I have Loved this place for a very long time. I was a bartender when Hamilton’s Tavern first opened. Many of my bartender friends/colleagues I started with still are employed there, or are customers. This is the first South Park beer bar that served indie beers. Original. Unique. South Park.

One of the best craft beer line ups in San Diego. The chalkboard/draught list is extensive, take a minute to look it over. Step up to the bar when you are ready to order. Food can be ordered via the small window by the shuffleboard table. They offer pool, shuffleboard and a personalized juke box. Come prepared with a valid ID, you will be carded. 21+ bar. Accepts cash or credit cards. Day drinking is the best time to chat up the bartenders, not on a busy Friday night. Don't expect too much personal space after the sun goes down, this popular neighborhood bar fills up fast.

It seemed like a cool place in the pictures. The bar menu looked good online. They have a large selection of taps. Service sucked! Ordering food is like ordering at a third world restaurant. Open a tab at the bar, get up and go to a window in the back of the bar to order. Now go pick up your food. To top things off the bar tender never at any point bring me napkins, condiments, or utensils. So what was I tipping him for again? And by the way I ordered the steak burger which was disgusting! They add jalapeno nacho cheese to it. I wouldn't waste my time in this rat hole of a bar if you're new in town. Their are several other venues on that street.

Great place to chill and have some good IPA's on tap and food menu was ok. The place is a bit small but the atmosphere was nice and staff were great. I did like that it had two pool tables and shuffle board to pass the time. I like the way the establishment was set-up with hundreds of different types of taps on the ceiling. Overall, a place to try and enjoy a few good beers.

If you like craft beer and pub grub, this place has the best of both! Always has an incredible tap list with delicious food... Beware though if you are going during the day as there are no windows and you can stay for hours without knowing it!

They have a great beer selection. The crowd is a very eclectic mix of people and everyone is chill. They have two pool tables and a shuffle board table. The ceiling is really cool - decorated with beer tap handles all over. Fairly extensive bar food menu (tots, burgers, wings) and have tap takeover nights.

Great dark and welcoming bar. 2 pool tables that are fun, but hard to use if it's crowded. GREAT food and vegan friendly. Solid draft lists and fun calendar of events.

This place always has an amazing and diverse tap list. The inside is super dive bar looking which I love and everyone is chill. All the staff is friendly. They consently have great beer events. Follow them on Instagram or go to their website for more info..

This is one of my all time favorite bars! They have an incredible beer selection and an outstanding kitchen window that serves great burgers and wings! Check out the "Heart Attach Burger" which replaces the buns with grilled cheese sandwiches! They've got about a billion beer taps drilled into the ceiling, which adds to cool ambiance!
