πŸ‘πŸ‘ This place was really good with all food and seafood options available. Super busy place and now we know why. We had the fish tacos- awesome, surf & turf taco - really good, and finally the tiger shrimp ceviche and that did not disappoint. Highly recommended and encouraged. People often mention good, taco, fish, shrimp, ceviche, restaurant, time,

I'm updating my review, I don't think I will go back again, I've been a customer since they opened up this place and at first it was great, but lately isn't good as it used to, last two times I visited I waited like an hour to get my food, even when it wasn't busy, and then the lack of flavor, micheladas are so flavorless, my food was unseasoned. πŸ₯² So sad, it used to be a nice restaurant but now it's not worth it to spend money in here. Not recommended!

Arrachera is so good. Got the Surf and turf taco and the Chupacabra (Marlin, Shrimp, and cheese taco). Great spot, new owner, everything on point. **7/29 Update went to Karina's last night in Eastlake and it was horrible. Came back here had a great dinner. Our server Irene remembered us from last time. Great place, great staff.

This is the second time I visit this place. The first time I ate here I found a hair in my taco and let the waitress know and she blamed me that it was my hair. I'm sorry how did my hair get inside the fish taco past the breading? So I decided to give this place another chance today...my mom found a hair in her fish taco and I found one in my campechana. I will not let the waitresses know this time just to get blamed again. So disappointed I won't ever be coming here again. In two visits here I found 3 hairs total disgusting. Overpriced food, not worth it go somewhere else.

The fish tacos are really good. My shrimp tostada was with green agua Chile & the shrimp were medium to large...they were good, but I like my shrimp cut smaller.

This is a good restaurant for authentic Mexican Style Seafood. Their prices have gone up, but still a good deal. I'm giving it a three star because of the service. Our waitress was very curt and short with our group. She seemed to be bothered by us. Because we were a group of 8; a 20% tip was automatically added to our bill. We paid it but she did not deserve 20%

The wait was long and arduous... but the reward is worth it. The food is very delicious and fresh. The wait staff was attentive and respectful to everyone in our party. Will definitely drive 45 min from my house to enjoy the food and service.

April 10th Sunday 1:30p/1:45p visited El Sabor de la Baja restaurant (625 H st) I ordered over the phone 2 items (Torre n ceviche de pescado). I picked up my food in 2 plastic bags in good faith that my order was correct. I gave a tip also even though I didn’t dine in restaurant. Supporting local businesses. When arrived home opened my food n I received shrimp ceviche??? Torre order was correct. I called to let them know I received wrong shrimp ceviche instead of pescado ceviche. I spoke with Monica which didn’t want to give me her name because she said it wasn’t her fault on wrong order placed in bag. Monica mentioned since ordered was paid already she can’t do anything about refund. She also mentioned that no managers work on Sunday’s which seems odd. Sundays are busy n why wouldn’t a supervisor or manger work? Monica mentioned to call back next day n talk to a manager after 3pm? Here is a photo of shrimp ceviche that I did not order. I ordered pescado ceviche. First n last time I visit this restaurant.

I have been eating in this place since I moved from Chicago in 2018, and as a pescatarian, I have been in hundreds of restaurants, including the heaven of sushi lovers of the world in Japan. I found this place as it started as a taco truck and now moved to the building, but quality got much better and better. Servers are awesome, especially Monica and Sergio ; they speak English. My favorite is fish seviche and fish tacos that they are massive portions and less than $5 that is unbelievable! I don't drink, but they have a variety of selections.

Amazing authentic Mexican seafood at a reasonable price. The owner started his business out of a food truck in South Bay until he was able to land this restaurant in Chula Vista. The surf-turf (arracherra) taco is to die for. Don’t forget to grab limes and chipotle sauce to top it off. Friendly waitresses (meseras) and outdoor seating available. Must stop in if passing through Chula. 5 ⭐️

This may be one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants I have ever been in. Very simple and very delicious. Service was great and quick, with plenty of delicious food. Price was surprisingly low. They do not skimp on anything. We were very satisfied.

This has to be the best fish tacos I’ve had in a long time, super fresh not overly greasy, very authentic in my opinion. And to top it off they are fairly priced even after inflation they are about 3 dollars and some change a taco. The tacos are very big too so depending on the appetite you can be very full with three of them. Service is great and welcoming. Highly recommend
