Honestly the tacos taste really good and are not greasy. However, I don't think they're worth it for the size. If you are looking for birria tacos, go somewhere else like Chinito Jr Tacos de Birria off H street, just 2miles away. You will get your money's worth there. You don't get you any meat or tortillas with your consomé at Taquería Revolución. Kind of a bummer but hey, $1.75 for broth is okay. Anyway, the tacos aren't bad I just think you can find better tacos for less elsewhere. The parking is good and the customer service is good too. Clean dinning area outside.

Delicious Carne asada fries a la campechana. The salsa bar has some of the best salsas ever! Customer care is above and beyond and the restaurant is clean. Prices are higher than The average but it makes up with quality ingredients and experienced cooks.

First-time coming to this place. I ordered the mulas. It was blanched! The torilla was "Not " fully cooked right. It was nasty. Raw! I didn't found this to amusing! It was horrible and wasted my time coming here. 😝👎👎so much reviews about this place, is all Fake, just to get people to come in here. 😠no. Never. Will I come here again.

For the amount of money that you pay for food here, you should go somewhere else. Everytime i come here i spend $40+ qnd the food is pretty basic. The adobada could be seasoned more, the birria has no flavor, the fries are always half cooked. Everytime i eat in, the same person behind the register is rude and rushes me to finish ordering my food. They lost my business because of Mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service. not worth it in my opinion.

Out with my bestie again and she was craving tacos! So let me share that next door is Sadie’s Mexican ice cream and this is how I knew about the taqueria, I was eating ice cream and discovered same owner. Anyway tacos and mulitas are amazing, delicious! Tortillas handmade and the pastor, carne asada too good! Place was packed but service was great and place is somewhat small but I loved the stool area where you can see the cooks making the tortillas handmade. Try the Mexican horchata you wont regret it!

2 tacos(Carne Asada & Chicken adobada)and Mulita (Birria). The salsas were on point. The carne asada was a little salty for me. I could only have one of those and the the chicken taco was bomb. The birria Mulita was spicy with good flavor. The meat was juicy. The horchata was really good too. The service was really fast and friendly

My son and I showed up here because I had a few extra minutes to kill. He recommended it since everyone orders it on his door dash shifts... so we stopped. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and patients of the staff while we asked a bunch of questions and took a minute to decide.

Your Cash money is not good here! The thing is, they do not accept cash. All brick and mortar business should take cash. The food is very good and the service is courteous and respectful. The Establishment is well kept and clean. The only reason I don't give it five stars, they don't take cash.

Honest review here first time great asada tacos pricey for serving size bit dry. Second visit realised reviews are accurate. Tried pork buritto salty AF with more than usual grease, adobada below average def. not TJ type flavor with somewhat stale/hard tortillas, asada only real good thing about restaurant with TJ taste since i go often but just tends to be overcooked both times i tried them. Def wont come back again as other people mentioned El Gordo much better taste for the price and they def stuff the tacos unlike this restaurant

Carne asada tacos were great. Adobada wasn't bad, it was just different. The homemade Jamaica was just right, not too sweet. The dining area could use a deep cleaning. Overall, my experience was good. I'd go back again for carne asada, and I'd try the carnitas.

I can compare the carne asada tacos here as one of the better ones compared to most in San Diego.

💯🤤🤤🤤 Big portions. Fresh home made Tortillas. Full of flavor. Tender & Ohhhh so juicy! My boyfriend and I ordered Carnitas quesa taco, Birria quesa taco, and Carne asada burrito. They were all equally good. I really enjoyed being able to watch the kitchen staff filling orders. In the top 5 of my fave places to eat. Will be back.

Debated whether or not to leave an honest review here. This place is so good I almost left a 1 star review just to help keep it a secret. Best Tacos in SD in my opinion. Some think Taco Machin is better, I disagree. Shout out to David and Noely for the great service

Great customer service and the food is deliciously like your street tacos food! Add everything to every taco and try all of the different meats. My favourite is Adobado but Birria and carne asada are pretty awesome too. Now the are serving Mexican icecream on site. Yum!

Get carne asada fries somewhere else 15+ for cold cheese and fries. And the cheese smells funky.

Food was hot and freshly prepared! Employees seem pretty happy and helpful to each customer they interacted with. I love the creamy sauce they put on your tacos.

The food is good. My last experience, I had ordered over the phone it took me about 30 minutes to drive there. And when I went to pay for my order.they didn't except cash/card only they should have told me Over the phone this. So I waisted 1 hour of my time because I didn't bring my card, and arrived back at home still hungry

Tacos are good but a little overpriced. I usually get take out but this last time they forgot to include one of the items I ordered. I live a little far so I tried calling them to let them know so I would not be charged for that item but they just answered and left me on hold for more than 10 minutes until I gave up and hanged up.

This place is above average. Would stop by and get some food. Wouldn't be my 1st choice as there are other better taco spots In San Diego. Prices are kinda high for what it is. Not terrible at all, but its nothing special.

I hate to post a mediocre review, but, that's the best I can give this place based on that experience. I got the Revo Fries with adobada and birria. The adobada is well seasoned but just doesn't live up to the standard that i expect of adobada. The birria is more like the Machaca shredded beef. It doesn't carry that much flavor and doesn't taste like it was emersed in consumé. The real problem though was that my fries were not fried all the way through. I had some raw fries in there. Even though the picture looks great, i don't really see myself going back unless this was a major mistake on their part. If I do go back, I'll probably go strictly for tacos.
