Worst experience ever the lady was in her phone and acted as though i was disturbing her by waiting to order, after which she licks her ungloved fingers while dealing with people food, when we asked for our money back she argued and refused to refund stating the food was already prepared. The manager was no better will never patronize this place. Not to mention an employee came in from outside and started dealing with people's food without washing her hands! Ordered the fried chicken burro (chimangas). At first glance, I thought the prices were a bit high, but then I got my food. This is a beast, no fillers good flavor. Sour cream and guacamole on the side. The restaurant was clean and presentable. The staff were friendly, answered quesions. Second visit, ordered the chips (basically nachos) with steak. Very good.

Just got done eating there. Horrible customer service. Anabell helped us and she was very very rude. She never once smiled at us or made eye contact. We waited over 20 min for our order and never once was our order number called out, I noticed a bag sitting on the counter so i looked up from my table and she said "oh your order is ready." When I said thank you, she never said you're welcome she just turned and walked away. Our food was cold, when she walked over to wipe other tables she never once acknowledged us or asked how our food was. Just an overall horrible experience.

I can't say enough about this wonderful place to grab a burrito. An excellent menu of various items even if ur not into Mexican food they got you also. And special mention the staff that is on point with customer service! Thank new staff Rosemary and awesome Burros Management Team! Much love

First time ordering from here. I ordered from Uber eats craving some tacos while my toddler slept. At first, I was worried at the prices for each taco but I was hungry and wanted something near my home to get there quickly. I had to come on google maps to review because its worth it. The flavors, the salsas, and those portions. I love seafood tacos and I thought I was getting some basic small taco. They proved me wrong! When I say I can eat 10 tacos like a food champ; two seafood tacos filled me up. I didn't get to take a picture because I devoured it so fast. However, the beer battered fish taco and the shrimp taco were the size of regular corn tacos side by side. I got my toddler the small portion campechana French fries and that still seems like a large portion so I can't imagine what the actual large portion is. These cooks here have a good eye for portions and I'm super happy with the amount I got for the price considering I was a bit suspect. The food is delicious, packaged well, and obvious they keep clean. Sometimes I hate ordering for delivery because it disrupts the food but my driver was careful. All I can really say after all of that is you need to try some tacos with Burros and Fries from this location. They know what they're doing and I can say you won't be disappointed. Don't fear the price, it matches what you're paying for because they're delicious and large. You better come hungry they got you covered. I hope this restaurant continues their success and don't lose themselves in the process. I want to keep coming here and enjoying the food.

A delightful reimagining of the already amazing "taco shop" genre of food. These folks clearly have a passion for what they do. Several delicious hot sauces to choose from, new and inventive menu items being added all the time, etc.... I will forever give my patronage to these folks. Well done!!

Their food is pretty just make sure to double check your order yourself before leaving. today i had a big order over the phone. I went to pick up i asked if that was all my order, I paid and left home. At home i realized i was missing 2 street tacos. Not a big deal right. So i called and returned to get my sons tacos. When i let them know i was there to pick up the tacos i was missing i was told “we are not sure if they were really missing but here they are”. I couldnt believe this man was saying that i could be lying for 2 street tacos. Why would i drive home and instead of sitting down and eating drive back to get 2 tacos i already paid for. I was already a little irritated to have to drive back and that comment was just uncalled for.

I don’t always frequent this spot,usually it’s pretty decent and good, the food usually is good but today’s visit on the other hand. I got “rolled” tacos but it seems they had unraveled during cooking, not a big deal but if I was cooking I wouldn’t serve this. It’s just crunchy tortilla, no meat, 3/5 tacos. ended up throwing out the whole order of tacos. I don’t think I’ll be back if I’m gonna be risking wasting money on meatless tacos.

I love their food! I ordered fish taco, carnita taco, carne asada fries and enchiladas and everything was absolutely delicious! My favorite is fish taco, definitely gonna be ordering from this place again. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Bean and cheese burritos are very good, beans are excellent. Had a chicken Cali Shell or flying saucer also very good.

I've been here nine times in the last year. I like that they have a more creative and interesting menu than a typical taco shop. They use very good tortillas for the burritos. The food is good but not amazing; they could be a little more consistent in quality of preparation.

Customer service was slow the ladies were rude the food is all right but I was just expecting more but it’s good everyone should come and have a beer

Beat taco shop in lemon grove area, whether it is carne asada fries or burritos, they are well made. Place is clean as well

I would rate 5 stars cause i was starting to like the place but the past 2 times the fries have had ZERO flavor and the toppings they put on them has gone down. And ive ordered surf and turf (steak and shrimp) burros and the last 2 times there was no shrimp! It was full of FRIES! what is going on there????
