go wrong with anything you order. The Horchata and Jamaica are delicious.

The food here is amazing! I'm a fan of Carne Asada fries with shrimp but always feel unsatisfied at other eateries getting soggy fries and barely any shrimp when we pay a lot for a styrofoam box of fries with a little bit of meat, shrimp and other toppings. Their salsas are delicious too. Red is spicier than green and I like mixing both. You can place your order online on their website to save time so that's another plus. I've tried Lolitas twice now and I haven't been disappointed by the quality, taste and amount of food I'm getting. I shared the GIANT tsunami fries with another adult and I stuffed myself for sure. I've been told the location on Telegraph Canyon is better than the other ones in terms of quality and consistency FYI. I haven't tried their other locations yet to give an honest opinion, but I don't have a reason to go to another location when I KNOW the location on Telegraph is good.

Me and my friend came here last night we thought it was good food till we both woke up with food poisoning this morning, pretty disappointing.

The fries are not the same as they were before. They’re just not good. They definitely changed over the years. So disappointing. Also they mixed up our order and gave us fries instead of chips and we drove 10 min back to change them and unfortunately they couldn’t give us the chips

Lolita's is no longer my go-to for carne asada burritos. Meat was more chewy, more grisly, and less flavorful than in the past. Too bad.

Quite easily the BEST Mexican food chain in San Diego. The tortillas are always fresh and soft unlike many other taco shops and the green sauce is to die for. Don’t walk, RUN here.

I went and ordered 6 shredd beef tacos, ordered to go because all tables were being used. When I got my order there happen to be a table open , they should change the name to shredd lettuce tacos because it barely had any meat pretty much all 6 tacos. I knew it was a bad idea to go there...

The worst carne asada fries I’ve ever had. You would think that carne asada fries would be fail proof but I guess not. The fries were limp and had no golden color to them. Meaning that they were barely fried at all. Might as well give me the fries frozen right out of the bag. They only put avocado on the outside around the cheese to make it look like there was more underneath. Cheap mfkrs can’t even give you one good layer of avocado! Than the meat full of gristle. Absolutely disgusting! They need to up their game especially when we can get better food for cheaper pretty much anywhere else in town.

Food was great....ventilation needs a lil upgrading to help with the excess smoke while cooking, but over all great tacos 🌮

Love coming back to CV and eating Lolitas.

All Lolita’s locations are on my black list. They close at 9:00 and they close Sundays. Original Lolita’s was known for being a perfect spot for late night food. They have moved away from that so I will stay away.

This place sucks. Avoid it. Lazy cook. Ordered a burrito and all the sour cream was at the bottom. Food quality is also bad. Support a local mom and pops place. Lolitas is no longer about food quality.

This place used to have the best rolled tacos. Don’t know what happened. I ordered carne asada burrito. It has a little meat and mostly tortillas. Barely had any guacamole. Sad

Usually have good food just had a subpar experience today. No guacamole in the pollo asado burrito, no cheese on beans and rice tasted burnt. I hope this was a fluke I understand higher prices but the quality of food must remain the same....yes I'll be back

Everyone in San Diego knows that proper Cali burritos include guac, so why in the f do I have to pay extra for guac when it should already include it? It’s like ordering a cheeseburger but then having to pay extra to get it with cheese. Lolita’s has been extorting us for our guac money for years!

Awesome taste and quality... chorizo burrito was delicious and not greasy(like mom used to make 'em).😋

Lousy services. Ordered two surf and turf burritos, at 10.75 each. With an additional charge of 1.25 per burrito to the total of 24.00 plus sales tax. What's up with the up charge? And the burritos are smaller and full of lettuce (a filler) and tasteless, what a rip off. So disappointing. I really don't think they care, anymore.

There food is straight fire. So glad I gave this place a try. The asada quality is so different than other taco shops and I love how everything tastes so fresh!

Great Food! Unfortunately customer service requires vast improvement. A definite training issue. Service with a smile and great attitude goes along way in my book. My respectful opinion. Peace
