100% the grosest hotel i've ever seen. The room had a horrible stench. Smelled so much like cigarette smoke. Everything looked so filthy. The hallways smelled like pee. The maids looked sketchy. They had bed sheets on the parking lot floor, they were getting ready to wash them. Immediately asked for money back and supposedly did get a refund but then had to dispute with my bank because turns out they didn't refund nothing. There's waaaay better motels with the same price range.

Loved it at first untill we got a taste of how they really were they turned the water off and noone could take showers yet still demanded everyone to check out by 11 with no shower .I mean that's what we pay for. The place was really dirty as well especially the parking lot. I was unloading my car and the police came with gun drawn to the car right next to me.. VERY DANGEROUS PLACE.BE CAREFULK

The motel was fine. The beds were fine and rooms was as expected. Not a 3star motel so cant expect everything to be in top shape. I didnt have a blow dryer and my shampoo had been watered down, I carry my own anyways. I didnt have a bathmat towel either but beds were comfy and fridge worked perfectly and custumer service was great not to mention that the price was the reason i stayed there. 100 when even one star motels at my vip sites were over 150 that day. So all in all palomarinn met my expectations.

The only reason I am giving only 4 stars in general is because the stairs weren't clean and smell like public lavatory, the rooms were very clean and bed, pillows and settings very comfortable

I stayed here many years ago and I got kicked out because I cussed out the manager for not transferring my phone calls to my room. Many years later yesterday matter fact I came and stayed again I enjoyed it the rooms are not the cleanest but the feds are big and comfy and clean plenty of furniture and the rooms are spacious and for eighty bucks for two beds you cannot beat that.

My grandparents said the room was fine, BUT I reserved their room in advance and thought i was also paying for their stay in advanced but I was very mislead reserving a room through the Palomar Inn website! Though I had to put in all my card information upon reservation, apparently, they do NOT charge the card on file that was used to make the reservation! This made check-in very confusing as it was presumed that the room would be charged to the card on file. (My grandparents are still worried we will be double charged for their stay! As they had to pay at check in) Having to enter card information gives the impression that I'm paying for that service at that moment or that, that information will be charged at check-in! So that I won't have to worry about it later. I would HIGHLY suggest this is fixed or they find a different method of making reservations without requiring credit card information if they're not gonna charge the card! It feels very deceptive and misleading in our opinion. Even if it states it somewhere on the site.

This picture is of the southbound lanes on the number 5 Freeway. The only picture I could snap was the northbound Freeway 5 bcuz there's no sidewalk on the other side of Palomar Street

Outside building looks rugged but room looks really nice and clean and up to date. Cold AC, comfy bed with crisp white linens. I was so happy to see they had an elevator. I slept well, had a hot shower and enjoyed a cup of coffee. Comparable in room to Mid level comfy family friendly hotels.

I just stayed at your hotel in the last month and I had the worst experience ever do you not screen the maids for drugs before you hire them. I observed one of the maids (Jessica) with a needle in her arm as she was in one of the rooms cleaning then later on I seen her at here car going back and forth meeting different people throughout the time I seen her that day. Do not stay here awful.

The desk clerk was really friendly. I enjoyed my stay there. My room was spacious and clean except I found hair in my bath tub. Free HBO channels and wifi. This place does more than the standard motels for a good price. They need to get rid of the dirty carpet outside.

This place was meant for a quick stay. It's a 2 story place, has an elevator and some vending machines, but that's all as far as amenities. This is pretty close to a shopping center with lots of different stores like a grocery store, clothing stores, an Applebee's, Party city, etc, and the trolley station is even closer. There's a gas station across the street, but the freeway is right there, so lots of freeway noise.

Awesome place. Staff is very smooth and inobtrusive. Rates are decent averaging around 100 after tax, at least when I went. Love the rooms, love how there are couches in the rooms. Wish the tvs were bigger. Wish they had longer stays available. They have never given me a hassle about anything ever. Quiet place but ideally located. No problems with parking!

Sketchy area, small parking lot with minimal availability. Little to no security to protect your safety. Saw 2 families nope right on out of there. The free wifi isn't worth it if you have another choice. That said you won't find somewhere that close to the freeway any cheaper.

Deluxe rooms are very comfortable and quiet...excellent cost/benefit ratio 😁 Location is great Ford shopping experiences at Las Américas outlet and downtown parks and museums.
