Great food, fast service. It is hard to find close parking so if you order online (full menu on their website) then pick up in 10 min. We parked in a empty "reserved" parking lot for 2 min (actual time) in and out fast! Worth it!!

Delicious vegan fast food! Easy to order online then pick up in store! Great adult and kid options! Burritos and burgers and fries were all insanely good!!! Clean and friendly and love that it’s on campus to get more people to eat vegan!! Highly recommend!!!

Probably the best vegan fast food we’ve had and it’s pretty solid fast food in general. The star of our meal was the Nashville Hot “Chicken” Sandwich - the coleslaw really made it.

All items on the menu are exclusively plant-based, catering to the needs of vegan individuals. The taste of the vegan burger is satisfactory, considering its unique composition. The strawberry iced tea is truly remarkable, offering a refreshing and delightful experience. Furthermore, the cashier provided excellent service, even going the extra mile by offering a complimentary cookie due to a slight delay in our order. It is often these small gestures that leave a lasting impression. Rest assured, your establishment has gained a loyal customer in me, and I will most certainly be returning in the future.

You really can’t go wrong with the food at Plant Power. Everything is tasty, and now, having been to all five of their locations, I am happy to report that the quality is consistent across all of them. If I went to SDSU, I would be here a few times a week. The service was friendly and pretty fast, though it was not that busy tonight. The Buffalo 66 is the highlight of the menu in my opinion and I would only recommend getting it as a wrap if you’re driving—otherwise the bun is the way to go.

Fries were awesome! Not salty at all! Great vegan options. I had the 'fish filet' and it was pretty good. My girlfriend had the Rambler and she loved it. We both ordered shakes and they were awesome and non dairy! I would highly recommend this place for all vegans and even non vegans.

Very good! It was slightly pricey but we personally don't have any vegan fast food where we're from so worth it for us

Incredible vegan fast food. 10/10. I had the bacon cheese burger, an AMAZING crispy chicken caesar salad, and of course the iconic fries. The iconic fries are similar to the familiar animal style fries, but WAY better. The menu is absolutely huge, and not only has ice cream, but milkshakes and blizzards too. The food was fast and absolutely delicious. Please bring a location to the PNW!

So impressed! - spicy 'chicken' sandwich, chocolate peanut butter shake, sweet potato fries, chicken salad, all fantastic. Access to the store was a little interesting but worth it, beautiful shop, great staff. -my favorite part was that after I had fast food, I actually felt great

Really good vegan ‘fast food’. As a meat eater I can barely tell the difference. As for the vegan cheese and sauces I’m allergic to dairy and egg so I couldn’t tell ya lol. Great oat milk shakes!

Good food...but employees need some diversity training. Seems if you have an African name they "forget" how to process your order and make you wait longer...and don't get me started on how much money I've paid for extra sides only for them to "forget" those as well...

Big Zac was very good, as was the chicken wrap and the milkshakes. I am not vegan, but my daughter is and I couldn't believe how much it tasted like a regular beef burger. Staff was great. Masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizer. A little spendy of the quality of the food was exceptional.

Can y’all bring this to the east coast 😫 so good! Wish we had time to try more of the sandwich options. Definitely better than most vegan fast casual/fast food I’ve tried

If I can give 0 stars I would. Usually go to the one in OB but opted for the SDSU location because it’s closer. Bad choice. My boyfriend ordered at 6:11pm on 1/20. It is currently 6:49 and we have not received our order. Staff claims they are backed up but how? If people who ordered after him are getting their food first?! And we can’t even ask for a refund b/c all sales are final. So now we’re here stuck waiting... Edit** apparently they “lost the ticket” Beyond furious Never coming here again

So I was looking for a vegan burger place or something as close to healthy as I could get and this place was a suggestion. I was craving a burger and fries and decided to check it out. BE WARNED ⚠️ The parking here is little to non-existent ⚠️ I litterly mean they rent out a spot in an apartment building complex and have one spot you can park in for only 10 min. I had parking guy tell me I had to park down the way and walk up but it was only 15 min parking and there was a parking garage but for SDSU students it looked like. Oh yah also there are so many people walking around as it is located in with the SDSU college! I drove around what felt like the entire campus. I was apparently going down a one way that I had no idea and then got myself going down roads I didn't think I should be. I was so stressed to the point of tears and called the place and asked where I should park because I was going to give up. I got there and ordered. The staff is very nice. The food.....not so much. Definitely a miss. The presentation was terrible as you can see. The fries were so salty and greasy because they are so small ot was pretty much all grease. I got a kombucha float that has icecream in it. After sadly ordering it I realized I should have it due to health reasons. When my order came up I giggled and shyly explained I shouldn't have this drink and didn't realize that until after. She laughed and said "well atleast you can eat the icecream". I wasn't offered anything else but it's my fault for not remember what I should and shouldn't have. Also another thing ⚠️ don't get the kombucha float unless you can drink it right away! The ice cream is sickening sweet on it own. Again I couldn't drink the kombucha and was just taking it home. The kombucha was litterly pushing the icecream out of the cup and I had to pull over at one point to scrape off the top! I was so upset I just wanted to throw it out of my car but I dont condone littering. I am giving two stars as I believe they are onto something with a vegan sandwich place but the quality and prices (I paid 24 for my drink, sandwich and fries) are just not at all worth it when there are other places that I think are just better overall. I can see this place only being good for the people going to school there as it is convenient for them but not outside patrons. The whole experience was terrible. The burger tasted ok. I won't be going back though.

Plant Power is delicious AF!!! I'm super stoked to see them expanding. I used to have to drive to OB every time. I just found about the SDSU location!!! Definitely very consistent no matter what location you choose. They only have parking spot for pickup here, but it's College area, what you gonna do, ya know.

Honestly, the menu options are fantastic!! Love the variety of classics, especially the Big Zac, and yummy spruced up options like the Western or Holy Guacamole. The iconic and regular fries and the milkshakes are fantastic. Vegan cheesecakes, brownies, and cookies are available for desserts as well as floats and soft serve ice cream! The sodas are cane sugar variants that are naturally made. There are cute free stickers by the register too. The staff are college students for the most part so there are issues with missing or incorrect items pretty often - just be sure to check your order before you leave. The food is also usually pretty light on the sauce compared to other locations. They handle errors really well and have always been very friendly here. Their onion rings are delicious but you only get 2 small ones for $1.50 - unsure if that was an error as we've only tried the rings once. Other locations we've been to have had a much better experience with the quality and accuracy of food delivered consistently. Parking is almost nonexistent, just one parking space outside!

The shakes here are straight up amazing (vegan or not, this is one of the best shakes I have ever had). Also the location is lovely with a big deck for eating outside. As for the savory food, the buffalo wings are fantastic and hit the spot

Pretty good place for vegan and vegetarian foods and their fries were good but extremely skinny and small that's the only draw back to the place.

Alright food, burger patties were terribly thin though and took more away from the burger than it gives. Brownie was alright, but not worth the expense. Milkshakes were absolute fire though.

I used to love McChickens and the last one I had was probably around 2011 or 2012 so I was super impressed and excited by their 'chicken' burger, 110% satisfying and always look forward to the next time I treat myself to fast food because they are my #1 choice🤤😋 Fries are also on point! Very friendly customer service as well and breezy, relaxed environment.

The Vegan Council has not accepted my application for promotion yet, but I can certainly feel my vegan powers getting stronger every time I load up on calories here instead of basically anywhere else within walking distance of campus, so there's that

Never eat here again. I had the iconic burger and fries and I'm not vegan or vegetarian so that might be why but I felt sick eating it. The shake was still good had a weird taste but wasn't bad.

Sometimes, you want some old-fashioned junk food, and this place gets that. Their iconic fries are a great impression of animal fries. And they have lots of menu items. Their beef patty substitute could be better, but their bacon, cheese, chicken, and sauce substitutes are all on point. Especially their blue cheese substitute for buffalo. Their milkshakes are a bit too sweet, but they have lots of options. And they have nice cane sugar soda and some fancy tea and juice options.

I love the spicy "chicken" sandwich. Never disappoints. Make sure to get a strawberry milkshake and iconic fries to complete your meal.

Best vegan fast food!

Tried this place when visiting San Diego on vacation and I really wish we had one in NJ! I had a burger and animal style fries along with a chocolate milkshake. Everything was so good. I ended up going back to a different location the day we flew back but ended up with a stomach ache and on the toilet for ages lmao. It is fast food after all. I wouldn't recommend having burger, fries, and milkshake all at once

Nice spot, tucked in the corner. Patio seating available & enjoyable *however* not too much shade coverage. Can be crowded due to proximity of college campus. Despite that, it's probably one of the better vegan options in the area so if you can go when it's not busy, that's the best. Recommend this spot if you want a quick vegan meal. Shakes and fried chicken wrap, delicious!

Could be 100x better. Food is ok, it's not much variety if you are use to the other one in OB. Only stairs surrounding it. Not wheelchair or stroller accessible so dont even try. Shakes are watery, milked down and pour like milk rather than a shake. No close parking had to park a few blocks away and pay. Burgers are good. I wouldn't come here again, rather drive a bit more for better quality and more variety

I have been a loyal customer since I first step foot onto this campus. I recently reached gold status, and I come here nearly every day as it brings me immense joy like no other. I come here with disappointment as more times than not this year, the fries are completely excluded from my bag even though they are included on the receipt and in meals every single time. I will come home from my treacherous walk to see my fryless tofu meals and brings me to absolute sorrow. Please do better.

Fantastic vegan fast food. Their website lists the allergens in every item which is a huge bonus. The burgers are big, my only complaint is they have a little bit of the sweetness that vegan meat can have. The ice cream is great too.

Customer service is probably like a two out of five, the food just doesn’t hit as good as it should like at other plant power locations. Been there about three times and each time has been worse. I would definitely recommend trying the other locations until they can fix this issue with how they cook the food.

The food is not as fresh or good as the Ocean Beach location. If you can, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes. You will feel like you wasted your money after eating here. Not worth it.

I was never a fan of vegan food before this but this place is amazing! I truly loved it. Make sure to try the Big Zac burger and the cookies and cream snow day.

Burgers, nuggets, fries, and sauces are all amazing! The soda selection is unique and each one is delicious. Really can't go wrong here!

I am vegan and am diagnosed with hyperactive Celiac Disease, which means even a microscopic amount will make me sick within 3 minutes and I'll be sick for 3 days-2 months after. Given this information, I have been extremely weary on eating out anywhere especially because of cross contamination, and I just ate here for the first time out of faith and MANNNNN!!😭😭😭 I missed a good black bean burger and this place absolutely rocks!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!💗💗💗

Ocean beach location definitely better... I ordered a bacon cheese burger and there was no bacon. Also a Zac burger with bacon and jalapeños, no jalapeños :/. They just throw the straws in the bag with nothing covering them. Not to mention they are plastic straws so I felt bad that I just had to throw them away. But they had stuff all over them. Don’t trust it with Covid going around. You would think a vegan joint would have paper straws... but whatever. At least I got some of my money back throw postmates.

This place is in a wonderful location and the customer experience is not bad. Picking from a screen during the pandemic isn't awful, it's tolerable. The flavors of the burgers, however, is not tolerable. Very bland and dry, no spices and a very unremarkable sauce. I hate to knock them but the taste isn't there yet. I hope they get the flavor profile situation sorted out because many vegan eaters want a better experience.

Everything is great. My favorite is the bbq chicken sandwich. They just started serving breakfast. The bacon, egg, and cheese is amazing. I don't even know how they do it

AVOID!!!!!!! It is great food don’t get me wrong. However I can’t always make it to the physical store so I placed an online order through their website. An HOUR LATER and i still haven’t received my order or contacted regarding the status of my order. I got a text message from Postmates on how to track and the estimated delivery time kept increasing. I called Postmates and they don’t even have the order number or my name as active in the system. But hey who cares plant power got my money. Do not DO NOT give them your money at ALL!

The eatery is well decorated and maintained, with many nice people behind the counter; it's full of a new youthful persona. The items I ordered was the "Big Zac" burger with a New York Cheesecake, with a strawberry kumbatcha: very well made overall. You're getting what you order. The Big Zac is exactly what defines the burger. BIG. Topped that off with a delicious creamy, soft, cheesecake and practically a healthy soda and you got one awesome meal for a healthy appetite.

Chicken great, burger wasn't for me. Shake was great. Will definitely be coming again
