Went to try out the new click burger.. omg.. so much lack of motivation by whoever made it.. zero sauce.. well.. there was a smaller than dime size squirt.. and so little amount it didn't touch both the chicken and the bun.. stupid.. so disappointed..pics are what it's supposed to look like.. to what I got..

I used to be a worker at this Jack not that long ago, you wouldn’t believe the things they did. Once there was literally mold growing on the frozen patty, since we had a long line the manager Mariana gave the green light to just take the pieces around the mold and give it to the costumers. They also only change the oil 3 times a month. In the time I was working there I never saw the ice cream machine be cleaned nor anything in the kitchen really. And if you ask for your fries with no salt, most likely they’re just putting the fries with salt back on the frier to get rid of the salt. In conclusion, save your money and a trip to the doctors and choose a different location.

I went there and I ordered $50 worth of food. I asked the manager to make sure the Burger no sauce . She told me it was I get here sauce all on the Burger? My child is allergic to sauce. What is wrong with these people? They can't take a simple order specially. The manager and she was so rude She knows nothing about the restaurant business. It's all about hospitality, and she was very rude. She short blond hair and wears glasses. And trust me i'm taking my burger back up there right now

Nice, clean and good food

I'm Hispanic and have difficulties with speaking Spanish. When I ordered, the cashier assumed I spoke Spanish but switched over to English when she saw I was having difficulties understanding her. I'm guessing they think that what you pay goes directly into their paychecks because I asked for a Medium sized combo but she charged me for a Large combo just to get more money out of me. Her English wasn't very good and I couldn't understand her when she gave me the restroom code. The second cashier had to tell me the restroom code. Also, the first cashier didn't print my receipt. When my order came out and they called my order number, I had to go up and explain that the cashier hadn't given me a receipt so I didn't know my order number but that I knew the order was mine. The cashier printed my receipt, said, "this is your receipt," placed it on the counter, and, as soon as she did that, the other cashier took my receipt from the counter and crumpled it up in front of me, not letting me have my receipt. I think these ladies gave me a hard time because I had trouble speaking Spanish. Would not recommend this place.

I love Jack in the box, but this location is not consistent with its quality of food that comes out of this restaurant. On some occasions, the food appears to be stuff that they are trying to get rid of from days gone by. On other occasions the food looks like it's right off your television. These photos are from my last chicken sandwich from here, or was it salad with a chicken nugget it.

Food takes forever, and I asked the cashier for the bathroom code she sighed and gave it to me with a bad attitude. The restaurant just got remodeled it looks nice but you should remodel the employees as well.

I don’t expect much for a place like this considering it is fast food, but regardless I paid money for my food…the bare minimal they can do is be polite when someone is being polite with them. The old woman ( mayra ) in the drive through was very rude, If you don’t enjoy dealing with the public maybe don’t work in the customer service industry?

Said they didn’t sell fraps anymore but made me one anyways, foods always warm and the drive through dude is always nice, place is rad very satisfied

Cold ice mocha everyday is the best only one time they game me what tasted like chocolate milk other than order wrong here and there they are OK 👌

The drive-thru line moved quickly. The staff was friendly and ready for me. The chicken nuggets were delicious 😋 The chocolate shake was not so good. I didn't care for the white topping they put on it. It's no longer like Reddi-whip cream that made the Best chocolate shake's.

I hardly go inside to eat so I don't really know what the atmosphere is like in there. But the food is always jack in the box fast and good as alwsys!

Was going to give this Jack in the box a bad review because they messed up my order. I called them back to let them know that I was missing an item and the lady on the phone said that she had bagged everything for me. She looked around and saw that my missing item was still at her store and she was really sorry and asked if I could come back for my missing item and I said sure. When I got there they handed me my item and also gave me a free cheesecake for my troubles without me asking for it and once again said sorry. That’s what a call great customer services.

Very clean restaurant! Fresh coffee! The food was great.

It's a morning stop before work. The drive thru is always busy but the front never suffers. Top notch service

Excellent customer service, Braulio the cashier was very polite and helpful, went and check with Marina the manager to see if the have my favorite sauce, what an excellent team; my food and was delivered in a timely manner, I will definitely come back.

They have great workers they know how to cook and make your food fresh

Food's consistently good they're slow but Foods always there in the order that when I ordered I got everything I ordered never had a problem with that staff is always nice but like I said they're swamped so they're slow but it's worth the wait

Went inside and only bought a chicken nugget kids meal for my son. They didn't tell me a soda with a kids meal costs $2 more. Didn't get anything in the bag but the nuggets and fries. No napkins, ketchup, sauce, nothing. Had to go back and ask for that stuff. It wasn't even busy. Paid $6 for the worst kids meal that doesn't even have a toy and bad service lol. I know it's just kids working there but come on.

Great food and fast polite service. The dining room was very clean with ample seating. Unfortunately many homeless have migrated to the area creating trash filth and aggressive flies. Please beware of your surroundings.

I just went to the drive thru and they couldn't Hear so I went to the window and manager was at the window as I ordered she park me and had me waited it seems like every time I come here they parked me I ask why she said if you want it fresh to park that is why I go to drive thru not to park and wait ...this lady had a attitude she was rushing me after this I didn't want to order anything more things so rude..I checked my order and i ask for a plain jr bacon and they not only got it wrong but it looked disgusting after i keeped asking for plain this is why i don't like to park this is the second time they get it wrong I go here because its close to my kids dentist never coming here again people don't let these people park you....so angry waste of my money.. How am going to feed my kid this

Drive thru was trash! How am I the only person here and you manage to serve cold food. Tacos are cold and soggy, hash brown soaked in grease and also soggy. All that renovation to continue bad service.

I ordered 4 breakfast jacks and the egg was very small I ordered with Swiss cheese instead I got American cheese on Sourdough Bread so I decided to throw them away cause I can't eat American cheese

The worker is an angry guy named Christian ignored me 3 times when i asked him food question. Took his anger out on me idk why.

Its new look is very nice. Staff is courteous and friendly. The only issue and reason of why I will only use their drive through is because they don't give access to clients for the WiFi.
