Rude customer service, placed an order for pick up my dad goes picks it up and it’s not ready. Don’t answer the phone if you’re not gonna take the order . Talking about I have a line .

I've been doing food service for 5 plus years. Today Thursday June 23rd, I received the worst service ever!! You have always had good to great people up front, but today you need to get rid of that lady!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 10 minutes for a pizza and then the cashier offers me a different thin crust pizza becases they forgot to make mine. I had to wait another 10 minutes

Why is this so good?!?! Usually their pizza is not this tasty in every other state. Tonight the crazy cheese bread and pepperoni were SO GOOD!!

I asked to get the regular calzony pizza that is still available to order online, and they told me they don't have it anymore when i can order online from little ceasars website directly at that location. They just didn't want to make it when they already had batman calzony pizzas already made.

So I asked for the THINK Large Pepperoni and a 2 Lt. Soda. Did I say THIN.(I repeated twice) Well; I got home and had a large, but NOT thin pizza. It was dry, warm (not hot) 🤦‍♀️ Was not worth stopping at this Little Ceasars.....

It is the only place where it doesn't matter if there are 10 minutes left to close. They serve you very well.

The pizza was hot and fresh. That's for sure. The customer service by the lady there was great.

Got the pretzel pizza. Don't think they use mozzarella cheese rather they put slices of American cheese on top. At least that's how it looked and tasted like. On top the salt was crazy high.

Ordered pretzel pizza for dinner today. But when opened pizza it was just regular crust with the thick salt on it. It wasn't the real pretzel pizza crust. Didn't want to go back to ask why it regular crust.... Make sure you check your pizza before leaving. I should have.

This is the second time this month that I went to this place and ordered a pretzel crust and received a regular crust pizza with just butter and pretzel salt sprinkled around the regular crust pizza

Only thing I didn't like it's that a pizza is $9.99 the one by my house is $6.49

Extremely rude lady up front Marisela n no pizzas were ready no one greeted customers coming in order a 2 pizzas she said not till 30 minutes never looked up I understand they are franchises but people like her will kill your business really hope the franchise will do something because the owner obviously don’t care.

Getting the food would have been fast but I think they had a bit of technical difficulties for a minute but im not complaining that stuff happens it wasn't much of a wait and the service was good, they were nice and the food was great

The pizza is supposed to have over 100 pepperonis on it, I will leave it to you guys to decide on the comments if they delivered as advertised..

Worst Pizza EVER Tonight!!! We were SO Upset we sent our Friend to Pick it up Fresh Deep Dish one Sausage, one Pepperoni Our Favorite Pizza Of Anywhere and he gets it Home and they are both BURNT!! I mean the Sausage was black, the edges where black!!! And the bottom!!! We were So looking forward to this Pizza Pizza but we will NEVER go to this store again!!! I also wanted to add that when the guy took his money he was sweating and we all sweat I have sweat pouring off me just sitting here writing this review but the guy pulls his shirt up exposes his belly to dry the sweat off his face, why not a towel just unsanitary and gross!!! Nobody has even called to apologize for our bad experience, they haven't offered us new Pizza or an Apology, I am appalled!

They charged us $8.69 for a regular hot and ready pepperoni when it should've been 6 bucks. This owner is a thieve. Many people get robbed on a daily basis and they don't even know it! STOP GOING THERE. And they are giving themselves 5 stars reviews what a joke

My all-time least favorite their box is better to chew on their Pizza

So disappointed 😞, I ordered a supreme pizza and they put pepperoncini (in vinegar) instead of regular green bell peppers. I couldn’t eat it and didn’t had time to wait for another pizza because I had to be home for my next class. So a lady offer me my money back, and I was starving so I told her to give me a pepperoni and it taste like cardboard like if it had hours on the box. Can believe I pay almost $7 dlls for that nasty pizza.

Good place to get pizza. It's price is cheap and is food is readily available. Only draw back is that they don't carry any chicken wings. But overall, it's a good place to buy pizza. I would recommend this place to friends or family members.

The pizza was over-cooked and although they are adding more pepperoni they have cut back on the sauce, cheese and the crust.

Not to much of a pizza fan, unless I'm starving. In this case I was...the hot & ready pizza was ok. The crust was really crunchy and greasy... Not sure if that's normal. Anyway, it was a quick and customer friendly experience.

For the price, Ceasars is good. If we want super delicious pizza we go pay the price and that's when we head over to Mona's Italian Restaurant in Allied Gardens, but thats a whole other review lol.
