    Not polite, the lady at Drive Thru window is probably the manager but feels like the owner, I only told her that Google Maps has incorrect store hours and she respond prepotent and not polite at all. I was not complaining just letting her know the store hours are marked incorrectly on google maps instead of saying “They will fix that” she said “If they have no people they can close at whatever time they want” So if you come, the store may be closed during business hours just because there were no people before you come🤔 Not recommended especially in the night drive-thru too crowded and dine-in closed at whatever time they want

    I ordered a double quarter pound combo and a quarter pound just the burger and they gave me a combo of quarter pound in the box of double. That’s really big mistake of employees having fun at the place today at 6:30pm.

    My biggest beef with this location is that while the app allowed me to order for table service . They didn't do so I visited Mc Donald's today because I didn't want to iick up up at window. Next time I'll go to BK. Next I wasn't pleased with cleanliness of this location. They didn't wipe off tables between customers as the scamdemic taught us to do. My food with exception of coffee was only warm at best. The flavors were acceptable. Not a friendly place today.

    We stopped by here because I had to use the bathroom before heading back home from our trip to San Diego. Their bathroom need a coin to unlock the door so I decided to put in a order of French fries and a coke. I used my mcdonald app to use the deal and my friend got his sandwich. After we ordered, I asked for the coin to use the bathroom and they told me it was broken. Our food took about 10 minutes to come out and they forgot our drinks so we had to ask for it. McDonald's fries are one of my favorite and this place made it right but they usually don't fill it up all the way like this place did.

    I saw a "Karen" really mad screaming at the employees about an incorrect order. The staff were calm trying to explain the situation and resolve it, even it seems the karen was at fault. They were professional and felt bad about how they were treated by the Karen. Giving 4 starts since they have missed some sauces or kids prize on some orders

    This place can almost never get an order right. They either leave items out or give you a different sandwich that you order, whether it's breakfast or dinner. The managers Gabby and Maria are either incompetent, don't care, high on their power or all of the above. Gabby is a dishonest person and when I asked her directly to put her name on the receipt she lied and put someone else's name. I still have all of my receipts from orders that were wrong and am waiting for a response from the owner or the corporation. This is the most ghetto McDonald's! Not worth spending money at.

    We tried to dine in but the employees closed 1 hour early. We knocked but they ignored us. So we went around to the drive through window and asked why they closed early. They said because they were short employees. But that didn’t make sense cause orders are placed on the self service machines. Anyways rude employees… oh and the most rude was the manager

    For some unknown reason, this place closed in the middle of the day yesterday. Drive thru was blocked with pallets. I went inside, and it was like thunder dome.. Customers were upset cuz the place was still taking mobile orders, but they couldn't get their food. Was a bit harry there. Don't want to come back, but them damn fries are so good. Oh and this place has a bunch of Ho-boes hanging out. Buyer beware

    First time ever having bad fries here. Didn't think possible. No salt, cold, cashier had to remind BOH to make my sandwich twice. Very understaffed!

    Every car in drive-thru told to park and wait. Food was cold. Server brought food and no coffee. After waiting 5-8 minutes had to go inside and get coffee...handed me the wrong coffee and was cold when I got home which is less than a mile away. Staff tried their best but seemed severely understaffed.

    Well I honestly was debating burger king or McDonald's as I got both apps I decided this McDonald's since I haven't had a min Mac in 30 years I did my mobile order at door and in less than 2 mins had it I can honestly say that's the fastest I've ever gotten anywhere I ate and the food was hot and good keep up the good work and thanks to all your workers who I believe are underappreciated by many that come in it's not easy again I'll be back!

    I ordered on my McDonald's app and they gave me the wrong food! Got home and I was missing food AND one of my kids Happy meals didn't even have the food in it. This has happened a few times! Do NOT order from this McDonald's!!!

    Drive through extremely slow. Long waits for order taker to answer several customers. Milkshake machines "down", meaning too lazy to clean and offer to customers.

    Came here after watching a movie at Chula Vista AMC. Place was still open and kind of busy, but our order went well. We live about 20 minutes away, and the order was still perfectly warm when we got home. Would recommend this McDonald's again.

    Great service, very friendly employees. Especially Andy, he went above and beyond helping bring our food to the table and helping us out since we have a six month old baby. Would definitely come here again just because of him.

    I asked for a mcchicken without lettuce. THEY GAVE ME ONE WITH NO MAYO AND ALL LETTUCE. I was looking forward to my McChicken since the morning. It’s dry and I HATE lettuce. My money and excitement was for nothing

    My Strawberry Smoothy was perfect. The inside of this location was really dirty and under staffed. The restroom was just as bad if not worse. I will never stop here again.

    Location, due to traffic and accessibility for ease of access from either direction is not the greatest. French Fries, I believe, were not prepared to McDonald's standards. The tasted almost like left over fries from the previous day

    Slowest mcdonalds ive been too. Cashiers ignore you. No type of acknowledgement. They just walk off on you. Understaffed i understand but they need to step it up.

    McDonald's is great for a quick, budget meal. Easy for my kiddo. He gets apple slices and a apple juice with his meal. All ways consistent.

    We have experienced rude behavior from both cashiers and managers in a few previous visits to this location. What they don't understand is that we as consumers have many other options to choose from when dinning out and at least for me I don't tolerate this behavior. I called the McDonald's hotline to complain about this and was told that they would talk to the local management and I would receive a call to further discuss this issue. I never received a call. I avoid this and other McDonald's locations because of this reason.

    The person I spoke to over the intercom barely spoke english. I had to repeat my order 6 times...6 times! By the time I got my food it was cold and surprise ! My order was incorrect. Seeing as how I was going to run late for work. (This was breakfast.) I didn't want to waste another 20 minutes going inside to demand my money back. Suffice it to say, I will never, NEVER, order from this location again. Hell, Maybe McDonalds in general...Never to late to start that all Vegan diet.
