As a family we go to this location alot and this time I was really disappointed in the lack of attention from the servers. My burger didn't come out the way I ordered it. My mother in laws chicken sandwich came over cooked dry and it wasn't what she ordered. The fries tasted old and wasn't fresh/ hot!

Food was amazing for the price! I got the two for $10, and loved it. Although mine was a bit more than $10 due to margarita, I’d still recommend this. Also, our waitress was really nice and cool. 10/10 service

Alina was super waitress . She came and took our order quick. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks and everything came out super fast ! Food was good, drinks were good and Alina gave amazing service!! Thank you Alina !

Well, the trio chip dip was truly amazing. The ribs were really delish, tender, and just right. The overloaded mashed 🥔 potatoes were the bomb. I forgot loaded potatoes come with bacon. So hubby scooped all that out, and he enjoyed it. We shared the full rack of ribs and the trio dip with chips. I loved each. White cheese, bean dip, and salsa dip. Wow. I wish I could take them home! I would go again and take family with me. So let me be perfectly honest. But..... we went at the end of the evening and before closing. It was noisy (sports bar), and still a good number of people crowded the sections opened. The restaurant had closed off sections, so we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated because the area opened was packed. They were too busy without adequate workers, I think. But such is life now, u never know who will call in sick! Upon entering the place, it didn't smell clean, kinda musty, sweaty? But again, u walk into the area that faces the sports bar.. am I being judgemental? Sorry. We were seated at the corner, which was perfect for us, but it was quite cold with the draft of the air conditioning hugging to the area near the window. I'm glad I wore my bomber jacket with hood. I used that baby real good. So, there was no decaf coffee. No hot tea avail. They offered hot water. 🤣😂 gotta love the waitress. I got my regular coffee but had to flag down a bus boy and apologize to ask him for sugar. He was super gracious. There were none on the tables surrounding ours. The nice lady who brought the amazing hot food gave us one plate. We asked for another, but never got it. The waitress checked on us several times when we didn't need anything, but that was nice that she did. She knew it was like our first time there and a couple not familiar with Chili's. So, in essence, maybe don't go so late? But the food is cooked very well even at the end of the day. The place was still loaded with people when we left.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in about 20 years. Service was excellent. I used the app to get in line then only waited about five minutes to get seated. The margaritas were delicious and a good size. The food was pretty good but the burger I had seemed a little bland with zero flavor on the meat, not even a little salt. Tasted like a basic ground beef patty. My wife had the trio and came sizzling for about two seconds. The trio was delicious but the beef was cold. They took care of that but when we got it back the the meat was well done, ehh, but still tasted really good and relatively tender. I thought I was going to eat the molten lava chocolate cake by myself but it was much larger than expected. The highlight was our server. Megan from Tennessee was awesome and very attentive even though she was overwhelmed. Thank you Megan.

My wife & I had a long day, needed good food. Service was excellent! servers were attentive to our needs. The food was delicious & satisfying 😋

July 2022: Still a great value for families to eat here. Less than $70 for 5 adults with drinks and a beer. Not too crowded but it can get packed at certain times June 2022: Good deals and some tasty food options. I only find it's worth it if there are some deals to be had. There are a lot of televisions at the bar so it's nice if you're a sports fan. It's June and they had both the NBA and NHL playoffs.

Upon entering the restaurant the door handle is extremely greasy there’s sanitizer had no sanitizer in it offered it to me when I use the restroom it was very dirty and dingy only one soap dispenser working only one sink can I sit down and order my food about 20 minutes to get my order in about another 45 minutes to get sugar for my iced tea I think this is the worst Chili’s restaurant I’ve ever eaten compared to Out of state the bartender turned out to be my best friend here he had my back every time I had to get up to get something to drink or ask for an extra Alyssa was just all over the place next time I come here I’m only getting my ribs to go I will never sit in this restaurant again. And then come to find out I can’t even pay for my food because I still have to wait on this waitress how much more awful can my experience get

Poorly managed, i was seated in the bar area. The only server was the bartender and the area was full. The bartender worked his 🐴 off. He was making drinks and waiting on all those tables. I gave him a big tip but I was there almost 90 minutes for lunch . Poor scheduling.

With a name like Chili's there should be much more spice and flavor in the food. I got the 3 for me special for $10.99 (app, entree, and drink). The chips and salsa consisted of bland unsalted chips. Salsa tasted like straight tomato paste with no peppers, onions, cilantro (or chili's lol). The burger was very bland as well. I opted to get an extra side of loaded mac and cheese. The burger was so boring that I put my mac and cheese on it, which was a game changer. Chili's should make this a new burger as it was a night and day difference and they already have the ingredients! So to sum up the food, it wasn't terrible, but they need to add more spice or ANY for that matter. I mean it's in your logo and name!! On the flip side, service was exceptional. We were seated within 15 minutes on a busy Friday night. Thank you to our waitress Chloe, who was very welcoming and constantly looking out for us. Drinks, apps, and meal were all delivered very swiftly. Will still be going back to Applebee's as their food tastes like stuff. Do better Chili's!

I had fajitas, and some fries with cheese on top, which came cold to the table. The steak was cold and had to send it back. The melted cheese on top of the fries was hard and cold. It was such a shame because the seasoning was pretty good, but I just didn't feel like eating it anymore.

The food was really good the waitress was super nice and I went there with some friends and we were all stuffed in the end.

The excellent guacamole at this Chili's made up for the somewhat slow service. This restaurant's guacamole was so much better than the guacamole I've ordered at other Chili's. It was a generous amount with just the right amount of seasonings. The other food we ordered was also excellent.

Went yesterday afternoon with friends and we had a gift card to use. We ordered nachos, Caesar salad, southwest egg rolls and sliders. The nachos came out burned. They also did not taste that good. Luckily our main meal came fast. The southwestern egg rolls did not seem to be cooked very well. They were soft and didn’t seem to be cooked enough. I am not a chef, but sliders don’t taste very good when cooked medium well. They are pretty small anyway so somebody should have kept an eye on them, but also no.. the fries were pretty good. This is no reflection on our server who was great. It falls on the kitchen staff and managers who are not paying attention to the food. Yea it’s bar food but you would think that they could do a better job and make it edible. Probably not going back for awhile, that taste is sticking with me.

Came here after trick or treating and it was busy but we were able to get a table for five of us including two children in the bar area. The server was quick to take our order and bring the drinks then the food. The food overall was pretty good except a couple of dishes were very salty. One was the Nashville hot chicken crispers. The server exchanged them for plain ones. Restaurant was fine. Bathrooms a little messy and some of the televisions seemed to not be working properly. The weirdest thing was when it came time to pay we did split checks and because it was busy I was going to tip her well and the payment thing you use at the table would not let me tip what I wanted to. It actually said that the amount exceeded the maximum amount allowed. I just skipped the top and have cash. Very odd.

The way Chili's honors their vet's is commendable. Thank you for the free burger it was very good. Don't understand why you don't give free soda too, but thanks for your commitment to our veterans

Today's visit was excellent. The food was great, our steaks cooked exactly like we requested and the flavor in every single serving was delicious. The roasted asparagus were cooked perfectly and the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. Both my daughter and I were pleasantly satisfied with the food experience.

Server need more training please. She's friendly and courteous but a little bit overwhelmed, I think. Food was great it just took longer to have our order served and to pay our check. Price is reasonable too.

Great place to relax, unwind and enjoy sports on the screen with flavorful food. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Worth a return!!

So the food and service was AWESOME AND DELICIOUS! It's four stars because it was packed and we asked not to sit next to a family with small children and were sat in the middle of 3 families.😭

We normally love going to chili’s for drinks and food. This site is gross. It’s clean but the food is disgusting. The meal made us vomit on the way home. The brisket was dry AF and they added a slop of bbq in between some cheese skin and the chicken. The lettuce tasted like rancid lemon. Everything was so greasy. It was very mediocre. The only thing that was ok was the corn and fries. The server was nice. I just think the cook could do better.

Only waited 10min.for a table of 5, very busy for Th we waited for the food for over 25min.we had chips n salsa our server was amazing, food was good.Music a bit loud to hear the conversation.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing so I sat at the bar, Abraham provided excellent customer service! I got use my Trio coupon 😊 I highly recommend the brisket quesadillas! Great experience overall!

Good place, not too big in smaller strip mall East Chula Vista of H Street. Suburbs type place. Smallish busy bar on Friday. Full restaurant too!! So not relaxing really.

The berry flavored Margarita was very good. We shared a salad that was fresh and had my favorite green, arugula!!! The quesadilla salad was very good too.

I haven't gone to a Chili's I'm over a year so this was definitely a fresh experience for me. The food here was cooked exactly as I expected. Flavor wasn't outstanding but it was honestly really good. Quality came out to what I wanted and expected including everyone else who ate with me as well (a total party of 5). The pricing is great when you take advantage of the rewards they offer on the spot and the specials they offer, such as the 2 for $25. Food came out quick and our waitress was on top of refills. I rarely had to ask for anything. The place was also nicely cleaned and no issues with broken entrances or anything like that. Really not much else to say, but great total experience.

We sat in the bar during happy hour, it definitely was loud in there when we went. Nov 24, 21 from 4-6 pm Our waitress (Callie, reddish curly hair) was AMAZING, super nice and very attentive. We also had a gentleman (Fernando, dark curly hair) who brought out our food was also SUPER nice and helpful! Overall the service we received was the best we got in a while. Very thankful for those two individuals during our dining experience. :) Also, we called Chili's on the phone and the hostess was very nice on the phone.

The place is good. Not the best, but good. Went for dinner. Ordered some drinks, a margarita and a mule. The drinks were underwhelming. The food however made up for it. The server was nice and attentive. We reviewed their restaurant via the tablet they provide. We gave them the same score.

I had bad experience at this restaurant. I asked for vegetarian nachos and the server served me nachos with beef in it. When I complained about it server said it’s beans not meat… he was so sure about it. Since he said it’s not meat I finished half of the nachos plate and suddenly he came to me and said it has beef in it… I am allergic to meat and I couldn’t resist it and I left the restaurant right after paying the bill. when I got home I had to throw up and wasn’t feeling well after. Later I complained about it to the customer service thru email.. they responded me with $15 food voucher… I replied them back that take your $15 I don’t need them.. this is how they wanted to compensate me… since I said I don’t want this coupon they haven’t replied me yet…
