It amazes me at just who they hire at this place. You would think the manager of all people would know how to work. How to deal with customers. But it appears they have their head so far up their rear end they think standards do not apply to them. Celia A should get a new job or receive severe training. This lady needs to watch her attitude. She is disrespectful and a displeasure to say the least. I don't expect much from this store and I was proven correct.

Best selection and best prices of any grocery store. I go out of my way to shop here .... Plus I LOVE being the ONLY person in the store that speaks English. 😝

Just imagine shopping for 2 hours , full cart of groceries, all of a sudden you get the feeling that you need to use the restroom to PEE, BUT THE RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE "OUT OF SERVICE" THEY'VE BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS. GET A SECURITY GUARD TO WATCH THE TOILETS BUT LET THE CONSUMER USE THE RESTROOMS, and if you politely ask why ? All you get "it's out of service sorry". Ridiculous

8/31/21 Not only they didn’t have carts, 2 staff members told me I had to walk into the parking lot to find one! They were friendly when saying it but really? And check out this line! It’s a mess and chaotic! Not staff to direct people. I actually helped the line I was in to get it organized. WTH FFL? Then again, they just might not have enough workers… review will change once I see this place flows better

I have done most of my grocery shopping at this store for years and never had a problem until today. They really made me abandon my cart, get in my car and drive around the corner to Target to use the restroom! I tried the Starbucks next door and even bought a coffee only to be told that they too don't allow anyone to use the restroom. I know we have a lot of homeless people here by the trolley stop but this is just ridiculous to not let actual paying customers use the bathroom when I told them it's an emergency! That's one of those situations where you should really do the nice thing and help your fellow humans out and not just tell them they're out of luck. I'm still upset I actually had to leave while shopping to go hunt down a bathroom. I don't even want to go back and get groceries there after that.

Good store, great prices, friendly peronell, always stocked with fresh produce, big selection of beer and wine, if you cant cook tonigth come for some ready to eat home stile food, or just a sandwich. This store is so beloved by its customers and the store gives back with its great prices.

The store is always a low stocked mess with insufficient checkers and outrageous pricing. They target the poor Hispanic community in this city. If you have someplace better to go you should. This review is a year old and this store is still a disaster. With prices gone to outrageous on almost everything. Shop around.

Recently went there and they have portable bathrooms.... in the entrance super dirty and smells bad..

Very busy location due to proximity to border and trolley station. Parking ample but usually full. Very good selection of vegetables, fruit not so much. Availability of bulk items similar to club stores. Big beer and wine selection, not so much on specialized wines or craft beer. Good prices on beer when it's available.

This was so helpful this holiday cause I was beside myself cause I was short on funds and really needed help with that so what I mean by that is that the value I payed was excellent bcuz I was so please at getting everything I needed and had money left over even after I got all the ingredients for thanksgiving and Christmas!

They don't consider the amount of traffic they have and don't have enough people working on the chaser. Even if it's the holiday season doing one hour to get checked out it's unacceptable.

Best time to shop is the evening after 8pm or expect a long line wait to pay. Butcher shop is Best around. Never a dull moment.

I'm done shopping here, the reason is because the bathrooms are never available this is a big grocery store and I like to spend almost an hour filling up my shopping cart and eventually I need to pee and to have the restroom completely closed off is very frustrating and disappointing so I've decided to never shop here again

I been shopping here for many years now and I can’t believe I found a red pill on top on Meat pack. It’s disgusting . I call the store to let them know call the manager never answer and I call the second time the meat department they just told me to return it and they well get my money back

Sergio, the store supervisor, provided an exceptional level of assistance when it came to navigating the digital coupons at the store. Since we were unfamiliar with the digital coupon app, we wanted to ensure we could take advantage of the discounts. Sergio patiently guided us through the app, taking the time to explain its features. Even when some of the digital coupons didn't work as expected, he went above and beyond by reimbursing us for the items that were supposed to be discounted. This outstanding customer service experience has solidified our decision to return to Food For Less in the future.

This place can get pretty busy but have very fair prices and do a good job of keeping everything stocked up. They play some cool songs inside the store as well, so that is always a bonus.
