Fun atmosphere with a beautiful artistic tasting room. Huge fan of their hard kombuchas. The Tangerine Cayenne Pepper is honestly the best hard kombucha flavor I have ever had and the Hot Cactus was really good too. Also, the food truck serves killer empanadas! Check out frequentflighters.com for my full review.

Tonight, 7-26-23, my friends and I decided to go to novo for trivia night. When I went in to order some food the bartender asked me for my ID, which I didn’t have. As my friends have already been seated and served with their food and drinks, in a diminishing tone, he asked us to go to their outdoor seating, since I didn’t have my ID. We found some nice tables in their family-friendly environment around multiple families that had their children with them. My friend went to order my food since the bartender so rudely rejected us. About 20min later the rude man came storming outside and told me that he checked the cameras and saw I was still there and that I wasn’t allowed to be on the premise, since I didn’t have an ID in the most standoffish way, even though he told me I could go sit outside. I questioned him to why I couldn’t stay outside when there were multiple families sitting around us with their children and after he said I could sit outside. Instead, he kept trying to argue with us in the most belittling way when all I did was respectfully say “ok” with a smile on my face and walked 3 steps off the premise. First I like to comment on how there is not a single sign hanging up that says need an ID in the place or online. I understand that this is a brewery place, but if you are not drinking why should I need my ID. Especially if multiple children under the legal drinking age were allowed to hang out in the restaurants premises. I believe that the server could have handled himself in a more respectful manner and he should have to go through a series of training on customer service. The bartender was working at the time of 6:30pm and he was taking the food and bar orders for reference. I gave zero attitude to him and did what he asked me to do each time with a smile on my face. So I don’t understand why he treated me like I was some kind of jerk that was giving him problems. I feel so disrespected and will not recommend this place to anyone because they don’t know how to handle situations maturely. Also, this place needs to clarify there rules. Like why would it make sense for kids under the legal drinking age to be able to hang out in the brewery, but not people who don’t have an ID. Unless the waiter just didn’t like me for some reason. Anyways, I did not let that stop me from ruining my night and I ended up going to another brewery (shoutout brewery of Eastlake for letting me sit outside and have a good time in peace) open comedy night that was down the street that was 10x better, that I totally recommend!

Great chill atmosphere, occasional events and good drinks! One of the best spots towards East Lake. Shoutout to Caio and the team for making it happen.

Great happy hour, staff, and ambiance. Go here for the house brews and southern-style BBQ that's sold at the enterence. Four stars because the owner needs to hire more bartenders - takes a while to order when there's a long line. RECOMMENDED: Rio Pale Ale (8 oz. $3.50).

First and foremost, I have to give credit to the amazing service that I received from John! The kombuchas on tap are super fresh and delicious. There's plenty of space & the food truck has some good options. Affordable and they have specials for all patrons. Military on law enforcement on Sundays! Half of Growlers on Wednesday, suggest that day to come and fill up the grapefruit IPA. And as I post this on a Monday I'd like to emphasize on all night happy hour. Sold.

The Bartender and beer were really good here but the Chef Hermando at La Central makes some of THE BEST tacos, especially EL PASTOR

Great local brewery with fruity beer combinations. They typically have a food truck and the atmosphere is pretty chill. I'm a fan of the Ipanema Dipa, too bad their beers are hard to find at local stores!

Beer taste good, different flavor haven't tried all but the ones I tried pretty good. The host random food on the parking lot too.

Really homey, chill brewery. Entrance to the bar is very narrow with barrels for brewing on both sides. Tasting area inside feels small but there’s a tremendous amount of space on the outside. Large TV to watch Padres games is also very impressive. The Mo Mo has to be my favorite brew from here. There’s a food truck here as well.

Truck driver review. Address on BOL is different from where they hang out. Went to address on bol and it is the right place but it's like a storage warehouse where noone is. Knocked on all the doors for 3 hours before we had to have the broker call them and they came from their building down the street and unloaded me. Deliver where Google maps says the lighthouse church is. 2434 Fenton St, Chula Vista, CA 91914

Used to be a great place until people started coming with children who play soccer between tables and saying that they know the owner, so they don’t care about other customers.
