The
place
was
beautifully
decorated
and
cozy,
and
the
food
menu
seemed
impressive
and
my
waitress
was
friendly
and
helpful.
But
when
the
food
came,
and
I
got
the
sampler
featuring
the
Irish
nachos
and
Scottish
eggs,
it
was
not
as
good
as
I
would
have
hoped
for.
I
am
glad
I
went
when
the
appetizers
were
half
off
(the
sample4
is
normally
$20!).
The
cheese
wasn't
melted
at
all
on
the
Irish
nachos,
so
the
leftovers
were
great
because
I
got
to
reheat
them.
And
the
Scottish
eggs
just
didn't
have
a
lot
of
flavor
without
me
dipping
them
in
an
array
of
sauces.
I
visited
this
place
alone.
It
took
a
long
time
after
my
food
was
served
for
me
to
be
checked
on-
I
was
never
offered
water
and
I
felt
forgotten
about
by
the
friendly
waitress
which
ended
up
making
me
late
for
other
things
because
getting
the
check
took
so
long.
I
think
I
might
come
here
again,
but
only
during
Happy
Hour,
and
maybe
only
if
somebody
else
was
with
me.
There
seems
to
be
a
trend
here
in
San
Diego
where
if
you
visit
an
establishment
as
a
single
person,
you
get
treated
like
an
after-thought.
