The best burger in the nation. The staff at this store is always so nice and never judges me for buying mass amounts of food for just myself. Thanks for having small shirts available. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good burgers, natural products, and excellent quality and customer services.

This is a pretty cool location. It seems like lots of families make this a first stop when they cross the border and for some like me, a last stop errand for burgers for someone on the Tijuana side.

1st time trying In N Out. The store was packed! We were there around 1pm, guess it was lunch time... Not sure why there is so much hype about their burgers... it was basically a McDonald's hamburger. The special fries were not that great either... the sauce was ok but it made the fries soggy... I did like the pepper they gave, it pepped up the burger. I will give them this, the workers are nice and friendly :) I probably would not go to another In N Out again if there were other choices...

Definitely this burgers are in my top 3 of favourite burgers so I don't have much to say but fantastic! This location has very good service. Guys are so kind. It's clean and I totally prefer food to consume in the spot because drive-thru is always full.

In-N-Out is your go to place if you want to get something good and cheap. I usually order the Double-Double combo. It hits the spot. I am not a fan of Thousand Island dressing, but I can tolerate this condiment here. The staff here was ultra friendly and even though it was packed, the food was excellent! I honestly recommend you take the time to eat in the restaurant or wait forever at the drive thru.

I'm just sharing my thoughts as an outsider, not from here. It was good, but I honestly think it's hyped up way too much. But now that I made that statement on to the actual review. I enjoyed it thoroughly, I love how fresh everything is from the meat, tomatoes, fries, etc. The price for the food wasn't bad at all. It's not surprising how people are lining up for it. It seems like the place is packed at all points in time. I definitely think other restaurants can learn from them. You can tell the employees are actually treated well, looking at how they all have a smile on their face and how they look like they are having fun. I support them all the way, and I hope more places can take a step back and learn that their buisness is represented by these people and their happiness makes everyone else happy.

The fries is the best thing in this place, it looks clean, and the burger’s are tasty!

Cashier was friendly and energetic taking my order. Received food in reasonable time, considering it was still during lunchtime. Once I got home though, the disappointment began to crew in. To start, the fries were burnt. Between my daughter’s and my meals we may have had 2-3 fries that were soft with a slight crisp , the rest were burnt and extremely hard to chew through. Next the burger, the bun was hard as it too was burnt and each bite tasted burnt. So disappointed :-(

Good hamburgers as always, Fast service, clean bathroom. Not a lot of room to sit.

exceptionally delectable burgler with a creamy, thick sauce. As I held it in my hands, the sauce dripping down my hands, I took a generous bite and felt the cheese melt in my mouth. A flurry of flavors hit me; the juicy patty, the mouth-watering special In-N-Out thick creamy sauce, and the tangy notes reminiscent that of a hot summers day under the shade of an old oak tree, by a nice river and my grandkids playing amongst the foliage. For that I give this burger a 9/10.

Best burger! Must try secret menu item "Flying Dutchman" over some animal style fries.

I wasn't a fan of In-N-Out before but have since figured out what I do like (I ask for no secret sauce and request my fries light). The quality of their burgers is pretty decent. The lines are long but worth it late at night. Much better than most other fast food burgers out there.

Definitely order the double double. Burgers are not thick. French fries come without salt. Salt packets on the side. Shakes are good.

The food was delicious as always but the drive through was so busy. We sat in line for 45 minutes before our order was taken.

Great spot for burgers and fries when in California. This location is always busy with a drive thru line that wraps through the shopping center parking lot. But then again, all locations have a long line really. I like the animal style protein style burger.

The drive thru was so fast. The young man taking the orders was super courteous and helpful. The food was hot and tasty. The prices were excellent. $3.23 for the burger and about $2.39 for the fries. Very filling and economical. Loved it!!!

The food is amazing! In-N-Out lives up to their reputation of prioritizing quality, I've never had problems with my orders, and every is always made with appreciation and care. However, expect this burger joint to be full of hungry customers, especially in rush hours; seating could be a problem, but you are always welcome to take food outside or to your car if you rather not wait for seating inside.

Love the freshness of these burgers. The service is always prompt and polite. It was a busy Friday night with a busy drive thru. It has been busy each time we go. Our fries were cold which was disappointing so I did not eat them. ☹️

Have always had good experiences here. The food here always tastes good. The place always looks clean and the staff is friendly. The price is also pretty good for the quality of food you are getting. The drive-thru can get pretty long depending on what time of the day you come in. During peak hours the line will snake around the parking lot. The service inside is usually pretty fast though.

I live close by, so I frequent this in-n-out all the time. When I came last week, I was assisted by Briana C. She was so kind and sweet, I had a large order, but she had such patience that I truly appreciated. She repeated my order back to me to make sure everything was right, and even made sure to box my orders separate from another. Thank you so much!!

The burgers are awesome, the animal fries are to die for! And if you're daring enough you may try a 10 meat patty and down it with a Napolitan extra large shake,. This place is very good and tasty. After a few years and many times of coming to this place, with still the same quality, service and flavor since the first time I ever visited this place. They do keep the place very clean, there are handicap spots in the parking lot, they have a lot of room for a lot of people, your order comes out very fast whether you do it on the driveway or you do it inside. Usually try to go when it's not as busy which is around 2:00 p.m. when is busy be ready to be standing online a little longer than normal because everybody in this area knows the place loves the place and comes to the place all the time.

😋 Yummy... We always enjoy the burgers and fries from In-N-Out Burger. Chose lettuce wrapped and don't feel so guilty about fries, although they use sunflower seeds oil 🌻👌... Occasionally, we have one of their very tempting milkshakes 🥤😉

Food was delicious. Expect this place full , drive thru had a long line . Ordered a 4x4 its not in the menu.

Super busy on a Saturday night, but I noticed every kind of person at this location. From the high class, wealthy individuals who dresses immaculately... to young player, wearing the latest street fashion, who's trying to navigate his way through this crazy world and just be happy. A lot of positive energy was in there! The service was great! The the employees were very polite and respectful, offered condiments, and super efficient. Reason for the four stars, drive thru wrapped around the restaurant. You could not park in their parking lot, so I had to park a little ways away to go inside. I guess those are good problems to have 😁

Awesome place for a good burger and fries. Although there are always long queues they serve you reasonably fast. Classic fountain drinks, Fries and meat taste fresh, definitely a must to go place if you are visiting the west coast. If you want to dine in you will need to hunt for a seat especially during peak hours like lunch, so my recommendation is to go on some off hours.

I had the most delightful evening with some of my younger Family members who took me here for a late Mother's Day get together. The line went quickly, our order was prepared to all of our satisfaction and we were able to sit together and enjoy our meal with no problems. The food was delicious as only In-N-Out-Burger can do and I was introduced to a few items on their "secret" menu. All in All it was an Awesome ex pretence!
