We're do I start? First of all, we got like 10 rooms for the 2 crews we had. Second, some of our tvs and/or fridges didn't work. This hotel is definitely not a "Comfort Inn." Then they charged you if you leave the hotel before you're supposed to. $170. Then, if you truly appreciate your stomach, you won't be eating their every day, not cooked bfast. As a Mexican, I know chilaquiles, and this is anything but chilaquiles. About 6ppl of our crew got sick. With so many choices out there, DO NOT come to this hotel. The one 🌟 is just so I can do my review. PS: Most of the washers&dryers are out of order, and the ones available, you have to run the dryer about 3X, which means $4.50 to dry

The front desk is NOT FRIENDLY. The carpet in the room was so DIRTY. My kid’s sole turned black just from walking around the room. I took a shower early in the morning and the container on the wall is empty. NO SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. I asked at the front-desk and they said they will refill. The next day i took a shower again, and still NOTHING. We have to ask downstairs every time during our 3D2N stay. They didn’t clean our room the next day. The key card does not work for the back door entrance. I like the location because its just by a convenience store and some restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Very clean, nice staff comfortable bed. It’s not a 5 star resort hotel but for my purpose it was perfect.

I travel often and have stayed in many hotels. This is the best Choice Hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel and facilities were clean and in working order. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and maintenance were beyond friendly and accommodating. I had one issue with the toilet not flushing properly but they fixed it promptly. Highly recommend staying here and if I ever return to that area I will guarantee I'll stay there again.

As a former front desk manager at a 4 diamond hotel. I find it that a good customer service with a smile goes a long way with customers. I stayed one time and the lady at the front desk seems unfriendly and annoyed with me asking for rates as I wanted to stay another night. At another time I ask if I could buy the water where I stood in other side of the counter. Instead of telling me sir, you can pay for it here she just stood there and told me the price and I end up walking up to her. The hotel could use some good smelly deodorizer throughout hallways lobby. It’s got this stench like body odor. However, the room is clean. The door in the bathroom door robe hanging metal piece was barely on there. I recommend the manager should look into their customers' service and quality. I would stay again, but if they could work on this area would really be a game changer.

Omg I have had the best experience in a hotel. I had to work thru Christmas and it was so festive. Thry decorated and had cookies and even a Christmas tree.. The staff is super friendly and house keeping is top notch. I love my stay thurs far. The best part of my experience is the supervisor- her name is Laura. She is so friendly, kind, calm, helpful and so efficient. She speaks well, smiles and is like this to every single guest every time. Her smile and attitude should be the staple for all hotels. She deserves her flowers

I stayed at in Room 206 at the Comfort Inn located at 91 Bonita Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91910 from Wednesday November 22nd, 2023 to Sunday November 26th, 2023 checking out that Sunday morning. During the 10 hour ride home my ankles started itching. The day after that they itched even more and I noticed bug bites on my ankles. I had to ask the front desk 4 times for help with the TV, every time I went downstairs to eat breakfast there was ALWAYS something they served that I wanted and was missing from the choices.

I love this hotel before. Big change now in housekeeping. MWF cleaning schedule and who wouldn't be annoyed if I have to call them just to remind them of the said schedule. One housekeeper even told me that they only change towels and sheets but vacuum should be requested. What kind of cleaning is that?! No wonder your regulars have chosen to stay in other hotels. Special thanks to Reina and Alicia for their dedication and hardwork to make this hotel survive bad comments.

I'm laying here right now at 6:30 in the morning, and you can hear a pin drop. It's that quiet. FABULOUS!!! Depending on your needs, this place is everything you'd want in a hotel. It is conveniently located, has generous breakfast hours (between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m.), and the rooms are clean and quiet. There is a gas station located across the street and a Burger King next door. There were some negative reviews, but our stay was nothing but pleasant.

The room was nasty not properly vacuumed nor cleaned, curtains had stains on them and room 304 has bed bugs. I was moved to room 125 same nasty room and itching. Customer service was okay but they didn't seem surprised by the lack of cleanliness. I want compensation for this stay it was horrible.

The worst and the dirtiest hotel ever! Lady in the front desk with tattooed eyebrows is so rude! The WiFi wasn't working and nobody did anything about it. The rooms had odour from smoking! The worst experience ever! And that lady working there should be fired asap. Doesn't deserve to be in the front desk!!

Customer's service was bad the night I checked in. I took s bath that night tub was stop up. The next day they could not/did not give us another room. Come to find out that they knew that the tub in that room was stop up. That's what the cleaning manager told us when she can in at 9:30am the next morning. We missed the wedding we were attending. Call comfort inn and the said that they could not accommodate me for all the mess I went through just for one night I had to pay $186 for nothing I would never booked with that company ever again

My parents stayed there 28 days while their home was getting repaired and the first room they had contained bedbugs. I had them immediately move them to another room. Also, they charged me $250.00 for a tiny parakeet in the room which was always kept in its cage. We were being charged the same rate for awhile then all of a sudden they started charging outrageous prices. The front desk people were kind and helpful. I was trying to add the video of the bedbugs but it would not upload.

Clean room, no one bothered us, breakfast waffles were good. The location is the best part and it’s next to restaurants and gas stations! We stayed for 3 nights.

I recently stayed here with my husband Jose. We were extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk. Some guy answered my question about the nightly rate. I took the room, thinking for this price the room must be extremely clean and nice. To my disappointment 2 times, on this same night. We were issued keys to our room. We where Disgusted by what we saw. The room was Filthy and stunk. We where given a room that had not been cleaned. We then went down the elevator to the service desk to notify them of the situation. We were then given a different room. You will not believe this. Again, we were issued a room that had not been cleaned. I then called them by phone to tell them what we found again. Some lady said she would send a new set off keys to yet another room. With all that is happening around the world, Covid-19, I think Comfort inn should take thing more seriously. Nobody ever apologized or reached out to us. To make sure everything was ok after we settled in. I believe someone should have. I know for sure I will not be staying there again.

Good place to rest after a day on the road. Comfy rooms and a convenient location. But smelly hallways. Rooms were good. Hallway smelt stuffy, humid, but not sure if it was just the humid weather that day or a recurring event. The included breakfast was ok, but they offer no salt for the foods, so the scrambled eggs were really hard to finish without salt. The waffles were good fresh. TV had no programs for streaming services but that's not a big deal. Cleaning staff were very polite. Location is useful, next to gas stations and fast food restaurants, with plentiful parking (no shade sadly). The nearby burger king has 1 star review averages as of this time due to staff shortages and not being open when it should so expect to eat at the Denny's instead. However, the traffic light right at the street entering the hotel is so stupid. It takes a full 1-2 minutes (2 cycles) just to make a left turn into or out of the hotel. But that's just me being impatient and is no way the hotel's fault, just something to note

Booked thru the main Comfort Inn site, was led to believe there was a indoor pool...not, when asked about it the cleaning lady was rude. Was put on 4th floor and can't use the stairs must use elevator! They were discusting. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.

The staff were wonderful to work with for our large group reservations. Sara, Renya, Mario, and more did all they could to make us comfortable. It's not fancy, but it's clean and served us well.

Comfort is definitely here at reasonable prices. Room had mini fridge, single cup coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Very comfortable bed. Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and area was clean and organized. Metro station was nearby . Hint: use cardkey with "C" in comfort close to you. Won't work other way.

I needed a room last minute and I got a very affordable rate here. Rooms are nice and clean with a flat screen TV bed was very comfortable I got the king bed. Young woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful and so was the security guard I went to the last Quinta across the street 1st but it was very busy so I decided to try the comfort inn. There's a two restaurants and two gas stations within walking distance good place to stay in Chula Vista can't beat the value!

This hotel has staff that are thieves! I had placed a cash deposit because I felt it to be easier to get it back the next day. I had been driving for days from Texas and needed the rest, when I entered the room given I noticed a smoking smell in the entire hallway. I was so tired I went to sleep. When I was ready to check out Alexis was at the front desk and said she had to inspect the room in order to give my deposit back. I informed her then that the hallway had been smelling horrendous for the last five hours, and was increasingly getting worse I was concerned it might be a dead body or something. When she came back, she said that the room had a cigarette smell, and she could not give me my deposit back. This was entirely untrue. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and I had not smoked anything else in the room. I told her that the hallway smelled disgusting and it was probably leaking into the rooms. She knew very well that that room, and that floor smelled like smoke. she had lied in order to take my deposit and probably pocket it. I insisted to speak to a manager, but she was the only person there that night. Every time I would call the manager after she seemed to be occupied, and she seem to be very busy.. how convenient, The Hotel only upside is the breakfast. Everything else sucks. The staff is rude and Alexis is a thief. My TV was broken my entire stay and I had no energy to get it fixed. on top of that-The housekeeping is overworked and there’s not enough staff to clean all the rooms. Don’t go here
