Delicious food. As a meat eater, I don’t miss the meat. The blueberry soda and seasonal kombucha was bomb. All the food was great. Would come again and definitely recommend.

My first time in a plant based fast food joint and though still wants to explore more options, it did not disappoint. I had chocolate milkshake and it was awesomely delicious. The sweetness was balanced and it held the taste till the last drop. 5 stars for that. I do have a suggestion on the service. We ordered and waited for it to be available for a good portion of 10-15 min before inquiring for it. The order was ready but was not readily visible. I'd suggest them to either call out the name or place the food more upfront for visibility. 4 stars for that. Overall, 4.5 and I'd visit again to revise my review. Good luck.

Delicious Bugers, Shakes & Fries. Friendly Service! Wonderful plant-based foods. I can’t believe the shake is vegan, so creamy & tasty! We tried both the “beefy” burger and a black bean patty. Both were amazing! Definitely the future of fast food. 😋

Wow really tasty food. Tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and epic fries , amazing it’s vegan! The food is a bit pricy for fast food, but super fresh and tasty. All of the sodas have real sugar, I wish were some sugar free options. The OB location is very clean and nice. Stylish interior design. The woman at cash register was very nice. All of the staff seemed friendly.

Bomb food, we came here and the burgers, fries and desserts are all 100% delicious even the soft drinks. Blueberry soda/pop is my new favorite. Best spot in town!! 🙌🏻

I personally am not a vegetarian however my wife is having medical issues that necessitate a vegetarian diet and I for one would recommend this place! Great food that doesn't have the vegetarian "taste" that everyone expects, if you would like to taste what great vegetarian food tastes like head this way! And for those of you wanting the "Animal style" fries.from in and out but are wearie for the grease and oil order the "Iconic" fries and you won't be disappointed!

By the photos you might notice there is nothing left. What existed -the most delish cookies n cream oatmilk shake - is now happy in my tummy. 😋🤤

Every Plant Power menu is different. We are closer to SDSU location but we chose OB because they offer more items. This location is right off the highway on Sunset across from Shell and Jack and the Box. It has its own building downstairs and parking lot. They even have 4 spaces designated for curb side pick up. Nice outdoor seating area and two restrooms outside that requires a code. Oh they are also pet friendly! My dog was allowed inside. They said they love dogs. Thank you OB! When you walk inside, there’s a touch screen stand, one on each side of the room for self ordering. Or you can go up to the counter. We ordered the Fish Filet Sandwich and the Iconic Burger. Got a side of Iconic Fries which taste like In n Out animal style fries. We also got Buffalo wings. The wing sauce is on point, I wish I had celery! Boyfriend said they remind him of Loving Hut strips. I tasted more bread than fish filet. Even though the patty appeared to be thick, I wished it was even thicker because it was masked by the two buns. Can’t go wrong with the Iconic Burger. They have merchandise that you can purchase and even their own newspaper! So cool!

We had a breakfast here and it was really good. The “egg” muffin was tasty and well presented, service was quick and friendly, and I really liked the self-service ordering which enhances the whole customer experience. The restaurant looks pretty modern, it has a free parking in front of it, and prices are fair. Highly recommended & I will definitely be back.

Not for me. Got Iconic burger and didn't like it. The patty is not good. They use a low quality brand patty, but why they don't use Impossible or Beyond instead?! This is the first time I'm giving less than 5 stars to a vegan restaurant, so go figure. I'm surprised by so many good reviews though. The service is friendly as others mentioned. The atmosphere is ok, modern looking but that's it.

Favorite fast food spot. Especially, since it’s the closest I’ll get to a “happy meal” cheeseburger . Bonus, it doesn’t hurt my stomach or make me cringe. Gluten free bun is great, but best to eat right away. If it sits for more than 10 min., it’s gonna all taste off. 10/10 recommend their milkshakes!! The strawberry chocolate combo is my favorite. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. Even when I come in right before closing…🙈🙉🙊…sorry & Thanxx y’all…I get off late from work and gotta have my fix every other week.

What an incredible idea! A healthy vegan fast-food joint! It's somewhat pricey, but that's understandable considering vegan food is generally more costly to make. All that aside, the reason for my 2-star review, is this establishment's personal choice to accept "Card Only". As a vendor and artist, this is such a pointless inconvenience on nights when I forget to load my card, especially because of the lack of free-to-use ATMs in the area. And just as well, not everyone who wants healthy vegan fast food (because the options are so limited) should be required to own a debit card. Unfortunate considering the idea is incredible. The execution during the covid crisis is abysmal. Will be taking my cash and 5-star reviews elsewhere.

Blown away by their version of the Big Mac, I’ve eaten here a few times and always make it a point to come by. Also their fish sandwich tastes amazing as well. Didn’t need fries or a side, but sometimes I’ve done the kale slaw, bit the sandwiches are huge, filling, without leaving like you feel heavy and sluggish. They are on point with their menu!

When our family visits California, Plant Power Fast Food is always on our menu! While using our holiday gift card at the San Diego location on Sunset Cliffs Ave. We were grateful for having one of our best experiences yet. The district operations manager Rita was helping in the store with Marlon doing great job as well! Our food was fresh with their delicious new Hippy Patties! We feel very well taken care of with all the gluten-free options too! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I was so excited to finally check out Plant Power! Did it live up to my expectations entirely? Not quite. However, I admire their mission and see great potential for growth. The Highlights: Hot and crunchy nuggets that satisfied my "chickn" cravings. Delicious onion rings, a rare treat these days. A diverse selection of sauces, including the flavorful ranch and secret sauce. The tasty fries brought back memories of McDonald's. The Downsides: Regrettably, the bun on my burger was stale, dampening the overall enjoyment. Prices leaned towards the higher side. Despite the shortcomings, I would give Plant Power another chance on my next visit to San Diego. Their Snow Days desserts caught my eye and I'm eager to indulge in their delectable plant-based treats.

I love this place! But lately they are sloppy. Ordered a hamburger and they gave me two top buns. I order Cesar salad and I got just lettuce, no cheese or croutons. I emailed the response but haven’t heard back.

It's totally great. The concept is cool, and the food works. Feels like a fast food experience and tastes delicious. I enjoyed the Buffalo 'Chicken' sandwich and liked how the patty felt like it was a real chicken breast, good thickness, and shape. Check it out!

I love this place but they need to be more diligent - they tend to forget drinks and forget to make stuff “gluten free” when selected so if you need to call and make sure then do so.

This place kinda reminds me of a Vegan McDonald's. I had the BIG Zac with fries I had Ranch for my dipping sauce. Everything was delicious. Service is fast and the workers are ready nice. I would definitely return.

Food is decent, but the value is horrible. $9.50 for a salad that is basically the size of a side salad, with the amount of thinly sliced avocado not even adding up to a quarter of the avocado. Inflation is real. Their sauces, which all come prepackaged and not fresh are now 50 cents each. This salad was much better a year ago.

This spot gives me vibes reminiscent of a Vegan McDonald's. Opted for the BIG Zac with fries and paired it with Ranch for dipping—everything was delicious. The service is swift, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I would certainly make a return visit.

I’ve been going to plant power since they opened! I think they say it’s “fast food” because it’s not meant to be nutritious, the food does not come out very fast, but I think that’s a good thing. I really like their sauces, milkshakes, chicken tenders and breakfast foods! It’s also not cheap but I don’t think it’s overpriced. The customer service has always been great for me, always super sweet people. I’ve had a few experiences where something was forgotten, but they always make it up to you. And, again, I’ve been going here for years, so mistakes are bound to happen. I would give them 4.5 stars ✨

Second time here, pretty quick whether I order on the app or in person, loved the chicken wrap with chipotle! Actually spicy! Tried the strawberry sauce soft serve, very good on a summer day! Tried the new cali burrito with carne asada and tomatillo salsa- pretty good, meat like impossible/beyond patty, but i think the chicken is my fave there. Iced coffee with oat milk is ok, good enough for fast food spot! Breakfast muffin was ok, small but so is mcdonald’s!

Totally favorite fast food vegan place. Number 1. I love this place. If you haven't gone, stop hesitating and go. Chocolate milkshake is my absolute favorite. BUT the parking isnt that great. I wish they were located in an area that had more parking. Its kinda cramped up in there.

Usually go to the one way up north but decided to give this location a try. The food was good, service was fast. They forgot two items though, which meant we had to go back and our fresh food ended up having to wait to be eaten. Kind of a bummer, as that has never happened at the other location, and they are MUCH busier than here. We will be back though. I liked that they had parking, which would have been hard to find in the area had they not.

The food was very good! One of the best vegan food places I’ve been to. I walked in to order and picked up at the window with no problems but I did notice people having trouble order online and picking up their food. The wait was not long, so I would recommend ordering in-person and picking up and the window.

I am not a vegan, but some of my family are, so we tried this place. I was happily surprised at how good it was. I tried the nuggets and the big zac. Both were good, especially the nuggets.

Ready to guac and roll with burgers, fries, and shakes from Plant Power Fast Food. I got the Holy Guacamole burger and loved the jalapeños on the burger. I also got the peanut butter shake which was so perfect for this hot day! I loved that it all came in biodegradable containers and loved even more that all their food is 100% vegan. Sometimes I get nervous that I’ll accidentally get slipped something with meat at other places 😅 it’s so nice having a vegan fast food spot, I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

My daughter is a vegetarian and very picky btw. She loves this place, I wish we had one in Texas.

Solid. The vegan buffalo chicken was crispy and tasty. Kaleslaw was bland. I would go back for a fast meal in the future.

I come here a few times a month and I usually love the food but today I was so disappointed :( I ordered the iconic burger and it’s usually good but this time it was extremely dry and the patty had no flavor at all!! The bread was cold and dry, it seemed like a different bread (maybe they ran out?) it almost felt like it had sat on the counter for a few hours. I also ordered the iconic fries and the cheese is usually melted but this time it had 2 squares of semi melted cheese on top of them and the fries were kinda stiff. Also don’t order the ice tea lemonade, it tasted like water. It’s worst that I was so hungry that I ate all of it anyway lol it made me feel sick but a girls gotta eat gahhh I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore :(

Prices can't be beat! Everything I ordered was more than enough to share and came out within 10 minutes. The voodoo fries were good and you can definitely tell they aren't as junky as some other vegan food places like Doomies. The burgers are amazing, definitely a lot like the Beyond burger but actually even better. The milkshake was by far my least favorite item here. The chocolate milkshake was OK, but a bit chalky and runny.

I loved Monty's Burger and I'll definitely go again but I noticed the burger has little bit of smell to it. It's not foul odor or anything but just has a distinct smell. It must be because it's a vegan patty but you can easily look past the smell so no big deal.
