This is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever been to! The workers are so incredibly nice and kind. Our server was very attentive and checked-in on us several times for water and more. The food portions are big and the prices are decent too. The flavor is great! Those who said this place doesn't serve flavorful food are way over their head. They couldn't be more wrong! You have to try this food for yourself and see what I am talking about, this place serves yummy Chinese food! The salt and pepper chicken wings are huge and DELICIOUS! The house noodles are a MUST! I always order these two things and get a complimentary cup of fried rice with the order. There are always left overs. Always! There's a huge parking lot right next to the restaurant so you will never struggle. Overall, great food and great customer service!

Really distraught by the fact that they won’t let me get wings with a combination and just charge me a custom price. This place forces you to get a min. Order of 12 wings. Sad to see how programmed some people are. I lost my appetite after trying to order. I’ve managed two restaurants and never had a problem with customizing nor creating a special price to accommodate the customer. They also didn’t bring out the food at the same time nor perform a two bite check back. Not the greatest service or accommodation here.

The servers are always prompt, friendly, and polite. The food is always quick and piping hot. The restaurant is always clean and recently upgraded. My family eats here often and we are never disappointed.

Opened on time, fresh restaurant smell, extremely clean, bathrooms smell fresh, service is great, and the food is simply amazing. Definitely dining here again and telling my friends and family.

We chose this place based on reviews and man, I’m glad we did! It is delicious. I’m not a fan of fast Chinese food or buffets. I enjoy a sit down, made to order place and this is exactly what it is. The food is fresh and delicious (and the portions are very generous). The place is super clean and the wait staff is very friendly. We are from Los Angeles but I know we will make the drive to come have this place again soon!

My favorite from here is the salted pepper wings. Very good food in general though.

The menu is somewhat limited compared to other Chinese restaurants in San Diego but the items they do have are incredibly delicious. I get the Mongolian Beef with noodles almost every time. The price is very fair for the portion size.

Their Salted Pepper Chicken is the Best!!! Love their Orange Chicken, Schezuan Beef and Chili Oil!!! Great staff!!!

Great food, great prices. We got the Kung Pao chicken. Huge portions. They also have really good salt and pepper chicken. We have been regular customers there for years.

The prices definitely match the food ratio I got orange chicken and chow mein I wasn’t expecting a lot of food and I could barely put a dent into the food the food was the best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted amazing place

The food was great. Takes time for good food so be prepared to wait a bit especially if you get there at the dinner hour. The serving is very generous. We'll be back soon.

Did this change ownership? I ordered Tangerine Shrimp ( not on menu) but they cook it up for me when I come into town. Little girl sweet but doesn’t seem to understand English I repeated several times her reply oh oh ok. I got a different dish. I think in was the General Taos chicken but shrimp. Didn’t want my company that I brought with me to feel bad so told little girl it looks different. She just didn’t understand I said it’s wrong but I’ll try. This dish is 18$ or $ 20 also but when prepared right worth it all. I looked and didn’t recognize any of previous people since 2020. My visit was September 2021

I have been coming to this restaurant since the year 2000, they have Great food! Friendly Staff! Lin always makes you feel right at home! I highly recommend Panda Imperial Restaurant if you 're seeking a yummy experience!

Haven't been for a while. Food tastes the same "good". Only the salt and pepper chicken wings just weren’t as seasoned as before. They've remodeled the place since I've been and looks clean and overall great. 👌
