My husband likes the owners and the workers are respectful but whenever we claim free items the food comes out really late and not so great. I paid for one meal and claimed a free item. I ended up waiting a long time and a car next to me parked long after me and left before me. The fries were bottom of the barrel, cold and was more like a regular size than large. We took maybe a max of 4 fries before taking photo.

I xalled and left a message for management. While I understand large orders take time you forgot more than. Few items. You guys litterally stuffed the bag so full that everything was wet when I got to my destination less than five minutes away. Half of the chicken nuggets were cold and not fully cooked. I still waiting on a refund. I am still waiting on management to do their job.

Drive through workers weren't very happy to be there, loss of professionalism. During their construction no real direction on how to merge into their dual lane system. Food was good. For fast food it is decent. Perhaps a bad day with the construction

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in San Diego. It doesn’t matter if I order through the drive through or DoorDash. I always get the same thing, the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. They either forget the bacon or cheese. I ordered on DoorDash tonight and they forgot both the cheese and bacon. I also asked for no tomato but yet there was tomato. I have ordered from here probably like 5 times and not once has the order been correct.

Waited 20 minutes for curbside, ultimately had to go in to get my order that had been sitting there. This is the second time this has happened. Last time was told I was going to receive a free time and that did NOT happen. Have always loved chick fil a but the service has been disappointing lately.

I ordered food to take home in drive-thru. I was 8 cars from reaching the window and they brought my food out. Now I just sat there waiting to get through. Meanwhile food is getting cold for the family. Not a good sytem they have.

Check your order all the time. They will get it wrong. Half of the time I'm here, I end up going back to the counter after meal is delivered. Poor management training and lack of attention to detail. Food is good.

Dennery location is closer to my home but I travel to this location just because the employees here really care about giving you the best experience. Donald the respectful and nice young man helped me when my order was wrong and came back to my car 3 times to help (I had a sleeping toddler and couldn’t leave my car) Andres is always so nice and his smile and hospitality could brighten anyone’s day! I 10/10 recommend this location and will travel just to have this experience weekly

Okay have not have been to Chick-fil-A in a few years. I was shocked by the different lanes for the drive thru. The young lady who took the order was courtesy, professional, and knew the menu. Employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Quite a busy restaurant location like most of them. I had incredible customer service that was attentive throughout our meal from ordering to table side delivery. The food was amazing.

Always been comfortable with your service until today. She didn't go shopping for food because you came out tired from my work. eat my child but they should be careful in that. I know they are busy but the truth is that it is uncomfortable for one to go through this and also loss of money, although that is not the most important thing

By far, the best chic fil a in sd. Idk if it's a franchise or what, but the customer service is great food. It looks like the picture on the menu and the place is CLEAN.

Every time I order here, I get a large fry and every time, without fail, there’s barely any fries. I’ve ordered other sizes too and it’s the same thing. I spend money getting food here and def feels like a waste.

Haven’t been here in a while. Decent service. Young crew forgot our straw and fork. It’s cool. I understand. Warm greeting. Respectful. Gracious. Cobb salad was good with bits of fried chicken. Wife enjoyed the waffle fries and chicken nuggets.

I absolutely love everything that Chik Fil A stands for and the food is excellent too. I love coming here. We brought our 2 grandsons here to eat today and I felt very uncomfortable when a male customer who came in seemed to know one of your behind the counter male employees. They were more than comfortable with each other and your employee come around to the front of the counter and talked to the customer/friend. But it was very inappropriate touching, with the customer straightening your employers collar for him in a odd way. This isn’t what I expect to encounter at Chik Fil A.

This place always get my order right and I’m able to find a parking space up front nearly every time I order for curbside pickup. It’s takes them about 5-7 to bring it out normally and the food is always hot and good. It is well lit in the Morning, noon and night. No dark areas in the parking lot that I can tell. Will continue to visit this location.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! I always order chicken straps and change up my sides from time to time. Once you bite into that strip!! I don't know if it's the seasoning or the peanut oil, but Oh My...let me find my car keys!!!

1st time visit. A sure come back! Best HEALTHY yet tasty fast food. Awesome manager Ms. Amy, hands on, personal, welcoming professional. Loved my overall experience. Recommendation: #10 of 10.

It's all good, very good! I tried the salado, it's so rich un good carbs and proteín, I was full for half a day, i was also surprised how quick they served the meal, place is very clean and it has a lot of space, yo eat inside ans outside, Will surely return.

I've never had an issue with the food or service at any Chick-fil-A. My only complaint is that the drive thru isn't set up well. My top two issues with the drive thru are that 1) The employees are always posted up BEFORE the menu so if I'm looking to try something new I can't explore my options. 2) The benefit of having an employee taking orders on a tablet is that they're not in a fixed position and should be able to move around to manage the traffic flow within the parking lot. Because the employees aren't moving there are still gaps in the line which can clog up the line further back.

I ate here two days ago during rush hours and got food poisoning. I used to work at Panda Express where we take food safety very seriously, I think Ecosure should reevaluate your location more often because there was certainly something wrong with the Spicy Chicken meal I got. Your food is delicious but sadly the Team isn’t taking food safety measures or maybe not at standards, please follow up with them. It’s for everyone’s safety.

Consistently bad! Moved back from Virginia 3 years ago and food here is below par. All the stores in Virginia where always good and everything came out fresh and tasty. Makes no sense. On a good note, customer service here is always great! Just wish they could figure the food out.

I look forward to having breakfast here at least twice a week. A chicken biscuit + Sunjoy = my happy place! 😊

Love Chick-fil-A, but I have to say every time I have been to this location lately it has been dirty, the employees seem confused, and I nearly slip and fall on the slippery floors.

I really liked the chicken Cobb salad. It had plenty of ingredients and lots of chicken and with good flavor. Next time, I think I'll try the grilled chicken salad or tender.

Place is a good chicken alternative to home cooking if you got time. This place is busier than an in and out on a Saturday night. Beware of the delivery driver in the white delivery vehicle. I watched him run red light on Heritage and Palomar street. He was sliding thru the turn so fast he almost took out biker legally crossing the road on green walking light on. He over corrected and slide near a group of elementary kids crossing at the same time from the side he ran the red light. This happened at 12:07pm on 5/20/22 and as he regained control before nearly hoping inside curb he threw out a hand gesture for all to see that he did not give two reasons for his total disregard for the children, the biker, the other motorist, or himself. Incident has been filed with Corporate and investigation is pending. Be safe god bless

Great fast food. Nice service. Always clean. Can't go wrong with any food choices. Every now and then service will be off-balanced.

Love the food, chick fil is always good. This one has forgotten my dressing for my salad twice and just now forgot to give me my salad all together. I've ordered the southwest salad now on 3 different occasions and haven't tried it even once with the salsa dressing lol

Pretty sure tomato peppers don’t go with yogurt parfait. 😩 I’ve noticed small details like this lately. They used to be 5 stars on all fronts. Attention to detail is lacking now.
