Wonderful Place!!! Love the little shops. It's very well kept and has clean restrooms. It has a lovely classic carousel. Places to eat. Great Photo opportunities. What a great place to enjoy the water either at night or during the day. Make the time and come down! GOD BLESS!

One of my favourite places in San Diego. The shops are adorable and it's always full of life. There are quite a few bars and restaurants that are in front of the bay. Plus the walk along the bay and in between the shops is always very relaxing. One of those things to visit when coming by San Diego.

This little harbor village is great for a walk. It's right next to USS Midway but the vibe is quite different. Slower but more friendlier. Many shops and great view of the ocean. Plenty of benches and beach seats for a relaxed sightseeing. The parking lot charge fee but you can get validation from stores or restaurants.

A beautiful walk by the bay with sailboats everywhere! Many unique shops with great souvenirs and gifts. Food trucks and sit down restaurants in all price ranges and each having waterfront views. Public restrooms were available which was very convenient and they were clean. Sitting areas with umbrellas along the walkway. Definitely come back at night, it has a magical ambiance with lateras and lights lighting the paths.

Can us some updating, but the location is wonderful and parking is fairly abundant if there isn't an event going on. There is frequently live music, ice cream, wine, cute shops and a variety of restaurant options. There are nice seats to relax, enjoy the weather. A glass of wine ornsome ice cream while listening to music and people watching. I appreciate the generally clean public restrooms. Please click 👍 if this is helpful.

A beautiful waterside complex with many shops, restaurants, a nice promenade with a beautiful sunset. It's a big contrast to Downtown San Diego, where there are many homeless people and empty storefronts from bankrupt businesses. When you walk from the Convention Center here you will feel that San Diego is a beautiful city.

It was super bowl Sunday a few hours before the game started and a friend and I went down to see Port village for a walk. There are a lot of great shops and restaurants of course, and it was a beautiful day. Mike Hess brewery was not too crowded and my friend mentioned they had great tacos so I was in! We had a surf and turf taco, grilled shrimp, and a Veracruz taco as well. Can't remember the fourth taco but they were all delicious! We also tried a few drinks, one of which was a lavender seltzer that was pretty good, and my friend had one of the beers. Fantastic atmosphere, great people watching and other views. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

One of my favorite places to visit and go with my kids friends family alone etc. Something for everyone and anyone. Tons to see and do. Even if a nice walk or bike ride. Many places to eat. Great ice cream and live music. Overall a wonderful experience every single time. You have to pay to park but not too bad.

A great place with lots of activities to do, such as walk by the beach, grab something to eat and/or drink, get a cigar, watch a trick/magic show and etc. The parking can get crazy though on weekends and on holidays. There’re parking lots at the entrance, but all of them were full and we found a street parking which was $10 for 3 hours. They have benches to sit and eat, lots of gift shops , food places. The place is really nice!

Family friendly, pet friendly, cozy spot on the San Diego coast, Restrooms available, handicap accessible parking and restrooms. Parkig is charged about 15 dollars for 4 hours and verification (prices vary) and if you get it verified at one of the shops a discount is given. Good food lots of seafood and non seafood options available. There are many small shops with different things. There is a Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop and a carousel. (Carousel not operating due to covid.) Please wear your face mask! Stay safe

This place has been a favorite of mine ever since I first visited it in 1989. Seaport Village is a monument to me. A valuable historical artifact. From fine dining, stores, art galleries, breweries and waterfront walkways, you can’t pick a better place to spend time with friends, family, or just your pups. It’s a favorite of locals and visitors alike!

Overall fun area for walking, skating, and eating. Lots of local vendors and restaurants. The popular kissing statue is here located next to the USS midway. Fun picturesque spots year around. Seems like a good place to take someone out on a date if you are into that type of thing. Lol.

My first time here and I was NOT disappointed. I had an amazing time with a great friend, delicious Mexican food at Margaritas Kitchen & Cantina, and an all around great time walking along the waterfront. People here were super friendly and more than happy to let you pet their dogs. Quite a popular place, but it's popular for a reason. Be sure to check it out while you're in San Diego.

An excellent venue and location, when in San Diego, one must visit. It is great for walks along the seafront to enjoy the weather and sights, including the pier and bbiats of different types, full of naval activity. Also, to walk through its charming family-friendly grounds. Has multiple shops selling novelty items and souviners and a wide selection of eateries of different cuisines. Paid self parking is available on the premises.

Easy breezy fun place for a family outing. Food available but hunt for the deals. hamburger was reasonable but ice cream cone single scoop with waffle was $12! Totally delightful and easy strolling for disabled, healthy or baby strollers etc. variety of gift stores but the fountains, plaza and the great walks along the shore are the highlights. Child friendly

Quaint little village with souvenir shops, bars, eateries, and "markets". Fresh fish on the piers. Vendors selling their wares. "Street Performers" playing music. Public square/main street type atmosphere. Very enjoyable on a beautiful day.

Best place in San diego. View was beautiful. Large lawn gives you peacefulness and neatness. There's no solicitor, marijuana smell and homeless. Restaurant nearby was also perfect. Hope you visit here and have memorable experience :)

The first time I came to Seaport Village I really enjoyed walking the art galleries and shops. However, since that visit most of the art galleries have moved from Seaport Village. There is now one art gallery - the Christopher Harvey Art Gallery, which I did enjoy.. Most of the stores are now tourist traps selling cheap souvenirs. But there is plenty of dining options.Dining has never been on our agenda the days I have visited. Still, I did enjoyed the walking along the pier.

You will find live music, good food, and wonderful gift ideas. It's clean, has bathrooms, and wheelchair access all around. The boardwalk is breezy, but so full of history and a beautiful view of Coronado Island. I found stunt kites, beautiful ceramics ( as a potter, I know the skill it takes ), hats, fudge, art, 'hot socks', just a wonderful selection of goods. I paid for parking ($5- 2 hours), but there may be free parking with Validation 👍.

Seaport Village is a must see in San Diego. It's perfect for shopping, people watching, dining and drinks. There are local artists and live music on most weekends. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, my favorite is Harbor House and practically located in Downtown, so easy walking distance. It's also close to the USS Midway and has great views of the Coronado Bridge. Best views in San Diego!

Seaport Village is in downtown San Diego, adjacent to the Convention Center, marina, and bay. The Seaport Village has a certain old world atmosphere that is the perfect place to visit if you are new to the area. I love that there is a walking trail with stunning views and you can easily find parking, with several parking lots inside the village. I last visited on a Sunday at 11:30 am and found parking without waiting. It was a little busier when I left at 1:00 pm. People come to fly kites or have picnics in the grassy area or to do photoshoots here. There are also so many cute shops, coffee shops, nice restaurants, casual restaurants, a book store, a toy store, souvenir shops, and more.

We loved this place, very ideal for family visits and foodies who want to try all types of food. Lots of things to do shopping, interesting and unique gifts and souvenirs. We loved the Seal Tours with Justine and Sammy, which was just awesome. A just visit, and do remember to get your tour ticket validated at The Bay Company after completion of tour, so that you can avail discount on parking. BTW, the Historic Carousel in another delight if you are with kids below 10 years, although I have seen adults loving to ride too.

Cool place to visit! And it really is in walking distance from Downtown San Diego. During the weekend in comes to life. Lots of vendors a different things come to this strip right by the bay. Food, souvenirs, some weird stuff lol, some cooks stuff you’ll find here. Some cool seafood restaurants right at the water’s edge, and some cool art and military honors that you can find walking on the strip. Here you can also find the USS Midway Museum, which should be a must visit for tourists and locals. Definitely worth a visit. It is also accessible coming from the Amtrak/Trolley Station located in Downtown San Diego, which is another cool place to visit, specially at night time! Parking is always an issue. But there is lots of pay parking around. Look for the ACE parking lots. Usually the cheapest and the most locations throughout downtown! There is also parking right by Seaport Village, but you got to be there super early to find some! Super Early!

My wife and I had a wonderful time walking while enjoying the wonderful weather and sites. There are many activities to do and enjoy. Plenty of stores and restaurants. The place is well kept and clean. My only advice is map out the parking spots so you have different options for parking as it was very hard to find parking. My suggestion is the underground parking located at the Waterfront Park. The fee is $15.00 for the day and they are open up to midnight. It is also a couple of blocks away from Little Italy. I recommend visiting Seaport Village.

Great place to enjoy a bite to eat and catch some musical entertainment. Several eateries, Cajun, Mexican, burgers, fish. Plenty of seating and tables. You can also enjoy an alcoholic beverage while in the food court. We had Cajun, it was delicious! We also enjoyed some Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Took a ride on the historic hand painted carousel.

“Seaport Village in San Diego is a charming waterfront destination that combines shopping, dining, and entertainment in a beautifully designed setting. With its quaint cobblestone pathways, picturesque bay views, and a variety of unique shops and eateries, it’s a place that invites you to take your time and enjoy the atmosphere. The crown jewel of Seaport Village is undoubtedly its historic carousel. This beautifully preserved 19th-century carousel is a delightful throwback to a bygone era. The intricately carved and brightly painted animals, the enchanting music, and the gentle motion of the ride create a sense of nostalgia that is both heartwarming and magical. Riding the carousel is not just for kids, it’s an experience that adults can enjoy too, and it’s especially romantic at night when the carousel is lit up. Seaport Village is indeed a fantastic date spot. You can take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants with bay views, shop for unique gifts, and of course, take a ride on the historic carousel. The relaxed and romantic atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a date. But Seaport Village is not just for couples. It’s a great place to spend time with family or friends, or even to enjoy some alone time. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Seaport Village offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. In summary, Seaport Village, with its historic carousel, is a charming waterfront destination that offers a unique blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s a place where you can create beautiful memories, whether you’re on a date, with family or friends, or just enjoying some alone time.”

Super cute place with little souvenir shops, restaurants, grass areas, a port and a beautiful sunset to look at. The shops and restaurants are surrounding a mini version of venice-type canal with fish. It’s an easy walk to downtown and to the hotels of the area. A must-see for a tourist. On the experience side, though you don’t have to get anything from there.

Hit up the old seaport village to check out the sail boats. I really want one. I hit up that pretzel hot dog stand and i was presently surprised. Very good. Ended up coating a bit more than i had expected but it seems like all the restaurant's around town are more money These days. So aside from that. Great.

Unique place to walk, eat, shop, drink with your family or friends. Park your car just behind the parking area for $5 for the first 3hrs in weekdays or 2hrs in weekend. BUT, dont forget to spend more than $10 in the seaport area and validate your parking card (take it with you). Otherwise you will pay $16 instead of $5 :)

This is a "must go to" when in San Diego ❤️ I recommend taking one of the bike tour rides. The one where you sit in the buggy and the guy rides the bike and takes you around it's the best way to see everything in the port. This is where the famous kissing statue is, all of the ships are here, historical places and great places to eat.

Better than it used to be with much better restaurants and breweries added. Hess Brewery was really good. Nice for walks. Could really use much better restrooms. They are dirty and often out of service. Some of the restaurants don't have their own bathroom and you have to use the public one mentioned. Not great for kids etc. Nice walk around the marina to see the huge super yachts as well! All in all worth a stroll around. Some new places and restaurants coming soon as well! I ate at TukTuk this past time.. it was OK. the Bao Bao was the best. I didn't quite like my noodles. Maybe next time..

I love Seaport Village. I walk there from the maritime museum. I am sad to hear the shops will be taken down within a year or two. I eat here,,, shop here, especially the awesome Christmas shop. I have rode the Seal Tour and took the Old Town Trolley from Sea Port Village. There is also a beautiful carsouel to ride. Seaport Village has amazing views. Love it

Great location by the ocean with many small gift shops and places to eat. You can have a great casual stroll, run or a bike ride here. There are also public benches to sit, rest and enjoy the views. If you have dog, bring it along too!

The Seaport Village is write next to the Midway ship so after exploring that it's like a 5 min walk. There is a little market there where you can buy necklaces and all that fun stuff. After you walk past that market part, there are restaurants and cafes. There is also a park further down, nice with a lot of trees that has roots that twist and turn above the surface. Keep in mind, all this is happening by the ocean so you can hear the waves crash and smell the salt water. You can also see sea lions in the water.

Visiting San Diego? You must come to seaport village area to experience the vibes of San Diego. Although this place is crowded with tourists, I like to walk around here to see the harbor, the sailing boats, the Navy ships and the Coronado bridge. In the morning, many people jog along the shoreline and enjoy the fresh air. I often join the jogging crowd when I stay in one of the hotels along the shore line. It’s quite refreshing to run here in the morning. At night, seaport village comes alive with tons of people walking around, vendors selling things and tricycles shuttling people around. All the restaurants are open for dinner. This is a happening place at night. There are so many dining options here ranging from simple cafe style food to fancy hotel restaurants. I saw a sign that the famous Malibu Farm cafe is ready open a restaurant here. There is a huge parking lot dedicated to seaport village. No problem of finding a parking spot in this place.

Great location! Lots of vendors and small shops, including boutiques and body butter shops, as well as souvenir shops. Great food from both restaurants and local vendors. The pineapple fresca was great! This is definitely a great place to visit in San Diego. It is also kid friendly! There are lots of options for different day cruises and some night cruises. Price ranging from $35 and up.

I recently visited this beautiful setting on the water and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening. I also brought my dog along for a walk and I was really impressed with how pet-friendly the place was. The happy hour was also great and I definitely recommend it. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

As a native San Diegan, Seaport Village brings back the memories and now that I just visited again, I can say it is still a classic gem! Beautiful views, amazing stores and Ben and Jerry's! Love everything about it. Clean and safe and wonderful for an afternoon with the family or a cute date night! Enjoy!

Perfect spot for San Diego visitors. Restaurants, shops, carousel, hotels, musical venues, and so much more. A must for first-time visitors and great locals hang out. There are plenty of parking and restrooms. Fun for all ages and families. Don't miss!

Awesome boardwalk style village with shops, restaurants and more! Great location to get souvenirs and at night, it's very pretty with the lights. Also, there are fun bicycle carriages that are lit up with lights and music to take you on a ride should your legs get tired from walking (for a charge).

Late post Came with some friends and one of them kinda broke her leg so she we knew we couldn’t walk around too much but the Village itself is quite beautiful, people come to walk around the boardwalk, chill at the park and best of all they are dog friendly. The stores are typical of most places, The Bay company souvenir shop, boutiques, sun glasses, hat store, crazy shirts, toy store, hot sauce store and so much more. Can’t wait to come again and actually walk around the whole place! Give them a visit!

The place is beautiful. Nearby the sea, offers an ideal evening walk. A lot of gift shops to buy memorabilia to save your beautiful memories with. On the other hand, it was a nightmare finding a parking spot on a Saturday morning.

My favorite outdoor shopping center on the waterfront. Started my day with a delicious lunch at Malibu Farm then of course picked up something sweet at The Something Sweet Shop! Finally got a chance to fly a kite from The Kite Shop, must do! Always love shopping around at Seaport Village. Looking forward to all the holiday events coming up here.

One of my favorite SD spots to visit and just walk around. Love the Christmas decor this time of year. So many places to choose from to grab a bite. Margaritas has some really good fish tacos and they pair well with their pitcher of margaritas. For a better experience, visit at night when it's not so crowded.
