Extremely rude employees, they do not listen to what the customer wants. Instead, they want to minimize portions and charge you for food that is not even ready yet. Employees here definitely remind you that you are just a dollar sign.

The hours of operations is 9:30am-10:30pm. However, the employees are making up their on schedule here. They have sign that says “open at 12pm.” The food was already ready and they couldn’t open until 12pm. An employee walked by carrying Starbucks drinks.

I didn’t like the food at all, I can say with out a doubt this is the worst Panda Express I have eaten at , Orange and kun pao chicken were disgusting 🤢 as well as rice and chow mein were bad too, choose another location.

Placed an order on Uber eat. Says it will be ready in 5-15 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes later (Uber eats says it’s ready) and expect a speedy in and out. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Instead, waited over 30 minutes. I would have had my food earlier if I just stand in line. What’s the point of ordering food online?

Horrible front counter people got my food mixed up and the cooks are stoned outta there whitts taking a whole 15 mins too get my orange chicken ready. Then mixing my order up. Never going here again.

Bad service! The lady it wasn't really nice 😕 and the food it wasn't ready, it took me 20 minutes to wait for my order 😒

What a disgrace to Chinese American food. Chow mein flavorless unless you count dirt as a seasoning. Don't get me started on the beef broccoli. This was the better panda express is chula vista. Now I'm never eating at panda express ever again. What a waste of money. If you are looking for Chinese food, go to a really Chinese place, save your taste buds.

Line was long when we arrived. Servers were communicating with cooks and requested favorites to be made before they ran out so when it was our turn to order the food was fresh n hot. Generous portion sizes and very friendly staff. Kids were almost done with their meal while I went to fill their drink cups. Food reasonably priced.

Don't bother showing up after 9 pm. They have a very poor selection in food and the manager is unwilling to make more.

I'm not a big panda express fan but I'm giving this place 4 stars because the place is clean, the staff was very friendly, and the service was speedy.

The family deal is a rip off. They don’t have the actual boxes and they try to pass the bowl off as the same serving. RIP OFF…

This location is horrible they stop making food a half hour before they close. if you go in last minute they won’t have any options, the staff is rude. And it obviously has bad management. Horrible experience!

So, when I got home with the food tasted really cold, not only that the containers of food at the panda express looked very low. The young lady was scooping my food into my containers. Could not believe that never would go back.

Terrible service from a petite girl, when I asked if I would finally get my food, I was waiting for them to prepare a vegetable mix) she got mad! The people who came after me got orders that contained the same vegetables! All I got for my money was vegetables and a bad attitude! On top of the veggies I wanted chicken with green beans, just two pieces of chicken and lots of green beans! He handed it to me roughly from the top without a fork!

food are a little too dry then other panda express i tried (probably not enough sauce) and the employees have a "microwave" attitude and I'm quite impressed they probably have a lot of rush hour because they handled my order with speed

One of the best panda express I've had in my life. Great staff.. nice and clean.. I live in old Town and I will only driving here for my panda from now on..

Still one of the best places for the money and amount of food....always busy and constantly prepared ....most of the time you have to wait for the next batch to come out...

Ignore any 5 star review because the issues with panda ex are not a location issue it's a company issue , I've had panda over the years all over California, it's all bland , expensive, and a literal joke to Chinese food. Unless you have never had Chinese food before this is a insult. But Americans are such slaves to convenience they will never change. Congrats to all you 5 star reviews you contributed to this mediocrity.

Usually good, but if I order on Postmates or something like that, I can’t request condiments and I always receive soy sauce-less fried rice. I feel like soy sauce should at least be a staple to give with an order. This time, they didn’t even give me a fortune cookie :(

Ok so... I've got a sick kid, mom's taking her to urgent care and has been there all evening, the kid says she wants Panda. I rush to the one nearby and they literally lock the door in my face. I look up the next closest one and see that they are open for 30 more minutes. I walk in the door 8 minutes before official close. I order my meals... They are out of noodles so they fire the grill up again for me. After the noodles they go to make my meal but the string bean chicken is out, it is now past closing time. Without blinking they fire it up again and make fresh food. This was the crew on duty at closing on 11nov22. Thank you all! you made a sick girl's night just a little better and you did it with a smile. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I wish I would've read the reviews, the food is pricey for what they serve, portion was not as other locations, staff did not seem friendly here, it took 30 min, I waited on the orange chicken but I didn't expect it to take that long. There were only two people ahead of me in line, this was my third time buying food here (6 months ago before today) but will be my last, I will not be coming back

Great food and very good low $ prices and great healthy food are than other any fast food restaurants and classic restaurants are very expensive.

I'm a regular customer, it is one of my favorite place to go. Convenience, tasty dishes, accessible.

In and out with dinner for my wife and I in less than ten minutes. Everything was hot and delicious. Went back again today. That should say something about Panda Express.

This location is always good yet be mindful of the busy times as it's located in a shopping center and near a few others so sometimes the line can be a bit long. They do get through the lines quickly though from my experience

Order take out for my family for dinner. Order 2 kids meals and 2 bowls. When my son went to eat his kids meal one of the items was missing. He was supposed to get chow mein and teriyaki chicken. He had no chicken. I tried calling, because people make mistakes but no one answered. I probably called about 10xs. I’m supper disappointed and my son was as well.

Walked in to order, restaurant full of people without a mask eating but they kicked me out for not wearing a mask. I get it, the mandates don’t make sense, but come on guys that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard lol

Ordered take out, Chow Mein. Got home and after tasting it I had to throw it away, I had my wife also taste it in case it was me, but she also agreed that it was terrible. Called but no answer, also called customer service and they were also unable to get ahold of anyone at this location to let them know that they sold either expired food / rotten. Guess I will be on the toilet here soon for a while...

This location of Panda Express is Ill informed and Ignorant of California's Mask Mandate! After asking if I had a mask I informed them of the medical conditions exempting me from the Mandate. The response I was given was it was the Law, a blatant lie. After calling them out on there mistake they told me they would ask me to leave and I persisted that it was within there right to refuse service to me and asked if that is what they planned to do. They asked me to wait outside in the cold to order. After all that they got the order wrong! I will not be returning to correct the order or to eat from this facility again. Would not recommend. In a dinning facility full of patrons with masks off eating you would think they would understand the conditions for wearing masks.

Last couple times I’ve been here they really don’t seem to want to make half their food items available anymore. Plus already closed at 8:30? Adios! I’m thankful Subway was open next door so I was able to eat!
