This is my go-to Denny's location; it has the best food quality and customer service in Chula Vista. Food is served quickly and the waiters/waitresses are all friendly/attentive. I felt like trying something out of my usual banana cream pancakes (delicious/must have) or philly cheese steak omelette (delicious/must have). I'm not gonna lie: I was not sure of ordering the southwestern benny (in photo) but I was happily surprised and mindblown. This tasted absolutely delicious!! I ordered it with avocado because: obviously! Honestly recommend this place.

Francisco is the server you should ask for. He was very attentive & super nice. He checked in often! We are coming back soon!

We loved this location so much, that we ate there 4 times while we were in the area. Conveniently located next to our hotel and open 24 hours, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were hot, fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Kids loved the food so much, they kept asking to come back, so we did. Variety of food items, so we never ate the same thing twice. All of our servers were great, very polite, guest and service oriented and the entire staff seamed to be working together and helping each other. We were very impressed. Keep up the great work.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Horrible. We did a big order over the phone and picked it up in person. While we were eating there was a piece of rubber in the the hash browns. Not sure what cooking materials they use but if it’s falling inside the food it must not be very good quality. I called and at first the manager said he would give me a refund if I drove al the way back or he would give me free breakfast next time I went. I told him next time I went I would get the breakfast and then he started changing what he had originally offered me at the beginning. And did not keep his word. If you like a plastic in your food this is the place to be at. Never going there again.

There is a big long Banner outside stating "Open 24/7" is the third time I try to walk in and doors are locked, mornings before 4 am, Closed! Plus it's not like food is that good, more convenient" than tasty, McDonald's breakfast deluxe will be I guess, it is as bad as a Grand slam anyway...

Dennys is always a good place for breakfast but this time we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a coupon. The waitress was very kind all the time but she made the mistake of not putting the breakfast that came in the coupon and when we paid the manager was very rude. The manager does not have the slightest sense of "customer service" she is very rude. They shouldn't have people like her to be managers or they should prepare them to give better care.

Service was terrible. Food was burnt and cold. Drinks were served warm with no ice. Everyone around us that got there after us received there food. Server never came by to ask if we needed anything. Had to beg for a refill. We ate our dinner mostly with no drinks. Served our refills warm again with no ice. Had to wait for ever just for a bill. It was 9pm. Was a empty restaurant. Waitress was busy talking with other employees. Would not recommend this Denny’s to anyone

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. My waiter Francisco was very helpful and polite. The restaurant was neat and clean.

The service was great and the food came out quickly! My omelet was amazing!

There was no waiting to be seated, but they took more then 10min to acknowledge us. It finally took another waitress that was not assigned to our table to finally take our order. She was really nice and friendly. Everything was great.

The times my family and I have been at Denny's, the workers have been always nice, the service is good, it has been is always clean. The food is very good especially the pancakes...We just recently tried the pumpkin- pecan and they were delicious! Definitely, Denny's has the best pancakes! Price is not bad. They used to send coupons by email and have a birthday special, but sadly since the pandemic they don't have it any more. It is "the place" that we can count on at any time, since it's open 24 hours. Congratulations to Denny's, it is a great asset to our community.

Francisco is the best waiter Dennys ever had. He’s very professional and knows how to serve his clients. He should be working in a 5 star restaurant. In the past I own 2 restaurants and know when a waiter give to customer an excellent service.

My family and I were passing through Chula Vista and stopped by this Denny for a late lunch. We were served by Francisco, who was very social and made our time here a great experience! He was so sweet and made sure all our needs were fulfilled. Service was amazing! The food was also so delicious and it was obvious the workers loved what they do since we can taste it in the food and notice it in the atmosphere. If you are ever passing through Chula Vista, I 100% recommend this location for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even an appetizer!

Great food and even better service

Food was hot. Customer service was good. One of my side orders was wrong but they took it back and changed it with no questions asked. Waiter was polite and checking once in a while to make sure everything was good. One of the best Dennys I've been to. Look forward to coming back again.

Got greeted with a big smile from the store manager and felt very welcoming! Amazing customer service! Came and had a late breakfast with family of 10 food was grate, servers came and checked up on us, refilling our coffee’s and drinks and making sure we didn’t need anything and always with a great attitude🙌🏼

The food is very mass produced tasting. Not great but not terrible. I thought the service is great. The server was friendly and courteous. Very good customer service. Denny's is a one of a kind experience. Totally Americana.

Omg idk why something told me to order the brisket melt.... And I'm glad I did. I took off the pickles and added avocado. I think they even put the bacon from my husband's burger in my melt. It was so delicious 🥰

I don’t know if it was because it was such a busy morning, but I know I asked for sausage and no bacon, I got one slice of bacon and one link of sausage. So I did brought it to the waiters attention about it, he was like “oh you do want the sausage?” Like if I was supposed to be okay with just the bacon and sausage, I know what I asked for. I would come here again but maybe for lunch or dinner. The breakfast isn’t the same anymore.

Had a great interaction, if you want really great customer service,ask for Francisco aka PANCHO!! He really is full of personality and above all else his knowledge of what he is doing is expressed via his service!! Enjoy your meal with confidence and comfortability!

It's Dennys, had a great con salad, or waitress was really nice

This was a great meal. The veggies were delicious. It was a stir fry with zucchini and other vegetables. My Cobb Salad was fresh lettuce and real bacon, tomatoes etc. Yum! The service was fast and efficient.

I love Dennys. I’m not local to the area but I stopped here to get breakfast on my last day in town. I was worried that the wait would be long since there was a lot of people waiting but we managed to get some counter seats in less than 10 minutes. It was super busy but food and service was really good. Our server was Francisco and he was really nice and quick to get our orders in and taken care of. I would go again at this location for sure

Very kind service manager. Friendly service. Not crowded, smells lovely, VERY CLEAN!! Came for my birthday meal. very accommodating service. Family friendly, date friendly, single friendly dining. Highly recommend this Denny's. They have bar seating with TV. Diverse customers, staff speaks both English and Spanish.

Magnificent service. All the employees are down to Earth great, especially Francisco. Such a great guy, always making sure we got everything we need or need something else. Awesome experience overall.

we went to the denny's restaurant late dinner as we were taken too our table notice an employee eating at a table with her leg up on the table in a closed area there was 2 tables and us at the time so not busy yet it took awhile to get are order taken slite attitude on the server took a while to get are food he drop of the food and did not see him tell we were almost done they were in the counter area just hanging out joking around with their backs to us could not get their attention there were 3 servers i had 6 coffee cups and all the dishes from the food we ordered and did not move one plate when he bring us the chek as people started to tickle in they were just standing at the counter one guy got up and asked if he could order to my surprise there was 3 people at the register i think manager maybe last time we came to this restaurant they completely forgot my order so no improvement wat so ever i got my food this time so there's that

I would put zero stars if I could, they forgot to add a side to my order, did not provide me with what was on the menu for one item that I ordered and instead cut corners and gave me a sloppy excuse with key missing ingredients such as the bread on the sandwich. Not only that but the main item I ordered was delivered to me raw, leaking, and with a hair in it; I am befuddled at how the only item not messed up in my order was my soda. I would not recommend ordering from this establishment ever if you care about the accuracy of your order.

Well first off they didn't have crayons for the children's menu. Then thru didn't have any carbonation in so we couldn't have soda. The server we had didn't check on us not one single time. We had to ask him to give us a refill. I didn't care for his attitude either. I definitely won't go to this location again.

We love to eat at Denny’s. The prices are reasonable and the food is always delicious! The food comes out quickly and is hot and fresh. The service is always excellent. We will continue to be regulars at this great restaurant.

Very busy during breakfast on Saturdays. Between 8a-10a. We sat at the counter for quicker service. Very satisfying meal, which included: Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and pancakes. Close to home and convenient.
