As
soon
as
I
got
there
I
knew
it
was
sketchy
due
to
the
location.
We
entered
our
room
and
it
smelled
like
straight
up
chemicals.
We
looked
around
and
immediately
decided
to
leave.
The
bathroom
tub
was
yellow
and
black.
The
toilet
had
stains.
The
windows
had
flies
and
looked
disgusting.
The
floors
were
filthy
as
if
there
was
mold
everywhere.
I
was
so
uncomfortable
and
was
definitely
not
staying
with
my
baby
there.
We
head
back
into
our
car
with
all
our
luggage,
I
get
to
the
front
desk
and
was
told
only
managers
can
issue
and
refund
and
that
it
is
possible
to
do
so
on
Monday.
Earlier
today
I
called
the
hotel
at
least
5
times
and
finally
got
someone
to
answer.
The
manager
proceeds
to
tell
me
I
can’t
get
a
refund
BECAUSE
I
CANCELLED
LESS
THAN
24
HOURS
IN
ADVANCE.
I
explained
to
him
I
did
check
in
and
explained
all
the
issues
with
my
room
and
he
still
said
a
refund
was
not
possible.
I
just
hung
up
on
him
and
called
Expedia
where
I
booked
the
room.
The
man
was
very
helpful
and
decided
to
process
me
a
refund
and
a
coupon
for
my
next
trip
because
the
hotel
failed
to
answer
his
calls
and
explain
why
the
refund
“wasn’t
possible:”
nastiest
hotel
I
ever
came
across.
