Our first experience here was great! Our server, Mary, was wonderful and attentive - I appreciated that! We went off her recommendation and got the Cowboy Ribeye. We also tried the stuffed mushrooms, the crab cake appetizer and the Ruth's chopped salad. All were great but the steak was spectacular! Hubs said easily top 2 steaks he's ever had!

Absolutely one of my favorite steakhouses to go to. The prices are fair, the food is delicious, the service is fantastic. Highly recommend getting the spicy shrimp, it has such good flavor and texture. I always gets a ribeye medium rare and it never disappoints. Can’t go wrong with that order! This was the first time I ordered the bread pudding and I probably will order that for dessert every time now. It was so rich and delicious. Highly recommend this spot

We came here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The hostess acknowledged our celebration while walking us to our table. Then, when we got to our table, she sprinkled heart-shaped confetti all over our table. The waiter also acknowledged our anniversary and was very sweet and attentive. The food was excellent! Steak cooked perfectly. The dessert came out with "Happy Anniversary" written on the plate in chocolate. Very nice touch. After paying our bill, the waiter thanked us for allowing them to celebrate our special day with us. Such a great experience!

Visited from Ohio for a special occasion. Service was PERFECT. Everyone was so professional and pleasant. I had a slight issue with my meal which was handled with respect and grace. The sunset view was spectacular. Thank you for making our dinning experience wonderful

Food and Service was excellent! We had reservations and added that it was our anniversary. They sprinkled little hearts 💕 when they seated us at our table. They were very attentive and had great recommendations. Service was excellent food was amazing!

WOW!!! Excellent steaks, excellent service, great location. PARKING: If you drive, parking can be a small challenge. There are lots nearby and well within walking distance l, but you will be at the mercy of available parking spaces. You can validate your parking ticket to get up to half off your parking. The machine is at the hostess station. SERVICE: Our hostess and waiter were very accommodating. Our waiter went beyond simply getting our order, he ensured our comfort and spent a little time getting to know us. He initially greeted us as the based on the name on the reservation which made that experience a bit more personal. Excellent. FOOD: The steak was tender, flavorful and hot. It came out sizzling, drizzled in butter on a plate that was hot. ATMOSPHERE: Our seat was near the window which afforded a great view of the bay....we experienced a great sunset. I would go back

About 8 years ago, I came here and the service was terrible. I made vows to never come back. However, we decided to give this place another chance, and its been one of my best decicions in my life! The service was close to perfect, and the food is amazing! The steaks are perfectly cooked. 5/5.

Wonderful location near the water. Food was fantastic. Four of us shared a small cold seafood platter. The small one was fine to share. Then I had seared tuna for appetizer and an 11 ounce filet for a meal. Sides are big enough to share! Ruth's Chris, you never disappoint! Service was second to none! Very friendly. We felt like valued customers.

Absolutely wonderful! This was our first time here for our anniversary and everything was perfect. Our waiter Mark was very attentive and charismatic. The food was so good! I got the steak and shrimp and hubby got the steak and lobster. Both were so tender and flavorful. The drinks were very delicious as well. I got the pomegranate martini and he got the blueberry mojito. We also got a little cheesecake dessert, and that was very rich and tasty. Will definitely be coming back for another special occasion!

Experience: I'd say it was easy to make a reservation and be seated. There was no parking, though. Service: It was awesome. The server even put some decorations on the table for my special occasion. Food: The steak and brussels were delicious.

The food was phenomenal. Our family came here to celebrate our daughter 27th birthday. Everything we ate was excellent and delicious. Our Server Brandon was exceptional. He was very welcoming , super friendly and always made sure the food was to our liking. He made much efforts to ask us how the food was and gave us suggestion. We give him a 10/10. Keep up the great customer service. It was our first time eating at this restaurant and we will definitely be back again.

Our server, Jarvis, is absolutely spectacular! He is the top server we have ever had! He is very polite and thoughtful. All of the other servers are very caring and personable. They make sure we are happy 100% of the time. The food is delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend this place!

We had an awesome dinner and laughs at this restaurant. I recommend the Veal Ravioli as an appetizer, really yummy. I had a juicy prime rib steak that was just excellent. Ask for Patrick who is a phenomenal server. The sides and desserts were equally excellent. Please book in advance. Also a bit pricey but you will be happy!

It was our first time @ Ruth Chris Steakhouse.. oh em gee! It was amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly, my lobster Mac & cheese was the best, so creamy, lots of lobster and so flavorful. They comped us on the au gratin potatoes as the mashed weren’t very good that day. Beautiful view and ambiance was so nice. Or waitress was wonderful- honestly the best service I’ve had at a restaurant! I can’t wait to go again!

We had the best birthday celebration at Ruth Chris! Our food was so delicious! Our waiter Brandon provided excellent service. The general manager, Jeff Illson , checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect! On top of that, San Diego did not disappoint with the perfect sunset view of the harbor. It was a great way to celebrate. Thank you!

Our server Tommie was excellent Always top notch service and the food is always on point excellent choice of drinks also. Thanks again I highly recommend going. That sweet potato casserole dessert and cheese cake are excellent.

Overall fantastic experience from start to finish. Some of the best restaurant staff we’ve experienced in quite awhile - friendly and professional. Our server Megan, was knowledgeable and the perfect amount of attentive. Location is top notch with a stellar view of the marina. Best blue cheese wedge! Steak was cooked to perfection and the sizzle with the plate sealed the deal.

We came in for their Thanksgiving special to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. It was nice not to have to cook this year! We had reservations but weren't seated until 15 mins after because they were so busy. My family was seated next to the windows overlooking the bay so we had a nice view. Our waitress Pamela was great! She checked on us often and the service was incredible, including from our busser. He was great too.

This place has all the things. View, parking, nice hostess stand, spacious tables and booths, room for big parties, TV at the bar and a killer menu! No details missed. Favorites include the wedge, baked potato and Mac & cheese. Can't wait to come back.

We visited to celebrate my husband's birthday! Made a reservation for 6:30pm, and they sat us as soon as we got there. We had a great table with a great view. Our waiter Ramon was very attentive and made adequate suggestions, including the Omaha Steak, which we ended up getting! Great selection of cuts and sides. Everything was so yummy! I highly recommend the mashed potatoes. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

Food, service, and atmosphere is always perfect. Harbor views are fabulous and they have valet parking which is pricey but worth it since there's no parking anywhere near. The meat is unique as they have their own farms where they raise the cattle very special. Wine list is excellent.

Crab Mushrooms and Lobster Bisque was okay. Mushrooms were bland and the Bisque was a tiny bit bitter for some reason. I enjoyed the bread and butter more than these two. But it is a steak house, and I did come for the steak. The Tomahawk Steak was awesome! Perfect temp (medium rare) and well seasoned. Servers were attentive and friendly and they did hook me up with a little birthday surprise so that was great.
