The manager seemed really decent. The maids and the other workers were very intrusive. I'm not sure if they kept banging against the walls purposely to aggravate me or to get my attention whenever they heard me up and moving around in the until.

I was staying here as part of an Inclement Weather Shelter program seeking refuge from a horribly cold, wet, and high wind winter storm. The desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Although the room accommodations were decidedly spartan and slightly outdated. . . the room and attached bathroom were very clean and neat. The decently finctional attached bathroom thankfully had an actual tub for bathing and plentiful supply of nice and very hot water. Exactly on point for my needs. The bed was clean and nicely made; as well as, slept well. The A/C worked well and easily kept the room environment comfortable. The TV was atypically sub-50", but had a quality display and the TV service was Cox Cable providing a decent amount of options. All in all was a much needed safe and warm *port in a storm" that made for a pleasant and uncomplicated overnight stay.

I knew that I booked a cheap motel, but I wasn’t ready! It’s neighboring a strip mall that consists of a smoke shop, a nail shop, a gun shop and a .97 store. The ceiling light in my room didn’t work. The dresser was raggedy and broken; there were burn marks all over the bathroom (where the smokers smoke in the non smoking room). Saving graces… there was a fridge and a microwave, features that are missing from a lot of higher priced rooms and even Motel 6s, and there is a 7-11 half a block away, otherwise, stay away if your budget can help it!!!

Rooms don't smell that good no wifi service is a little slow a bit noisy sometimes a lot of people smoking. I wouldn't recommend staying with a family. I'd say only come if you just want a quick cheap stay with some good stores nearby like the 7-Eleven across the street which is pretty convenient but other than that if you have a few extra bucks stay somewhere else.

Construction taking place. Rooms are newly remodeled. Staff is nice. Above normal noises in the hallways late at night. It sounded like sexual activities coming from next door all night.

Motel was basically full and had no choice but to get a suite and it was terrible. Not even 60 seconds in the room and we knew we had to get out of there. As soon as you opened the door, it smelled like maple syrup. The entry was dirty, the couch had holes in it, the bedsheet has blood and holes, and the bathroom even had piss in it!! The walls and floors were broken and it was terrible. Luckily the man was nice enough to issue us a full refund, but we had to show proof of the terrible room conditions

Love this place cus they're flexible and will work w you if u communicate but damn they're too expensive for such dirty and roach infested motel... Sorry not sorry

Dirty,No coffee No Towels No soap No Shampoo to loud and a lot of criminal activity.

It's okay for the quickie if u know what I'm saying 😉😉😜 but not for a extended stay. It is cheap and great customer service but not the nicest or most modern place I've stayed at

The hotel is super sketchy from the moment you walk into the front desk. They have no idea what is written in their policies so I needed to grab my copy and file a claim since I never got my deposit back wah wah . It was Better for me them doing that

Do not stay here! Not clean at all. Only stayed because there was nothing else vacant. Room smelled like cigarettes and roaches. Dirty walls, hairs in the shower and all over the restroom sink. The only thing good about this place was the night clerk who watched out for our car in the parking lot. Also a lot of homeless and drug attics were hanging around. There was a guy blocking the stairway high as a kite for like an hour. Drooling, sweating and could barley even stand.

If there was a way to leave negative reviews I sure would. We reserved a room online and when we arrived and entered there were roaches everywhere. There was pizza on the floors and nothing looked clean. Never again ! Worst part is when we asked for a refund the guy stated there is no refunds allowed and could only return the deposit. Terrible service and horrible room do not stay here.

It's safe, lenient. Deposit is affordable. A lot of movement all day and night but not noisy unless you're outside . They are pet friendly!¡!!¡

I want to give it no stars..the room was very smelly unsanitary looked like it was a hang out for drug deals. Hardly slept to keep an eye on my car.There was a big roach in one of the rooms. They were lucky there were no vacancies anywhere else and being that we were from out of town we had no choice. Serves as a lesson to book ahead. No more last minute road trips. This hotel really needs a total make over. And overpriced

Admittedly the motel was understaffed, but when we finally got the room it was perfect. TV worked well with great channels, everything was clean, blankets were cozy, towels and toilet paper worked fine, tub was big enough for a bath, there was a microwave and fridge and little seating area. It was all around, a perfect experience. And the staff that was there was very nice. Best of all, peace and quiet so you won't have to worry about being bothered. I passed out mid-day from pure comfort. Loved it.

The walls were dirty and smelly room. It makes you itched just by staying in this hotel. The bed sheets and comforter looks very old & not washed. Pillows were very flat & not fluffy. The fridge and microwave were old & nasty. A/C is not working. Most of the units were not plugged to the socket. You need an extension cord to plug the microwave & fridge. Some of the lights is not working. You can see a lot duct tape in the wall. It has a potential of becoming an Extended stay America. The room has a living room, little sink like a tiny kitchen. It needs a major makeover. I can’t recommend this hotel. I paid a lot & wish to get a refund.

Walk in the motel room roaches everywhere left automatically and got our money back don't go there the only reason why I have one star cuz I have to put a star on it but none should be for this place

Place sucks, the paint was peeling of the walls, floors were disgusting, there appeared to be a blood stain on the curtain, door to “living room” area was broke and appeared to be kicked in because the frame was broke and the latch was bent and no longer attached, hairs in the shower and sink, burn holes in the blankets, a/c doesn’t work, fridge was nasty, roof was falling in and was taped back with duct tape, stains on the walls, clerk cursed at my wife and told her that due to COVID they can’t have anyone to clean the rooms, there are druggies outside looking around at and under cars, people banging on doors, the entire place is definitely a health hazard. Please do not stay here.
