Authentic! Amazing! Known for carnitas! Great nice service. I drive out of my way to come here.

My second time to this spot . First time I got the 1 pound meal which was great at that time. You even get a taco while you wait for your order to come up. This time it was during my lunch time, ordered a Carnitas burrito and was Super disappointed. Not only was the burrito 8.99$ but it had NO meat in it! It was a dam rice burrito! Also ordered a soda and total was 13.86 I believe. I was looking forward to this spot but killed the vibe with the expensive rice burrito I got. The more bites I took the more rice I found 👎🏼You get a better deal going down the Street to Carnival market store.

The best carnitas in town. Order by the pound and you won't be disappointed. Update: still awesome! The orange hot sauce is great. The prensado (sp*) is amazing!

Good spot authentic food. CASH ONLY posted but they take cards. I got a burrito came with cilantro onion and marinated carrots horchata was delicious. Fast service def would go back when I’m the area.

Food is amazing, very reasonable price, and came really quickly. But the service was really terrible. They were obviously annoyed that we only spoke English. We came on a Sunday at 5:45pm, with two small kids. They close at 6:30pm, but had already shut down the bathroom for the night. And clearly they didn't care. So couldn't take kids potty or wash hands before or after. Will not be coming back. I would rather have slightly worse quality food with at least good service. FYI, they are cash only.

The food here is fire. I just picked up some chilaquiles with carnitas and green sauce. It was recommended by the one behind the counter. Best recommendation I have had in a while. Killed my hunger quick.

This place never disappoints. We always order by the pound Surtida , Maciza , and Buche . The flavor is sooo good they are always moist and never greasy or fatty. With the combo they give you Rice, Beans, Salsa Red and Green , Limes, Cilantro, Onions and pickled onions and carrots.

Went here for breakfast and it was busy so I knew I came to the right spot. 99% of the people were speaking Spanish . Customer service was good and we felt welcomed. The carnitas were tender but lacked seasoning. It tasted too porky or bland for me. The hot sauce was not flavorful and made my meal taste a little better. After eating my leftovers from here I got food poisoning for about 12 hours so I should have thrown the left-over away. I am not a big pork person so will not be back. Also I learned that my stomach is sensitive to lard.

My favorite spot for Carnitas this side of the border. Service is friendly and you definitely get what you pay for plus "pilon".

Authentic Quiroga michoacan style carnitas. The owners make you feel like family when you come here. Everyone is super friendly very attentive and the food is always fresh quick clean and plentiful. If you have a craving for something and it's not on the menu they will most likely make it for you if you ask. You feel like you're going to your uncle's house. Best carnitas in town.

Authentic Mexican food and atmosphere. So good. Been disappointed with some taco shops, used to be good but the quality has recently gone down. This place is awesome.

Horrible customer service. Like they are doing you a favor to give you the food you are paying for. There is not a welcome...thank you..or a smile in site by anyone. It puts a bad taste in your mouth before even getting your food. Will not be going back.

It has been a couple of times or more that I call before going to ask if they have meat still, they say yes. I get there within 5 minutes, ordered the meat and they give me or want to give me what is left (mixed). Then oh I am sorry we do not have any meat left. Really? That is why I called first. It looks like they jsut want you to get there and buy whatever they have left because "we are closing soon". Disappointed 😞

This restaurant is very friendly, the food taste great and has big food portions. They have a very quick to go service too.

I got the torta de carnitas and it was amazing! The green tomatillo salsa tasted so fresh, it's my favorite salsa anywhere!

Trash Food I ordered chicharon prensado and it looks like fried fish and it taste like it 2. Vhicharron prensado has a red color when cooked correctly. Not burnt don't recommend at all.

The best don't miss out coming to this place they have really good carnitas and other foods.

Carnitas and tortillas are really soft and easy to chew. Flavor and texture is on point. Will be back soon.

I have been to multiple places in TJ, Mexico City, Santa Ana, and San Diego. I can say this place has the best Carnitas I ever tasted. Hands down the best. They also have great-tasting tortillas and salsa that I recommend getting as well.

Omg I recommend this restaurant is very typical Mexican restaurant and the service is great I love it if so wine read this try it is the best and it makes it more delicious with the wonderful customer service....

Overall very good, make sure the guy weighs your food infront of you and make sure he gives you what you pay for sometimes if their running low on meat they wont show you the weight or even give you cuts of meat that you did not ask for.
