My roommate and I had dinner here because we wanted to try the holiday drinks. They were super delicious 😋 but I really liked the Dracula one the most. I got the steak and shrimp and the sauce was really to my liking. They had a new cinnamon dessert this time so I tried it and it was so amazing 🤤🤤🤤

So I’m writing this review because after patronizing 100’s of Applebees nationwide, and over my entire lifetime, I’ve never experienced what happened last night! So I came in around 11pm and ordered the bourbon street sirloin, I ONLY order my steaks RARE, so I was ready to enjoy after a long night at work because if we all know Applebees for one thing, it’s consistency! Well tonight was an absolute failure of that! So here’s what happened: the steak came out on the black hot skillet per always, I immediately cut into the middle to check if it was red and bloody, to my shock and disappointment, it was medium. So I simply asked Jennifer the bartender, and instead of immediately apologizing and offering to refire a new one quickly, which I initially suggested as that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to grill a fresh rare steak, she instead said that the hot black skillet always cooks the steak more, but this steak has literally just came out and was clearly already overcooked! She actually argued with me about it, as if to imply that it’s literally impossible to get a rare steak due to the hot skillet! As if to also suggest that if I’d had the wherewithal to order it on a normal plate, it would’ve come out rare. I thought that I’d she would’ve responded with that suggestion as I was initially ordering it, then this whole issue could’ve been avoided. But no, I instead had to endure eating an over cooked steak, because she said it would take 10-15 minutes to grill a new one, and I was too hungry to wait that long! Now keep in mind, this is the first and only Applebees in history to imply that the skillet will overcook ur steak no matter how you order it! So after being so disappointed, I decided it was my patron duty to inform the manager, as I assumed he’d apologize and actually agree with me as this was a first ever occurrence for me! Shockingly he not only did not agree with my points, he agreed with the bartender, and I repeatedly said that sir, you understand that what ur saying is that a rare order is basically impossible to come out if your location right? And nothing was truly resolved! I’m aware that this location is likely 99% of the time a 5 star rated one, but this first impression of this location was at best 2 stars due to this food failure, and employees that are trying to convince a customer that rare is impossible, absolutely ridiculous lol. Photos below to prove it..

Great location. Huge parking lot. Easy to find. People were nice and the staff was friendly. Drinks were served chilled and with some "punch" , tha k you bartender! Food plates were served quickly and tasted delicious 😋. Great for a quick drink, for get-together and awesome for family dinners.

A Bar trying to be restaurant. Food is not that great over priced. Yes the place looks awesome. But The Drink's and The food doesn't have what it takes to make me go back. I would rethink $120°° for that.

The wanton tacos are delicious.... crispy , lift, and fresh. Was perfect. A smaller location with lots of windows. On a corner. Very personal. Me and my date had a nice time here.

boyfriend & I went last night & it was very busy but we didn’t wait too long to be seated. We were given water then out order was taken. We each got an alcoholic drink which were good (I loved the colada I got). The appetizer of artichoke spinach dip was ok, the chips weren’t too great, seemed like they were starting to go stale or something. Bf got 12oz sirloin, with an add on of double crunch crunchy shrimp for only $1, which he liked & I got the bourbon street steak, with the same $1 shrimp add on, which I did like also but the seasoning on the steak/ onions was a little too salty for my taste but still good.

I loved how they were all very busy seeming workers... It was sad though because I needed multiple refills on my water and never got one refill because the waiters and other employees were running around the whole time. It's a shame I was ignored so drastically, maybe because I seemed like I was going to dine and dash?? I think they assumed the worst of me because I spend my days on the streets or something. . . . Maybe if I had company with me, I would have felt comfortable spending another hour there, waiting to be greeted be a server. On the record for this occasion, purchasing an alcoholic beverage was on the top of my tongue, only until I noticed that I was finishing my food with all the time that passed. I also was laughed at by some employees for taking pictures of my food and texting my pal on my phone.. don't understand if I'm allowed to use my phone at Applebee's now even though they offer wifi

We stopped yesterday at about 5:15 and stood at the front for at least 15 min with no one acknowledging us Two associates walked right in front of us and did not say a word. There were several empty booths throughout the restaurant One waiter was taking care of one booth by the entrance so that was understandable but there were four or five others just walking around. My husband wanted to leave them but I said let’s give them a minute as there was a girl way in back by their register she looked in our direction and then walked towards the bar area so we walked out and went down the street to another place and was immediately served. We have gone to this Applebees for a long time but since the young gentleman was manager and you moved him this one has gone down hill we were so disappointed as this was where my husband chose for his Father’s Day treat

The moment I walked through the doors of this chain establishment, I couldn't help but temper my expectations. After all, when you find yourself in the domain of a ubiquitous brand like Applebee's, you don't anticipate culinary revelations or epiphanies. It's the kind of place where mediocrity often thrives, and yet, every now and then, a flicker of surprise manages to break through the familiar haze. What struck me most during my recent visit were the unsung heroes of this culinary outpost: the staff. In a world plagued by indifferent service and lackluster hospitality, encountering an exceptional team was a breath of fresh air. They possessed the uncanny ability to anticipate our needs without ever encroaching upon our personal space or turning a blind eye to our presence. A rare balancing act indeed. With their quickness, politeness, and unwavering efficiency, they elevated our dining experience to a level seldom seen within the realm of chain dining. Surrounded by a convivial company, the atmosphere buzzed with a palpable energy that added to the overall appeal of the place. It possessed that elusive "cool factor" that could easily be dismissed as mere ambiance, but for those in search of a relaxed and enjoyable evening, it proved to be a winning combination. While I must confess that Applebee's is not my typical haunt, and chain restaurants generally don't spark joy within my culinary soul, this particular outing left a surprisingly positive impression. There's not much more to elaborate on, really. The food, as expected, didn't transport me to culinary nirvana, but it also didn't plunge me into despair. It existed comfortably within the realm of acceptable sustenance. However, it is worth noting that the charismatic and considerate staff played an integral role in making our evening enjoyable. They exuded genuine warmth, efficiently delivering our orders while discreetly gauging if we required anything more. In an age where true attentiveness is becoming a rarity, their presence was a reassuring reminder of the power of sincere service. So, as I reflect upon my evening at Applebee's, I can't help but acknowledge the pleasant surprise that unfolded. Despite my reservations and natural inclination to shy away from the embrace of chains, this unassuming visit turned out to be an unexpectedly enjoyable affair. Sometimes, in the most unassuming of places, we find pockets of respite, brief moments of solace, and that, my friends, is a taste worth savoring.

Jenifer at the bar was absolutely incredible! Full bar and restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon she was solo and the service remained perfectly seamless. Great value overall thank you!

This is the worst experience I've ever encountered in my life. (And I am over 50, so that's a long time). I made an order during happy hour to be picked up carside. I prepaid my order, which was $17, and a $3.00 tip, bringing the total to $20. I received a text message to let them know I was on my way, and then when I arrived, I also let them know that I had parked. After waiting about 5 minutes, I call the number on the sign in front of me. The lady said I needed to order an entree. I let her know it was happy hour, and I did order food. She insisted that I purchase an entree, but I refused that it's not what I wanted. She went on LYING about calling me and leaving a voicemail. I was so angry. Then, the manager came out to me and repeated the same thing about ordering an entree. I refused and showed him my call history as well as my voicemail history. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, WHAT LIARS, AND THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They never offered anything for their mistake or even apologized for my time a day gas spent traveling to pick up my order. I will never go to Applebee's again, and I recommend firing those 2 liars. They are incompetent, and it really angers me that I wasted my gas and my time and must wait for the charge to be returned to my card; all because of unskilled employees and a manager that definitely lacks customer service experience and should find another line of work. I am extremely angry and will share my experience with anyone interested, with hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but even if you're not, Karma will remind you one day. One more thing, you could have easily fixed this incident by taking responsibility for your mistake, offering something for my time, gas, and just speaking like you cared and were sorry. But instead, you lie about calling me, then ask me to buy an entree. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER VISITING APPLEBEE'S AGAIN.

Got there just after 10pm. Sat at the bar, service was terrible. Guys that were already there were drunk and arguing, bartender still serving them. Had to flag down kitchen staff to order my food, no attention from lady working the bar. When I tried to cash out , bartender left my credit card on the bar and was outside in the parking lot for awhile. Won’t be coming back here.

Best place for Happy Hour M-F 3-6! Half off apps, and there are drink specials too! We literally got our food in 7 minutes, and it only $43 for 4 large apps, 2 beers, and 2 sodas. 💚

This place is pretty cool and the servers are always so pleasant. Food is always hot and pretty good, and they always have a decent special going on. Affordable and good for the whole family or even by yourself. They have a cool bar area with tons of t.v.s for you sports fanatics.

First time at Applebee's and I have to say that their steak that I had was very delicious and quite tender. I rank kinda low because I had broccoli, which was quite salty. Other than that, the rest very tasty!

Always a great experience here at this location every time I come. After a 45 min wait my children were being monsters spilling drinks being obnoxious to the point I was ready to leave, but the staff cleaned everything quickly and made us feel at ease. The food and drinks as always were delicious and came out as quickly as it could for a friday night so no complaints. I will continue to keep coming back. Thank you applebees staff!

Usually our server is exceptional, and this time was no different. Great service and the food and drinks arrived as ordered and quick. Food presentation is never as nice as the menu and the taste is about average. Drinks (alcohol) are okay but the price is great. Wait time today was long because of football, but we were seated sooner than quoted. Good happy hour specials

I’m very disappointed with the Applebee’s service today. I went to eat with my husband and we ordered the 2 for $30 I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well and it was raw!! I had to wait almost an hour and my steak never arrived my husband finished eating and I didn’t event get to eat we decided to leave instead!!! Applebee’s needs to train the cooks and staff better

Food quality was terrible and portions have shrunk and prices are high. I know the economy has affected prices but should not affect the quality and consistency of their menu. Very disappointed will not be going back. Too bad was good place before.

The waiter at opening when we arrived was very charismatic, but also very subtle with his delivery and presentation of it and I really really wish I knew his name. Young Latin American guy, talks as if he could be an actor or something (probly could). Anyways, he was very helpful with questions about the specials, and alternate substitutions when we advised him we didn't like certain things. He was on point for me personally with his recommendations for the different soups we tried since we had all three. I can't truly commend the service since we were there on a weekday morning at opening, but it was fast this time. Only complaint is the steak. Just wasn't a great cut overall and pretty durable in the mouth let's just say. French onion soup was delicious. Fairly clean place and the table games costs I believe 3 dollars, but you unlock all the games after that. Some of the trivia ones for couples was interesting.

Manny and Ricky are THE highlight of this 5 star review! I come here often with the family and we always request them because they are polite, attentive, and provide outstanding customer service. I hope management and corporate value and acknowledge what they have in Manny and Ricky and give them THE recognition they deserve!

The staff is super friendly. The food tastes like it all came from a bag and was re heated in a microwave. The restaurant itself seems like it's seen better days. Carpet looked dirty to me.
