I used to work at Denny’s so I understand it gets hard when it’s busy. But today it wasn’t the server Beatriz C. was EXTREMELY rude. She took 30 minutes to take our order and instead of putting it in the system she went to all of the tables before putting in the order. The breakfast (which is the fastest one to get out) took another 30-35 minutes. Plus the portions are SO SMALL, like it felt like a joke.I definitely will never go back and I recommend you driving a little extra to another Denny’s. THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH IT!

I gave them a second chance after having ordered “to go” two weeks ago and the order was terrible. Well, last chance given this morning. Prices went up and portions down-sized and even taste went down the flush. Pancakes went from being 6 inches in diameter down to 5, even less. And the French Toast portion went from 2 slices of bread split in 2(4), down to 1 slice split(2). Picture attached to proof it. What the hell is you problem Denny’s!!! This is a scam.

Never coming here again. Gave this Dennys so many chances, but the night staff is horrible. They don't ever check up on you and they just sit and talk while our food is sitting for 10 minutes. Food was cold and bad. All the tables are full of dirty dishes yet the staff have time to sit and chat. All the bad reviews and it's still bad. Probably needs nee management.

Food is always great here. Visited on a holiday so it was pretty packed during lunch hour, the service was moderate. Our server was forgetting to bring us a couple things here and there, but I do believe it was due to the amount of people she was attending to. I did not mind, just kindly reminded her about them since we are only human and forget things at times. I ordered the Big Dipper Melt, definitely recommend.

The food has definitely gotten worse and worse over the years. This morning our food must have sat in the window for a while because the egss were very cold, the Hashbrowns were rubber and the toast was burnt. The staff had become more rude and less qualified to be waiting on people, our waitresses was awful. They consistently over charge you for what is ordered and give tables the wrong checks. So they expect you to pay for the other person's food because they paid for yours already when they left, even when check amounts are drastically different. They have the busser walking through the dining room with a dirty cart and parking it right next to you while you eat. This location needs massive training. Giving 2 instead of 1 star because they have been good in the past but lately it has been really bad!

New Review 07/11/2019: My wife and I were looking for a good breakfast and decided to come into this Denny's. I ordered Some eggs, Ham, Bacon and sausage while my wife ordered an omelette and coffee. The food was great as expected and the service was top notch. I am upgrading my review to 5 stars and will be back soon. Older Review: Typical Denny's restaurant. Good food, good prices and service. Open 24 hours. They need more staff !

Alondra R was our waitress for breakfast. we had excellent service, food was delivered fast and checkout equally fast. Highly recommend for breakfast. Beatrice C was our waitress and is always excellent. She even remembers what we order!! Olivia C was our waitress and was excellent. She brought our breakfast meal in a very timely manner, was polite including numerous coffee refills. Checkout was equally excellent.

First time in Denny's in awhile, but it was a great dining experience! My waiter, Juan C was attentive and delightful 😊. Eggs were a little greasy, but were fluffy. Ordered a fruit bowl, which was fresh.😋

Waited 45! Minutes for the food ONLY to get the wrong food brought to the tables. On top of that the gravy was dripping off the plate and the glasses were really dirty smh. I spoke to the manager to explain why we were leaving without eating or paying but I all he said was "so sorry " I seriously doubt he understands English. I even asked him if he has read the reviews on Yelp and he said "si,si'.... Jesus Christ help me....

I can’t believe I actually took a nap waiting for breakfast that took 45mins after the order was taken. A franchise like this should have two cooks in the kitchen to keep things moving, people have things to do also, not spending their day waiting for food. The manager should be more aware of the waiting times and at the minimum acknowledge it with the customers or better yet hire another cook. Waiters should treat all customers the same not pick & choose who gets better attention than others. Higher tips based on level of performance, at least don’t show you’re doing us a favor or hate your job. Dennys has always been my favorite breakfast/brunch place to dine, and I’m sure not all locations has terrible service as this one, but you got to do better the reputation of this great franchise is at stake due to poor management. Hire me and I’ll turn this place around, you’re in a great location to attract more customers not push them away. Is there a next time?? Maybe not…I’ll take my business to another location that appreciate it.

The servers are great, but the food takes a long time. My coffee ☕️ had a lipstick strain. Ugly Unhealthy It was my first time in a long time at Denny's. It is more expensive than it used to be for the same food.

I enjoyed this place, especially with the company I had. I came in with a large group and we got seated immediately. The waitress kept forgetting things we asked for, it was understandable due to how big of a crowd we had and everyone had very specific orders and special requests. Other than that, im pretty happy with our experience here.

Well I went here on Mother's day in the Late Afternoon because I wanted to eat and not wait 3hrs just to be seated!! Lol so I chose this spot because you cant go wrong here!!! I had the Ultimate Lumber Jack Breakfast and it never disappoints lol I was so very happy and my family was too!! And they have Great deals which always makes me and my husband smile.

It was a good, clean restaurant. Employees were friendly and attentive and the food was good and so was the coffee. One thing I will point out though is that it was cold in there. I was looking for a place to get out of the cold outside to have a nice breakfast but it was almost just as cold inside as it was outside. Even the employees were wearing their jackets. Those hot cups of coffee sure kept my hands warm. Who am I kidding, I'd go again :0)

I have been here a few times and have usually had good experiences. The food here is good and pretty affordable. The place is also always pretty clean. The one issue with this place is the service. The wait time for the food is usually pretty long. There have been times when the wait was long even when the place wasn't busy.

This is the fourth time that we have had an order messed up because of this location. Backstory, my wife and I ordered delivery from this location for two things. Tonight it was said to have been picked up and delivered by a Doordasher. The food was delivered to the wrong location because our food was given to the wrong person. We tried calling the location to get this rectified to have no phones answered for 15min. When the phone was finally answered it was answered by someone that refused to help us with this situation. When asked about this and what to do to be issued a refund. They refused to provide a name of who we were speaking to and said the manager was unavailable until Wednesday (time of writing this is Saturday). When asked what they could do they stayed silent on the phone and then hung up on us. With consistent mess ups and unprofessional workers this location has failed.

I've been to this Denny's many times before, and would say that it is great, generally 4 stars. Rating this visit a 5 star (7/22, 4am), because the individual working was stellar. They were attentive and very polite. Perhaps it's because there were only two customers 🤷‍♂️. I've also been to other Denny's at this time in the morning and had not so great service. Also, the place was clean, and there was nice background music.

That staff was amazing... they set us up in a room to the side for a small birthday party ... It was a perfect setup the waitress was very attentive and everything came out in a timely manner and she is pretty good at keeping the drinks. The food is always good we will definitely be back thank you so much

At first I was irritated the girl at the front completely ignored me while in line and assisted someone else even though I was there before that person. I spoke up to let her know I had been waiting first. Once sat at our table our server Oliva was EXCEPTIONAL she made our experience so much more pleasant. They were clearly very busy and she kept a good attitude and a smile on her face the entire time! She made sure our cups never ran out of coffee and brought us water as well. She was very good with my kids and sister she maintained good eye contact and a beautiful smile on her face the entire time.

I enjoyed my Grand Slam Birthday breakfast. Service great, had 2 cups of coffee, served my favorite hazelnut creamer. Forgot to take a picture, was too busy eating breakfast while it is nice & warm.

It's been a while since last time I came to a Danny's restaurant and I thought the food was going to be ok. Man I was wrong, the food was EXCELLENT. I enjoyed everything and the service was 5 stars. Thanks for everything

The place is suppose to close at 1AM but it is only 10:38 and told they are not serving because they only have 1 cook and 1 server. The employee said they have mentioned this to the manager. Too bad I can't give less than a 1 star.

Food was worth it. Delicious. Slow service after getting your food but thats due to low employees , but there great and get you exactly what you asked for fast.

Not a bad place, kind of small. Prices are decent. I would definitely go back. Its a LOT better than other Denny's I have been to. Only complaint I have is that the service was a little slow and the waiter was not the most attentive. Did not even have silverware when I sat down, had to ask for them. Also had to ask for drink refills, not just offered.

Usually have a good experience in this location....i ordered online to pick up and the lady said we dont have one of your items so you can cancel it on the app...i dont have the app so i went directly to the denys website as i always do...and the reciept only says... have any issues? call the store....i try and show her and she continues to saying idk but theres a way to cancel it....and then i ask her if she can show me and she says idk youre gonna have to figure it out.....so i ended up asking if i can subtitute it with something else and she said anything below 4 dollars....for something i paid 5 dollars for...i ended up getting something a 3 dollar item since they didnt have anything else....will definetly not come back to this location

First time for the family and I to visit this Denny’s Restaurant. We went later in the evening and it was packed with people, so it must be good. Due to all the people the service was slow with only three employees working the dinning room floor. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and it was good. Overall, good experience at this Denny’s Restaurant.

I go into Denny's for breakfast as. often as I can. My favorite is the Grand slam breakfast. They accept AARP to reduce my breakfast about 15%. You can't beat that. So whoever goes to breakfast with me I usually buy their breakfast too.

Literally the funniest and coolest servers here. They have great service and the food is great. I would definitely come here again. Christian the server is super cool too 😎

Amazing customer service, unfortunately the small employee was rude to the trainee even though she handled the register correctly. I give the food a solid 8/10 and that's great for Denny's in my opinion.

We always eat breakfast here in Eastlake Denny’s .the service was very good but today and last Sunday we found hair in my pancakes , twice in a row, and the coffee mug had lipstick mark, just want to addressed the issues, because I love this place and it’s convenient

The best Alaskan caught salmon you can get for under $15 and the sauteed zucchini is delicious 😃😊😋👍 our servers were great to.

Denny’s always hits the spot. I got the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was perfect. Hot chocolate was solid. Christian A. served us and he absolutely gave the best service. Props to him!! 🙌🙌🙌
