    3.1 star? It doesn’t even deserve 1/2 Star. The owners whom by the way live there run this Motel like 2star hotel in New Delhi. They check you in outside window like a prison. We had the power going in and out in the middle of night for multiple times and fire-alarm sensor going crazy. The AC wouldn’t work, we went down stairs and knocked the window for assistance, No one answered 😂 We went back to the room via stairs and couldn’t get back in because the key sensor wouldn’t work without power. We had to wait for the power to return, AC never came back. Room it self, you can hear everything as much as pin drop from the floor above. The bed covers and under covers all had holes, shower curtain smelled horrible. No manager and the owners do as they please. We stayed one; horrible night and run out the next. The best part was when we mentioned to the owners/managers the issue, they told us it’s normal for the area and power goes out every night, WHAT? Why was that not advertised!!!! Save yourself and don’t spend a night here. You will regret it. Don’t let the upgraded floors fool you, and that’s all the upgrades. The shinny floors fooled us. Elevator moves like a 80s shafts. Will never stay any Motel8 ever in that matter.

    The hotel was ok , I loved the wood floors , beds we’re comfortable, although very out dated . Had a fridge and microwave ( don’t see that any more ) big room , clean . , checking in we were told power would be out for 3 hours , only lasted one hour although we had to open windows due to no air conditioning ( because of power 😡) , and heard noise and traffic .😫🤬.. after a long drive , not kool . The tv was horrible bad picture . 👎🏼Although the man at front desk was very nice 😊 , told us there would be coffee and pastries 🥐 in the am only to find no coffee and the smallest granola bars 😝

    Reservation was canceled and I only found out when I called to inform them of late check in. I checked email and email clearly showed reservation was not canceled but to just call and update card information. They charged my card early! This triggered a cancellation! I inquired how to fix this and the condescending front desk rep said “Ma’am I am going to tell you this one time and one time only so pay attention.” Avoid this place like the plague. Customer service reviews on this are spot on

    The service was very very rude and they acted like they were up to something the women and the man beside the counter. Be careful folks staying there that smoke you have to smoke off the property it's a 200 hundred dollar fine for smoking on there property I won't be staying there ever again he'll no I won't go. But I will say the rooms are nice just the service is very very rude not nice at all. And I just found out I was double charged from these people be careful seems there trying to run a scam also I reported them to my bank.

    Negative stars if possible….Horrible, the front desk attendant first off checked my valid ID more than TSA secondly after me being very polite, he warns me that I cannot have any guests or I will be kicked out??( I was alone!)I’m checking in at 9:00 pm to leave at 5:00 am?? I had no guests?? Third no towels in the room, I politely asked for one single towel and was questioned as I were to steal the towels? This bar far was the rudest most unfriendly uncomfortable individual I’ve come across in the hospitality business. He tried to charge me $20 “extra” if the off chance I had a guest come by. Uh can you say crooked…. Room stunk, tv takes literally 40 seconds to change the channel I timed it. Horrible hospitality, you will get better treatment by a mugger.

    My husband and I were in town for the week. Booked this motel for two nights. The first night the key was not working. The second night the key stopped working. The fridge in the room leaked really badly. The tv signal was horrible as well. I normally don’t complain, I would’ve just left this alone. But, when I tried expressing my issues, the receptionist, “randy”, was extremely rude. He stated that he was not aware of these issues but knew that the fridge leaked because of the overflow of ice. Doesn’t make sense. His response regarding the keys not working both nights was because we put our motel key in our wallet and it wasn’t kept in the paper. We travel a lot, this has never been an issue. He was extremely unprofessional. When I asked what his name was, he rudely said “so this is what you do as your job?”. As I walked out, I said have a great day. His reply was “I hope you not”.

    Very very clean, needed a tub water stopper, service went to another room 2 get 1, 4 me. Parking is safe, 2 charging ports either side of bed which was by the way comfortable along with da pillows! Great price 4 VETS,

    Don’t stay here. My name is Dr. Jonathan Wilson. I booked a stay at Hotel 8 a in National City from Philadelphia through price line on 3/17/22. My father had died and I was in San Diego for his funeral. When we arrived there I was told there were BED BUGS by people in the parking lot and 7 -11 next door. I actually took photos of an exterminator. I canceled my stay and was still charged 529.00. When I called called Priceline.Com they told me to call this motel acting like a hotel to confirm my cancellation and that I did not stay? After contacting the manager RANDY C. personally He refused to confirm the canceled of my stay and refused to refund me the 529.000. They seem desperate for money because and did not have the professionalism to refund my money. Never stay here as they also have drugs sales and addicts around the property.

    I made a reservation for my wife and son to stay but we weren't aware of the "no guests" policy. When she told the front desk attendant that we were going to cancel, he was rude and extremely inappropriate and cursing at her in front of our young son. That's not how you're supposed to treat people if you want business. I'm never making another reservation at this location again.

    The hotel does not allow early check in and does not state that on the website. They deceptively state breakfast is included, but their breakfast area has been closed since COVID. They were stingy on supplies. There were two of us - we got two towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel. Nobody came to do housekeeping. The rooms don’t come with irons and when I asked an employee (who I often saw at the front desk) repairing something in another room , I was told to get one from the front desk. The employee who told me to go to the front desk was the only one covering the desk so he knowingly gave me the runaround. I would not stay there again.

    I checked in with my son and had to stand outside to do so.. I couldn’t hear the other person and had to ask for them to repeat. I found hairs in my bed before I even laid on the bed. There wasn’t a plug for our bath tub and for the 4 days we didn’t receive the proper amount of towels and wash rags we asked and was given a great deal more. There wasn’t a continental breakfast as stated and no pool. Every time we came in or out the person behind the desk stared us down that was inappropriate for me and felt odd. The one lady when we checked out was very nice. Please update the rooms and website, they need them

    Had a family members stayed for 1 night, they lost their phone so naturally I call thinking it will be automated I type the room number and get transferred without having to bother the front desk, right!? Makes sense. No, not here you have to call front desk to be transferred to the room manually, I was told by whoever was at front desk that night, heavy accent man, to call their cell phone and stop calling this is the last time I will transfer and that was it. My family checked out, went to a different hotel. So if you plan on being treated rudely then by all means stay here. My family is military, we travel lots, we know what good service is. And this is NOT it!

    Stayed here for 1 night. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and hot shower. Don't expect continental breakfast. The "breakfast" offered was coffee and chewy granola bars. The motel is right next to a 7/11, which is convenient.

    Just asked a question about what time breakfast was. He told me and when i said good night. He instead hangs up the phone with an attitude. Look you work here and need to be professional and have people skills. Learn how to communicate. Because getting reviews like this won't bring costumers. Be polite there was no need to slam the phone to hang up on me. It was pretty loud in my hear and now I got my ear ringing!! It's annoying and if the ringing in my ear doesn't stop. I will be speaking to your manager by early morning.

    Extremely rude. Booked 2 nights due to home fumigation, website says they accept service animals yet upon arrival I was told no animals & that I could cancel online then the man closes the window on me. I was 2 hours late for work as a result trying to find another hotel to accommodate me.

    The hotel was very nice and clean. But I didn't much care for the staff. I wanted to stay over an extra night on Christmas Day, and they said No, they were painting that day. They should have mentioned that when I told the guy the previous night that I may extend. I also felt like they were nosey and watching their visitors with distrust.

    I wish I could give a negative -100 to this motel. It’s a run down motel with poor customer service. The door knobs don’t work. You don’t get hot water and when asked the front desk person told to turn knob up and down and at any point you get hot water. I tried for 30 mins and didn’t get hot water. When told this issue to manager Patel. He was rude and hang the phone. Very rude service. Stay away from this motel.

    I have booked the hotel by looking online 2 queen beds, as traveling with my parents. I wanted to make sure, they do serve the breakfast because they do have to take their medication in the morning. But none of the amenities were provided . It says free continental breakfast, which they don't provide, they says the same reason due to covid they stopped it. (Even now flight restrictions were also lifted) no swimming pool (even it is mentioned too). I called the hotel before I reserve to make sure all amenities they provide is there, but they have lied on the phone as well. They said breakfast is served but they don't serve the breakfast. Please call before you go!! I booked for 4 nights, but then I canceled the other 2 nights and left the premises. Rooms were not up to the hygienic levels, you feel floor and room should be needed more cleaning. Anyways, I had really bad experience here and I canceled my other 2 days reservation and went to other hotel. Staff were nice and friendly.

    If you're just looking for a place to sleep for a few nights and don't expect any exceptional service, this is a decent hotel. When there was a small problem, someone was sent nearly immediately. Pleasant and quiet and in a decent part of town. We would stay here again.

    I am really pleased with their service. Hotel room service every day. Sheet and towels were replaced. Everyday beds were as well. Perfect location mall down the block. Restaurants around the hotels. Definitely will consider this hotel next time.

    Great for last minute scheduling. But good luck if you want to have a friend over or if you want to push your check count time like other hotels/motels in the area. Would recommend if all else fails other than that no.

    Dirty cabinets, Sticky Floor, No breakfast & no late checkout available. False advertisement on website stating that their is late checkout but their knocking on the door at 11 am on the dot! I understand its cheap but at least sanitize correctly if you’re going to be kicking people out right at checkout time!

    The hotel room was ok. Main qualms were they didn't provide enough towels and toilet paper for a 3 night stay. One hand towel & wash cloth isnt enough per day. Even though they said they had daily house keeping. Also the shower faucet setting was backwards often had lukewarm showers.

    The room was good and clean but as of 05/02/2022 they are not serving breakfast because of COVID it's ridiculous. Airlines are not requiring masks to flight

    It was very inexpensive BUT the room was dirty. Crumbs on the bed, hairs on the toilet, bathroom floor, sink, bathtub. Towels smelled musty. It looked as if they did not change any sheets or towels. The microwave and fridge were dirty as if I they have never been cleaned before. Just filthy and disgusting. There are other places that are just as inexpensive. No breakfast, no late check out even though the website says so. House keeper rushes you out of your room as if they actually clean the place. Terrible just Terrible

    Every single time I had to speak to the front desk they were disgustingly rude to me as if it was the biggest pain to even speak to me. Which lead me to cancel my reservation. In the cancelation email I have it states “ free cancelation before 10:59pm the day of check in” I canceled well before 10:59pm. They turned around and charged my account as if I never canceled. I’ve called to speak to a manager about getting my money back and front desk of course was rude all over again had to call multiple times to leave proper information down to make sure this manager can call me back. Front desk took my name and what happened then just hung up on me before even getting my number down. I absolutely DO NOT recommend staying here. They’ve been nothing but a complete nightmare to deal with.

    This place is horrible it smelled like urine outside of the building. The elevator Was broken. No air conditioning, the tv didn’t work and 3 cars were burglarized in the parking lot. And there were bedbugs in the bed. It was a nightmare

    As has been said before about this place...it's in a shady spot but hey I was only staying for a night, so it should do! 100$ off of priceline so I won't complain. Picked it cause it said breakfast was included (though it isn't due to covid, should really update that) We get there, check in, sign some papers, and go up in the elevator. Noticed it's kinda dumpy looking but whatever, it's 100$. Room is ok, not the best but not the worst. Weird smell in hallways. I will say they don't tell you about the security deposit they take out (100$!!) Which I'm still waiting for 3 days later. Why they get 2 stars, plus the one employee there acted like I was a bother when I asked a few questions/looked like he hated his job. I hate my job too bro but when you're on the clock, least pretend like you love it.

    Kinda sketchy vibe. And the room was dirty. There were hairs on all the towels. And I big ol wad of hair on the floor by the bed closest to the bathroom. The elevator barely worked. I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg with this place. We're only staying one night. Just praying a don't get bed bugs.

    Nice! Hot shower, nice spray, clean room and hotel, quiet, decent area, 7-11 next door. Nice staff. Comfy, but firm bed. A little dated, weird smell in hallway, but for 100$ room, ten out of ten would come back. remember to bring creamer if your a coffee drinker!
