I've got a regular Italian sandwich, and I've told them CLEARLY not to put cheese on it, but guess what? Rude enough, they did not listen. Also, they took out the wrong bread, they had to repeat making sandwich 3 times and did not make it half way, they grilled the salami, there heads we're in ᕙ⁠[⁠･⁠۝･⁠]⁠ᕗ land, and is not made to make the sandwich, and after 30 minutes, when they just can't, I had to leave to the Panda Express, but before I did, I rosed my voice and told them that this was the worst Jersey Mike's with the worst service and atmosphere ever and I will never come back here. Then left, and also, there were some people from Jersey Mike's that came over to Panda.

Ordered two different giant subs, both were made super fast! Both subs were extremely delicious and fresh tasting, highly recommend this location!

Sandwiches in general are all great. Excellent customer service and was very helpful when it came to a cancelled online order during a hectic super bowl Sunday.

Pleasantly surprised to see gf bread available, since I haven't had a sub in a long time. The chicken philly was tasty.

Hands down the best sub sandwich franchise around. These guys take pride in making the best sandwiches. Their customer service is top notch, the restaurant is very clean, and the employees seem to be happy. You guys have earned my loyal business - sorry Subway! Never again will I do business at a Subway.

Great Sandwich. Utilized my birthday email for a Free Any Reg sandwich. I tried the Big Kahuna Philly Cheese steak. Awesome , yummy. Great service as well. I tried the Rosemary Parmesan bread. Very good. They also have a fancy Root Beer fountain soda - delicious.

Excellent service ! The workers today around Noon time frame were on point: Remembered multiple orders while continuing to cook, clean, etc. Hard working members with very impressive skills. I would give more stars if possible. I don't normally rate companies, but this one deserved it. Great Job!

This is now my favorite Sub place. I use to like Subway, till they came to town. I love their Cold Sandwiches as well as their cooked ones. All their Ingredients are Fresh, they cut the meats and cheeses right in front of you. If you have not tried this place I would definitely recommend them. You wont regret it.

Jersey Mike's is a good place to eat. I recently tried one of their cookies and it was so good, just like their sandwiches. It's a really yummy place to eat and the reasoning of why i'm giving it 3 stars is because 1st of all, I like subway better. Sorry. Second of all, I feel as if the place has some issues with the cleaning department. The counter tops are messy with pieces of bread and lettuce allover the place. Also the bathrooms are disturbing. They usually are never clean. Other than the neatness issues its a cool place with a great theme. They cut the pieces of ham and cheese in front of you and the last time I went a really nice person attended us.

I've heard of the place by name, but never gone inside after all the years it's been there. Would usually go to the subway that was close by but not sure when that place closed. Can say that the sandwich was more filling and tasted fresh compared to subway. Not to mention it didn't fall apart or become soggy. Staff was very helpful with us since it was our first time. Awesome attitude.

Always fresh as it's supposed to. My wife and I always eat in their dinning area and most of the time their music is kinda loud 🔊.... Leave it as it is 4.5 rating 👍

This sounds petty but we've ordered delivery from this store twice now. Usually 4 sandwiches at a time. Both times, they didn't label the bags with what sandwich is inside, so we've had to open each one to see whose belongs to who. When you order for guests, that's inconvenient considering you have to touch their sandwich to do this. I don't know if it's employee laziness or forgetfulness but PLEASE, label the sandwiches. Especially for delivery orders.
