My family didn't believe my taste buds lol but they went elbows deep in their menu, my 14yr old only took one bite before leaving his chili dog only ate the 🍟 lol that's why I'm giving them 3 ⭐ and not 2, I really don't understand why ppl still eat here but to each their own I guess.

The food and service are good, for fast food. If you drive a truck and are going through the drive through, beware of the left lane. 2 trucks relatively large 2020 colorado and bigger struggled so much to get through the tight turn. The Colorado actually broke a headlight on a yellow pole. no indoor dining or bathrooms, outdoor dining has a shade, looks generally dirty and sketchy with many large roaches creeping around. there's also a few sketchy large white trucks that are always parked there. my friends and i have been coming here for years, since hs. the food come out pretty fast, tastes good, and is generally cheap. For sentimental reasons my friends and i will always return. :)

This location was amazing. The service at the order was impressive. I was basically talking to an AI which took my order precise to the extra onions. What the future is about.

It was my first timer trying rally's we got a fish burger , chicken strips and fries. The costumer service it wasn't bad but the food was not tasty the bread I got it was all burn and looked as a sad burger and chicken strips

The cashier at the drive through overcharged me and I only had enough for what I ordered and told me it was going to take about 3 business days.I don't know why they have automated drive thrus when their still going to mess up your order.Majority of their food is also super salty and most of the time I would only recommend people order the shakes/ice cream but after this experience I don't think I wanna come this specific rally again

Great variety of menu items! Rally's takes its foundation as a burger/ fries/.shake establishment & makes everything better, from the fresh made food to the upbeat staff!

The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. Our order took over ten mins to fill. They asked us to go around thru the drive in window twice for some reason so they can complete the second part of our order. They told us they had no ketchup. How's that possible at a fries and burgers joint?!?! Both of our sodas were flat and tasted exactly the same even though we ordered a cherry coke and a diet coke. This time last year the service as well as the food was amazing but whatever changed since then has caused the strengths to become huge weaknesses. We hope to come back again. And maybe things will have improved by then.

I've been to many Rallys, this one is the least favorite. Food temperature was not hot enough, hot dogs were cold in the middle. The burger was inconsistent with other locations, the cook apparently decided that I liked mayo on my fry burger which everywhere else only has ketchup/mustard. I'm allergic to mayo, so I will have to ask for no mayo next time, only to be told that it doesn't come with mayo. I do not recommend this Rally's location and will drive to an alternate location to try again.

Great fries, decent grub, very quick service.

Terrible customer service from the night crew. A pleasant demeanor should be standard for customer service workers. Instead of, greeting the customer, it's "what do you want?" Along with slamming the window after the order is placed. A burger and shake combo should not accompany a nasty attitude.

I got a bunch of food and with my order I ordered two chili cheese dogs. They end up putting ketchup and mustard on them which made them taste horrible and then the lady argued with me for five minutes about how that’s how they’re supposed to come when on the website it says they just have chili and cheese, then she tells me they don’t officially sell chili cheese dogs there, so it just gets added on with the regular ketchup and mustard. Stop being lazy and make the food right.

This Rallys is a forgotten location. It has the energy of decay.. Where's management at??? Sad. And yes, the taste of my burger was way off. CPR is badly needed. I guess some people forgot what a freshly made Rally's burger should taste like.

Update: Went back to this Rally's today and had a very mediocre experience. I was confused about the price of some items I initially ordered (drive-thru). I ended up just changing my order & getting something else. Fries were okay but the burger tasted as if it had been holding in a warmer. Not as good as before. Fast food chains are definitely hit or miss. Really had a pretty good burger at Rally's. Definitely better than your large chain hamburger mills. I was very surprised.

Bought 4 tacos, fries and water. Young lady seemed annoyed at my questions. Haven't been in years. Fries always AWESOME! Tacos watery. Whoever packed them in, set tacos on end in bag. Leaked thru paper and bag. And all over car and me! Maybe drain meat a little before u put in tortilla? And flour tortillas had hard edges, like they were old or something...? Tacos themselves were good, like I remember...Rallys! Do better. U are a favorite icon to many of us!

Always the BEST. Fries are fresh everytime I've ordered. The funnel cake fries are bomb too and they ALWAYS have ice cream and shakes. Unlike some other fast food joints...🙄🤨

I got the Big Buford and some Chili Cheese Fries. Even though I ate my meal at home, the food was still hot and tasted fresh on top of the fact that I live a few miles away. The burger wasn't smashed or mishandled like I've seen at other fast food chains; it was really good. All the ingredients were great and high-quality, especially the beef which was surprising. The fries were also super rich and very satisfying. The food is priced way better compared to some other fast food chains and tastes even better, so I'll be sure to return someday.

It was a little weird ordering through an automated system at the drive through. Not sure if it heard me correctly while ordering with a couple repeated questions but it all worked out and the service was fine.

Went on a bad day, homeless guy causing havoc by the tables. Not Rallys fault but if you see a guy screaming and threatening prob not a good scene. But my dad wanted seasoned fries.

I hadn't had Rallys in quite a while and craved it. Ive recently had the rally burger and loaded tots. Daughter the chicken strips and spicy chicken and of course regular yummy rally fries. First vist the burger was phenomenal and was surprised a bit since it had been a some years that I had eaten from here. Second time around the meat was barely there, but was still tasty. Daughter preferred her spicy chicken over the strips. The garlic parm tots had too much parm, but were ok. My mom liked them more than I did. 2 burgers, 1 spicy chicken meal, order of tots, 20 bucks! Great deals. Just updating - ordered an XL fries and they didn't even fill it. They normally do, and there wasn't anyone in line besides me, so no rush to get it out.

Customer service needs improvement big time with the girls working up front tonight. I went through the drive thru because I thought I could use my form of payment thru there. I was regrettably wrong, the young woman told me I would need to get out; walk up to window and pay. (I had back surgery recently, so I’m still working on the walking and standing part.) she directed me to one window then she directed me to another window. At that point I stopped and asked the girl which window because I did t come there to play little games. I was charged and I waited the eight minutes they told me it would take to get my food. I watched them load my fries into a box and the box into a bag , take it in the back then bring it back take out of the bag and put in another bag with the burgers I ordered. At that point I felt something was tampered with. Once my husband and I got home, oh my goodness I couldn’t believe when I started to eat my loaded fries. They had so much salt on them that I could’nt even take more than three bites, I felt my heart pumping out of my chest. This was by far the worst fast food experience. I will never go to a Rally’s again. Measures should be taken with those young women, you don’t do that to people or their food. I hope I don’t get sick! Stay away from 3rd Ave Rally’s especially if you have high blood pressure! They got 1 star because that’s the lowest, but they don’t even deserve that.

All employees Are just kids. But try their best to provide good fast food. My favorite is the swirl ice cream cone for only $1.29

Grabbed take out for dinner. Great deal; three big burgers, a spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken and fries box... I fed five people for less than $30. Fast and cheerful service was a bonus. Quick, good, cheap and easy, you got to love it!!

Great food as always. Cannot go wrong with the bacon cheeseburger. Got the loaded parmesan fries - delicious. Food was hot and prepared well. Nice friendly staff.

Our burgers were good but the fries were only mediocre quality. Not as good as I remember.

Rally's is always good, unless you get the chicken bites. This location is a family favorite nonetheless.

I have always liked Rally's. They have very good food and their shakes are great. I've been getting the Fry seasoned Chicken Strips. They are very good and served piping hot. The dipping sauces are very good also. Only wish that the sauces were in a bigger container, they are kind of small and are good for 1 to strips. I highly recommend anything they sell, especially the Banana shake, it soo good.
