    Doors open full of BUGS. Person taking orders was not nice. Food overcooked. 1 star is to generous. Love Polo Loco but will never go back to this place.

    Not really happy with my purchase, I like pollo loco since always, they have great chicken bowls, but this time I got the chicken avocado salad which was a totally deception, not worth it at all, just lettuce and corn, not that much chicken, not even avocado. 😒 In other hand, the service was awful, I guess they don't have that many employees and it was busy. It's hard for them to handle that many people at the same time, and I got my order incomplete so I had to go back, even when I ordered online just to pick up.

    I must say, I haven't been disappointed yet by El Pollo Loco. They make very good americanized Mexican food. Seasoned well, hot to order, fresh ingredients, and very tasty. Their portion sizes are fair. They do catering too, which many people use for b-day parties, company functions, etc.

    Food is good. The new birria selection is a nice touch but can definitely use some work. I ordered the quesadilla and burrito. The quesidilla was exactly what I expected pretty pleased with that. The burrito on the other hand was very disappointing. Little to NO birria mainly stuffed with lettuce rice and beans of course. Would steer clear of ordering that. All in all spent $34 on 3 boxes. Could have walked right across the street got better quality birria for the same amount

    I usually go to this location and had a great experience, Unfortunately last time they forgot my side salad that I ordered, I didn’t make a big deal things happens, but today happened again, So this time I called and complained that my side salad was not on my bag, the manager or the one that pretended to be a manager said that he asked the employee that gave me the order and that she said the salad was there( and I’m looking on my food) he responded if you where missing the salad it would be here I was like I’m done I’m not going to discuss anything with this person because I feel that I was waisting my time, I honestly think that employees need to be more careful on take out orders. By the way this time the chicken was very dry maybe because is very slow day and they have it on the window for long time because before si had same order and was great.

    I used to love El Apollo Loco until I visited this location. My last 3 or 4 orders have been disgusting. Items were either left missing or the food was super soggy or over cooked. Definitely doesn’t taste like regular El pollo loco. Luckily, there are a few other options in the area for lunch.

    The restaurant was very busy but the employees were working hard and doing a good job. Food was delicious. It took a little long but it was very busy and I saw only 3 workers. Those 3 were very polite and professional.

    I have eaten there twice a month here and there, however I have viewed the preparing of the food and I have noticed the handling of the clear plastic plates 👎 so I decided to speak up about what I think is a health issue, I raise the issue with who I thought was only the cashier I noted to the cashier ( " if your going to help in getting plates for my order please clean your hands, you have received money from me and I don't want any cros contamination from cashier machine or money ", ) it didn't set well with cashier and I must admit wille nothing was said directly to me, I was given my receipt and cashier walked🚶‍♂️ away, Yes Yes to me thats unfortunate and uncomfortable there were no words of calming my worries, I will note for the record same place different cashier I mentioned that new plates were needed as I had noticed cashier went directly towards plates and grabbed 2 of the top cover plates for my 🥗 salads this without cleaning the hands, Looked at me grabbed the plastic plates and briskly with force threw them to the garbage container, and yes I intend to speak not with manager but with general manager so they have a better understanding and knowledge of what might happen if nothing is done as new deadly bacteria may be lurking in different places that we don't know about I hope this helps 🙏 everyone to be aware of how their plates are being handled.

    We did not enjoy our chicken yesterday afternoon. It was dry, slightly overcooked and the pieces were low grade quality meat. Mac and cheese was as expected, gooet and rich! $23 for 8 piece meal that included 2 sides.

    This is the 3rd time they forget to give me my chips that I paid for, and they left a giant AVOCADO SEED in my guacamole. Whoever manages this pollo loco does a horrible job.

    If you want fresh tasting pollo, beware. I ordered drive through and plain and simple, the chicken looked and tasted very old. Every piece (8 peice) didn't have that signature taste that I have come to expect from EPL. Very very far from it, in fact. Their classic pico de gallo salsa? Nope. Tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. Frankly, it tasted like old tomatos. Definitely not fresh. Their beans and rice thankfully was the only thing that was on par.

    I just went through the drive thru and didn’t have the best experience with one of the staff. When I was ordering at the beginning of the drive through I clearly said I didn’t want pico on burrito. Simple. But when I went to the window I can hear a girl repeating my order to the other guys. But I noticed she didn’t mention “no pico”.. so when a guy came in to ring me up I just confirmed no pico, so he tells them in the back “no pico In the avocado burrito”. And you can hear the same girl who took my order saying in Spanish “ Pero ya lo hice” and he told her “ well take it off” and she kept talking in Spanish “haci se lo voy a dar”. The guy was very nice and I told him that I definitely told her in advance I didn’t want pico. She kept saying things in the back but I heard everything through the window. Then she kept saying “le voy a decir algo” and the guy was making a face not to say anything. But she came to the window all confident trying to tell me next time I need to order that when I’m ordering in the beginning and not at the end when I’m paying. Which I continue to tell her that I did… at the end she gave me my food and said have a great day like if nothing happened It’s not my fault she forgot my specifications. The guy that rung me up was very nice, but she wasn’t. She needs to know that you can hear everything through the window and needs to improve her customer service.

    We left CA years ago, but always missed the unique taste of El Pollo! This trip back we had the pleasure of stopping in to see if they were still good. To my surprise it was GREAT!! What flavor!!! Love love love their chicken.

    Went to this pollo loco drive thru orders what was on the menu super simple 1.a fire grilled classic chicken burrito $7 dollar meal I was rang up for a tinga burrito wth!?etc. 2. $11.00Street corn double chicken salad! Sound like a large salad 🥗 well minimal salad & 4 small cubes of chicken and no corn & with no dressing! Drive off 3 miles down the road to find this out it smh! They have these kids with no training from a manager named Luis and a acting manager selesta that can't even make sure customers are getting their orders right and getting what they paid for . Talk about quality control at its lowest! I wouldn't recommend this place poor quality.

    Although I had an issue with my order the day prior, I came in the following day and my order was restored with a couple of food perks. The manager did not hesitate to resolve the order, remained professional and apologized on behalf of the company. I ordered the avocado taco and pollo bowl. This was my first try with the taco. I didn't particularly like the flour shell and will ask for the corn instead. However, the contents were perfectly balanced and very tasty. Did you know you can substitute tortillas for chips when you order the fire combo? Yeah, pretty neat. I also appreciate that the avocado prices didn't increase. Enjoy your meal.

    It sucked I ordered a avocado chicken bowl and it seemed like it was out for a long time the rice had a fishy taste to it lettuce was wilted I was very. disappointed thought I was gonna throu it in the trash money down the drain but I didn't fed it to the dogs they liked it

    M coworkers and I placed six separate orders online for pick up (all paid for) at 9:45 pm at this branch. I arrived im El Pollo loco at around 930pm to pick up our order but one of the employees turned me away and said they were closed. The employees all seemed checked out and ready to go home. One of the employees provided me with the manager's phone number to get a refund since it was already paid for. I called the manager and she promptly gave us a refund (pending at this time). In a nut shell, we paid for food we did not receive and we wasted our time driving to the location. Even though they say the close at 10pm, DO NOT ORDER anything online here past 9pm

    Very good chicken! I would have given you a five star rating but unfortunately the coleslaw is very dry, The machine drinks were not cold and there was no ice, and there was only two tortillas for my wing lovers meal that I ordered.

    Great place for a quick, fairly healthy meal. Service is fast, accurate and friendly. The portions are decent and menu additions such as the super nachos are worth trying. The chicken is always good and grilled healthy. Prices are comparable to other similar chicken places. Tight parking, but easy in and out from nearby main street. Will likely be returning.

    Went to buy a family meal had $20 coupon . Turn out the coupon was good only for on line purchases. I tried for 45min to get on line but just couldn't I was send to different places. I asked to speak to a manager (and besides being very rude) she said there was nothing she could do to honor the coupon. I am wondering what happened to good customer service and the customer is always right

    The young man that took our order is outstanding at his customer service, I'm sorry I tossed the receipt away or I could of given him personal kudos on line, I believe his name was Juan. He added a delightful touch to the meal, you don't Receive service like that at all. Literally one a year 🤣 Thank you !     I was very very unsatisfied not only with the food but also because they tried to overcharge my mother-in-law on everything and short change her as well!! I highly recommend staying away from here especially if you are elderly!

    So happy with their food,the workers are so nice! The prices even better! But most importantly how they are cleaning up after the customers leave the restaurant. The workers will throw away the garbage on the tables and sanitize table and chairs
