We
dined
here
to
celebrate
our
30th
Wedding
Anniversary
the
other
night.
While
we've
eaten
at
Morton's
numerous
times,
it's
always
been
at
the
bar
since
we've
loved
their
happy
hours
&
bartenders
so
much,
we
never
ate
in
their
dining
room.
We
made
our
reservation
via
Open
Table
and
indicated
we
we're
celebrating
a
special
day.
We
were
greeted
by
and
taken
to
our
table
by
Nina,
waited
on
by
Lawrence
and
the
service
they
provided
was
fitting
for
a
king!
I
ordered
a
Moscow
Mule,
and
my
wife
had
a
Bourbon
Old
Fashioned.
We
shared
their
Filet
Mignon
&
Lobster
Tail
(and
added
a
2nd
lobster
tail).
I
had
a
baked
French
Onion
soup,
and
we
added
the
Parmesan
Truffle
Matchstick
Fries
&
sautéed
Onion
&
Mushrooms
sides.
We
wrapped
up
our
meal
with
their
white
chocolate
Bread
Pudding.
We
were
treated
to
a
specially
printed
menu
celebrating
our
30th
Anniversary,
a
complimentary
photo,
and
treated
to
the
shared
dessert
which
they
comp'd
us.
The
timing
of
my
1st
course
(French
Onion
Soup),
to
our
dinner
entrees,
and
to
dessert
was
well
spaced.
We
were
able
to
apply
a
gift
card
for
Oceanaire
Seafood
Restaurant
(which
had
since
closed
for
business,
but
was
under
the
restaurant
group
which
Morton's
is
affiliate
restaurant
of).
Our
filet
mignon
&
lobster
wet
both
cooked
to
perfection,
the
sides
were
equally
delicious,
dessert
was
halfway
finished
just
because
we
were
stuffed,
and
the
bartenders
knew
their
craft
well!
We
couldn't
have
enjoyed
a
better
night
out.
The
GM,
Josh
S,
came
to
our
table
to
greet
us
and
make
sure
all
went
well
with
our
dinner.
My
“only”
gripe
is
Morton’s
does
not
have
a
butter
cake
dessert.
A
steakhouse
needs
a
delicious
butter
cake
to
close
the
deal!
Even
California
Pizza
Kitchen
(a
sit
down
casual
restaurant)
has
a
butter
cake…
Come
on
Morton’s!!!
