I feel this place is kind of over priced, but I will say the burger and fries were amazing. So I can't complain because the quality was very clear. Plus the dining area was very clean. They even have outdoor seating. Good job guys!

Took 30 minutes just to get a burger fries and shake and it wasn't even busy. Also it cost $34 for that price I should have just ate at red Robin. Also the burger was loaded with stuff but it just tasted bland. Like they put everything in the kitchen on it but forgot salt and pepper

Good food. I place this place at the level of In-n-Out, just double the price. I had a double Pattie bacon cheese burger and just salted fries. They gave me regular Cajun fries... Very spicy, other people in my party enjoyed them just fine. The fries where much better than In n Out. When doing reviews, I try not to bring up other restaurants, but who living here has not tried them. Easy way to compare. But again it was a good experience. This place is not for me, a little more expensive than other similar burgers, I don't mind paying for good quality as long as it's not over priced for no reason. If you like burgers definitely give them a shot, you won't regret it!

I ordered and when it was time to pay I chose “no tip” and the girl put a tip in anyway. I didn’t complain because it was inly $3.00 but I thought it was unethical- definitely lost my business forever! Also, the girl said their shake machine was broken, so no shakes. They should put a sign up so that people are aware before they order. Finally, I asked for my order to eat at the restaurant and they gave it to me in a paper bag. I told the guy that it was for to eat here, he said I know and handed me the paper bag- what’s the point? This place is stupid. I should have gone someplace else.

I was expecting more. This place is not cheap, easy menu and friendly staff to walk you through the ordering process if you a new customer. I’m a plain cheeseburger guy, I believe if the burger tastes good so should any other burger. In all honesty it could be better, the patty and cheese lack flavor. The bun was good and the fries were great! I dislike that they give you the order in a paper bag, they should use trays and be more eco friendly. The seating was good, my table was dirty. I feel that they could have had it clean since the place was not busy. I doubt will be return with so many other burger options close by.

Was okay but way to expensive. $9.00 hot dog and it's no different then a hot dog from a pack of Oscar Mayer. The Berger again was okay but not worth $12. Won't be coming back.

It’s good but they seriously don’t give you your money’s worth, you pay 7$ for barely any fries. I asked for grill veggies and they never grill them. Should’ve just stick to in n out

Consistently awesome in my books. If I had to pick any fast food place at all, I'll always pick Five Guys first.

The best hamburger of the city, high quality ingredients and good service.

Worst Five Guys location. Burger is never up to quality and orders are always wrong. Surprisingly dry and unflavorful patties at this location. Just pack it up and shut it down. Or replace the manager, it's obvious they don't know how to manage.

First time going and it was very good. I thinks my favorite part was the Cajun fries and milkshake. The burger was good but the grilled onions and mushrooms weren’t grilled enough imo. The services was fast. I will definitely return.

My wife ordered the grilled cheese with regular fries, and I ordered the bunless cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, green peppers, mayo, and tomato. It was so delicious. Great meal, but a little expensive for $21. Overall, great food, even told the guy who cooked my meal that he did a great job, and it tasted great.

Aside from the fries being warm, not hot, while we dined in, someone brought their pet inside to dine. This is not a service animal as those are visibly designated as such; that goes for emotional support and physically handicapped-assistance animals. Plus, this animal was completely undisciplined and went to another patron’s table to beg for food until one of the owners reprimanded it. This occurred October 18, 2023 around 7:30 pm. Won’t be going back since no staff requested this couple eat outside with their pet. Letting animals inside where people eat is not only disgusting but it’s a risk for the company if that animal attacks or threatens someone.

The atmosphere was alright, the staff were really nice and attentive to the order. The food was superb and its something you would get at The Habit. The only thing I will say is that you have to prepare to pay $10-11 for hamburgers.

Just your normal Five Guys. Food is good, service is fine, and the place is decently clean. Bathrooms were really clean, but it's locked via keypad. Plenty of seats on a Saturday night, too.

Baffling to me why this place gets repeat business. Pricey beyond reason. Odd taste and texture to the meat pattie. Rather bleak restaurant/waiting space. Painfully loud and annoying music blaring overhead. Automated drink self-service (one machine non functional) absolutely unclear to a novice diner. "Free" peanuts. So what? Fries were terrific and generous. Never again unless someone can show me otherwise.

Way better than In N out. Had the bacon cheeseburger and the cajun fries.

One of the best burgers I ever had. The Cajun fries goes well with the burger and the serving is quite generous it spills into the bag.

Ugh, hate to even leave a bad review. I love the burgers, and the food was really good! Although, ( I assume it was the manager), the woman was not! They accidentally messed up my fiancé and I order by putting ketchup, mustard. No big deal, i simply ask for a new bottom bun with Mayo like i ordered on my burger and even said so on the receipt , to only be treated like trash by the woman manager! I could have them remake but didn’t because it’s a simple mistake. I was nothing but respectful and kind when asking, unlike the woman with the nasty attitude saying she could only “fix it just this one time” and her whole gross demeanor in general. She seriously needs to learn to be an adult and treat others with respect!

I juat went there like 3 weeks ago and I really like the flavor and fries, but, those darn high prices! I mean, they are different taste than in and out, but by no means are they better. They 3 times the cost of in and out. Only the fries are better here, but sorry, with today's economy I can't justify paying 3 times for a classic American hamburger.

Today was a cheeseburger "all the way" Cajun fries and a peanut butter and banana shake. So freaking good. No time take pictures as I devoured the whole thing.

Two people, each ordered a cheese burger (1 with bacon) and regular drinks, but shared a medium fries, was over $31 dollars. The beef patties had a fresh and excellent beef taste. The bacon had very good taste, but were very thin. The cheese was standard American processed cheese. The generous portion of fries were fresh full-cut potatoes, but over-salted for our taste. You might want to ask for no salt, then add your own. The restaurant was very clean, but the background music was at concert level.

Burger was okay. I'll say that in flavor is between carl's jr and in 'n out. Not the best burger that I have ever had. But it satisfied my burger cravings. Nice friendly staff, good customer service. Might come back.

The food is alright, burgers are a little mushy after they wrapp them. I think the price is a little too high for the quality. In-N-Out burger is actually better.
