Our family came on or about 0935 on 10 July in an attempt to dine in. My husband stood in front of the attendant’s podium waiting for someone to get us a table. A group of 4 customers walked in a couple minutes behind us and quietly sat on the couch. The attendant arrived on or about 0940 and with my husband in front of her asked who came first and he politely replied, “we did.” Without eye contact to my husband, the attendant looked at the party of 4 and still attempted to take down the party's name first. My husband informed her again that we were first in line but still didn't have an eye contact. Very rude employee that you have. My husband was in front of her and still asked who came in first. I hope she won't do this to other customers and ruin their fine San Diego Sunday. We left and I know that this don't matter to you anyways but we'll Never again going back to your branch!

Walked into the restaurant. Advised the person at the door that my 82 year old Ant had problems walking and standing. We were told there was a five minute wait. We told him it was fine. My Ant set down to wait and the Ihop employee told us to wait outside of the restaurant. That my handicap Ant was not allow to wait in the restaurant lobby. I told him that all 8 of my family would wait outside with the condition that my Ant can wait in the lobby. I told him it was to cold outside for Ant. The employee just said he didn't care that those were the restaurant police. At this restaurant they do not have consideration for handicap persons. We left to another restaurant near by. My family and I will never eat at an Ihop restaurant again.

Excellent service.. the good was great.. pancakes are tasty.. the best of the day was the French toast.. cooked to perfection and very taste sides.. all you can drink coffee is the best!! Thanks!!

IHOP is a nice location. The staff is why I'm giving you at such a high rating. Now full disclosure I am not a breakfast person only reason I came here was because it was my wife's birthday and she loves breakfast food.Also because I like to save some money and I saw a commercial for for $4.99 or free with a breakfast order. I just wanted to have breakfast and so did the wife and her little girl 2 year old. The food was good not bad at all cooked properly as I requested them. My biggest complaint about the food however was the pancakes, now I know it was an all you can eat pancakes, but at least finish cooking them... By that I mean that they were a little undercooked. the cool thing is that at the table they have four different types of syrup. Basically I did not love this place but it is not bad, you should give it a chance make up your own decision. Oh I did forget to mention they do have an outdoor seating area as well. no one was using that when I was there I think it may have been that it was kind of cold outside.

😡😡😡 Well a dirty smelly bathroom is a sign of poor management and attention to details. I don't know why they can keep this bathroom smelling good and clean. Maybe fix the toilet so sewage gases stop coming inside the restitution? How about the trash can can we clean that too? Stop being cheap. Hey real air fresheners. Attention to the small things will go a long way. Lastly, why is this place not been clean since Friday how many are on a Sunday and it's disgusting. Very disgusting and disappointing. 👎

Upset with myself but also that the waitress did not point this out to me. Build your own omelet - I picked out 5 items Unaware that it’s 1.99 per item. Thank you to the waitress for not pointing out to me. That extra 10.00 could have been part of your tip.

Came here while visiting town on a holiday weekend. Very much not impressed. While our party of 4 was seated promptly, it took 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. Omelettes are now half the size they once were, and evidently rubbery eggs are standard. Toast was cold to add to the experience. Neighboring table complained to the manager and the self professed temporary manager said that the serving sizes were now standard. The restaurant is staffed well, but focus appears to be focused on pick up orders. When your teen age sons won’t finish their plates, one knows something is wrong. Another table had to practically accost the waitress to get they checked paid. I highly suggest a different breakfast venue.

We signed up for #2 on their waiting list for an approximate waiting time of 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked about further waiting time to learn that we have been crossed out on their list. We were waiting patiently directly in front of the restaurant. Our name has never been called. Well, we didn't even hear any apology for that, bummer. Our server Joel was attentive, friendly and truly made up for the mishap (he didn't know about).

It's IHOP, you gotta love it, specially with the deals they have right now 😁...4.5 my rating on this one in particular.

The prices may have went up the quality of food is still outstanding. Just can’t beat IHOP for breakfast. Don’t forget to explore the seniors menu.

We got here just in time. It was Sunday at 1130 am. We were greeted with a smile and only had to wait for a table for a few minutes. Our wait staff was there quickly to take our order. We ordered a meal to share, which was plenty for the two of us. When our order arrived she even remembered an extra plate. We had the South West omelet. The food was a bit bland but not too bad. The coffee was strong.

If you search they will come up as a dog friendly restaurant. They are NOT dog friendly. Service animals only.

Oh the joy of having a bad week so you decide to reward yourself with a big ihop breakfast and then get the smallest omelette ever. Called in my order for a pickup, ok sir, 15 minutes. Order was ready 45 minutes later. They were busy, but not weekend busy. My reward to myself ending up crapping on my head.

This place is a joke. No service, waited over 10mins for a table and literally there was no one. Tried calling and watched the phone ring and ring. Terrible. Denny's always welcomes us and gets us sitting right away. My husband went to the back the lady told him she is busy go sit out front. We had already been waiting. The atmosphere was pretty much ruined after that, so we left with 2 hungry toddlers.

Nice people work here. The menu is the same as other IHOP's, but the quality of service is greater. This IHOP has great service, it is always clean and the food is excellent.

You can't beat this place for pancakes. A variety of breakfast food and pancakes also crepes. Atmosphere is good. Service is great. Parking is always available. The wait time when busy goes by fast.

Visited the perfect timing after the morning rush this was around 11am... Will recommend to anyone... Great staff!!...

My mother's 83rd BDay brunch didn't go as smooth as hoped. Too Long a wait (over an hr, when told 30min) to end up being sitted in 2different areas 😳 they couldn't figure where to sit our group of 9 adults +2babies!?? Rating front service a 1one. *The eating area extremely warm(very uncomfortable). *Even though the food was very good, served in a timely manner and the waiter was polite; the overall experience on our 1st time at this IHOP was quite disapointing.

Great deal! Unlimited pancakes for only $5! And the chocolate milkshake was delicious! Our waitress was very nice and we really enjoyed our lunch experience

IHOP has stepped up their game with new menu items. The blueberry ricotta crepes and the avocado toast are next level! Service was excellent as well. Shout out to Homer.

Loved the food.service not so much, probably because very low staff. I had to keep asking her for everything. Pancake syrup, more coffee...etc. first time here. Not going back.

it was fine the food was fine! maybe just a little expensive for nothing special but it was ok. waitress was really nice though, just not sure if its special enough to come back LOL also tbh the vibes were scary in there like i was in a dark corner immediately felt scared entering the premises but its chill..... the pancakes are good

IHOP never seems to dissapoint me. I've been to a couple as I'm travelling around and even here you have friendly and fast service, (really) good food and nice atmosphere.

Had great pancakes w/spinach omelette on my birthday with a free stack of pancakes with a IHOP coupon for my birthday. Great day with a great breakfast overall.

For breakfast you can't beat this place. They'd probably get 4 stars if they weren't so expensive

Service was off... my Tbone inedible... silverware dirty... yeah they offered to remake my order and I wouldn't trust them with my toast soo I said no thank you. Smh. Want IHOP ? TRY DENNY'S DOWN THE BLOCK lol... cuz this place needs a closed sign immediately.

We went early on a Sunday morning...8 am. There was no wait, and the food came fast. It was chilly in the restaurant, but I had my puffy coat. Coffee was fine, and our waitress was nice. No complaints. The 2x2x2 was awesome. Going again tomorrow, bright and early!

I just tried the new spicey beef bowl. The one that has rice in it instead of scrambled eggs.Very good. We arrived just in time in front a rush. It's to be expected on a Sunday morning. I think this location is clean and the wait staff are friendly. Our food came quickly. My bowl that I ordered was supposed to have sliced avocado on top and it wasn't there. Mistakes happen. Our waitress was quick to correct it. Its all good. Everyone is working so hard during these stressful times. I recommend this location as a great place to get out, eat and have a good meal.

Let me start by letting you know service is POOR, it tooked our waitress over 15 to bring 2 glasses if water. When our food was brought to our table there was a black curly hair on top of the ham very visible, something that you could NOT missed on less you really need glasses. To get a second glass of water it was almost impossible, we asked 3 different waitress. Very disappointed with service and food.

They were a little short staffed, but once we ordered the service was good and the food was good this evening.

They have a patio. Food was great, server very nice. Staff required to wear masks. Note on front door mask required for unvaccinated.

I mean it's IHOP. But I had a great server, forget the name, gorgeous redhead with tattoos.

Very large portions, the food tastes very good like in all IHOP branches.
