This is the Best Vons! Fresh flowers and a bakery that boasts ample selection of cakes if you forgot to order a celebration cake in advance. Friendly employees just extremely overcrowded by the high school when it let's out. Parking is impossible, rude kid's in lot and store. I wod say stay away from 2:30 to 4 pm. Parents are ridiculous how they pick up their students.

Horrible Experience at Starbucks inside Vons employee was very Racist didn’t want so speak to us didn’t give me my total didn’t put the coffee at the area were they usually put it he saw us standing there waiting for it and he placed it in another place was very rude only because we are Mexicans

Tracy Carr (5 Stars) is the best employee's at this store, my wife mentioned to him that the items on her list from the just 4 u web site need to match and show the sale price, he said, no problem, he is a very nice gentleman, very courteous & professional, some of the other employee's could learn from him. Insanely rude cashier named Karen. She is an older African American woman and is not fit to be working in a customer service environment. She snatched a grocery bag right out of my hands when my card did not go through. She didn't even ASK me for the bag (which obviously I wasn't going to just go running out of there...). Just straight up pulled it out of my hands. The other cashier had to ask her to give over the bag so I could finish the transaction at the other register. I honestly don't know how someone like this woman is employed to be working face to face with customers.

Prices have gone up but the deals are good if you use the app and clip your coupon items

This happened several years ago but it still has a bad taste in my mouth. I used the Wells Fargo ATM to get some money, then proceeded to put $5 in the Lotto machine. Unfortunately, the machine ate the money so I told one of the Vons employees. I think she was an asst manager and tried to retrieve the cash. Unfortunately, she was not able to find the $5 bill. She handed me the cash but I overheard her comment to the other employees stating "that's a fast way to make a Buck". I've always been honest, never shoplifted or stole anything so to hear that comment really bothers me to this day. Never been back to that place. I find it expensive and majority of employees are rude, very slow workers even at a different location. Nothing good to say!

Was truly glad for its convenient location, also the wonderful prices and awesome sales available. It was clean, the associates were very helpful and courteous.

Always get medicine and vaccinations there. Very friendly and nice., And you get a discount every time you get your vaccination with them. Overall very friendly atmosphere.

Great store. Clean, orderly, helpful employees. Their cheese and sauces selection is weak, but no biggie. Good parking in a big plaza with many big name shops, restaurants, and the like.

Omg!!! This place was so clean and organized. Everyone was sooooo friendly. I wish I lived closer . I would go just to relax and think. I appreciate this kind of establishment.

The deli service staff and supervisor was rude to my husband, but serviced other caucasian customers with politeness. It's sad that microaggressions still exist at establishments and superiors turn a blind eye to their occurrence. Shame on you!

Often enough.. friendly encounters with the staff. The best thing about a smile is that you can see it in their eyes. This mask mandate is what it is and none of us are happy about it.

Not my favor ite Vons grocery store. To start with the store is cut in half. You have to pass through the outside to get to the other half of the store. The smaller Vons then many of them. On fridays the offer some great deals.

My favorite store and pharmacy. Very clean, friendly and efficient customer service and I always find everything I need. I little pricey for cleaning supplies, but as far as groceries and meat...excelent 👌

I used to love coming to this store. The butchers are great, pharmacists are knowledgeable. But when it comes to the deli department, it needs some work. I don’t know if they need increased staffing or what? They always make it seem as if you are bothering them by asking for deli meat.

Vons is our go to for shopping 🛍 ☺. Only the Otay Lakes location. Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are super nice and some know me and greet me. The specials are worth a trip. $5 Friday has some great buys. I live in Bonita but shop the Otay location. The Bonita store is small and limited supply on items. Some Employees have been rude in the past. Store doesn't seem as clean. Stopped going to Bonita store. Always make the extra distance to Otay.

Clean and well stocked. The cashier was friendly, polite, and efficient. Check out lines moved quickly. The in house Starbucks provided fantastic service and a great iced white mocha.
