    My trash day is Friday. I called to set up a second pickup for my trash on my trash day, I was told to leave my bins out again and they would come by and pick them up on Friday between 6-7pm after they completed their routes, if not at the latest by Monday evening. Friday came and went. So did Monday, and Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday. I made multiple calls each day during the week and each day I was told they would be there that day. I had trash piling up in my house, diaper trash can overfilled, and everyday I was told they would come pick up my bins. No one from customer service or dispatch or ever the driver of a truck I spoke to could give any help or answer any questions. Just horrible customer service all around. But this is what happens when WM controls a monopoly on trash service for our city. DONT OFFER A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE. Again, I would have gladly paid for the service had it been completed. I would expect this type of service from the DMV or IRS.

    I have used them for years now, they always leave trash on the ground and slam the cans so hard that they shatter the bottoms. All that aside, I requested for bulk trash pickup and extra cab pickup for January 2nd. I put my cans out the night before, after hearing the truck go by I checked outside to bring the cans in. The truck driver had thrown my trash cans away intentionally, I waved him down and he told me he threw them away in the back of his truck because I didn’t pay to have the extra cans picked up. I had a confirmation email in my hand stating that I paid for and was supposed to receive bulk trash pick up that day and could he give me back my trash cans. He said that he wasn’t giving me s***, that if I really paid for extra trash pickup then I would receive a new can. I asked for his name and he refused to tell me his name. The entire neighborhood saw this happen and we all watched in disbelief. Do NOT expect good service from most of these drivers. I could not believe that he had thrown the cans away and smashed them, doesn’t seem like a good use of company property to me. I was able to get a pic of the truck number. They didn’t care to address the issue. Terrible company.

    I had questions and the office staff did a great job answering all of them. It was easy to schedule the larger items for pick up. Also, with the challenges so many companies have been facing they have always pick up my normal trash, recycle. there was a delay in yard waste, but they were so good at communicating beforehand, that there would be one. The drivers are always friendly and that is appreciated. As a society we have come to expect and rely on the waste management and with so many companies being shut down or not able to give complete service. We should all be grateful they have been able to work continuously over the last few years.

    My general trash can, the brown one, was accidently dumped by the collection truck 3 werks ago. No problem accidents happen. Called the customer service hotline I was told it was too late for same week delivery. This was almost 4 weeks ago. Still one trash can short...Come on Waste Management do better...

    My household trash is usually picked up on time & consistently. Requesting oversize pickup was also easy & picked up as scheduled. Unfortunately, drivers are not responsive when a missed pickup is required. Customer service is excellent over the phone.

    Service technicians are friendly, try to dump garbage without making a mess. When it's windy that's very hard to do. Get notifications when there is a change in schedule due to holidays. Easy to use to pay online. I have been happy with their service and also when I call in to pickup a large item.

    WM is pretty dependable. I know when they are coming and we are notified of weekly pickup delays. Only problem I have had is getting delivery of replacement receptacles when scheduled.

    Consistent and reliable removal of yard debris and trash weekly. Recycle is bi weekly. Appliance removal yearly as a DYI homeowner.

    Do not bother to request bulky item pickup from Waste Management. We tried at least twice over a period of several years; each time, they failed to show up on the appointment date. Each time, we called to let them know, and they said they would show up the next day. Of course, they never showed the second day, so we called again and were told they would show up tomorrow. Rinse and repeat for a whole week, at which point we gave up and paid a local company to haul away our items for us. Waste Management is the most unreliable company ever.

    It should be much easier to view the pickup schedule. When you google wm pickup schedule it sends you to a screen that mentions signing up for account. Just let me pop in my address.

    Great service and great attitude. Goes way beyond a "trash pickup service." Never and problem (well, maybe getting through on the phone with their new phone system. Maybe they'll fine tune it.)

    Your canisters will break and when they do you better hope they are in stock. Other wise you could have to wait up to 6 weeks or more for replacements. I wish something else was available.

    Hello, up to this point your service has been great. A year ago your service was questionable, drivers weren’t coming a day late and we had to call your customer service.

    While I do use Waste Management for trash, etc pickup and they give great service - I do not know why I received this request to “tell about my experience”, because I did not go to the Moreno Valley Transfer Station. Perhaps they should check IDs?

    For myself I am quite satisfied with Waste Management, Moreno transfer station. Pick up is done regularly, billing notifications and other service notification are provided.

    How are you doing? The truck took one of my cans and never replaced it and calling for 4 months with no answer. No replacement can and still being charged full price

    Communication to customer is very good. With 3 rentals in back as well as my own home it is important to know what and when changes happen due to holidays and etc. WM is very dependable, and leaves the area neat.thank you.

    WM needs to work on their reliability and consistency of when they say they are going to replace trash dumpsters. In mid-November I requested two of my dumpsters be replaced. I went on-line and saw my order, but WW never followed through. I called this AM and talked with a representative. She said WW would definitely replace my dumpsters on Jan. 3, 2024. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Absolutely terrible. 1 star is too many. Either my recycle or green bin aren’t picked up regularly, then they blame my neighbors trailer for being in the way except if it was in the way the trash would not have been picked up either. After one of my bins is missed I have to call 3-4 more times and maybe it’ll get picked up another day but 99% of the time I have to wait until the next regular pickup day. The people on the phone seem to not care and sound like they’re reading off a script. We definitely need another company to add some competition so that WM pulls there heads out of the rears and starts doing what they’re paid to do.

    This company has gone down in service and performance. I can’t imagine how the CEO can let this mishandled company keep going. I know this is not what he strives for! From hidden billing increases to unannounced waste cart removal, literally removing and leaving me with no means of disposing my waste because they took my carts AGAIN!! It is simply frustrating and I cant choose to have CR&R as my waste disposal company in my area which would make life easier. *****Update: 12/28/2023 I have noticed a significant difference in the company’s performance and efficiency. The unexpected billing fees have been removed and the service has increased substantially. This is a new company for what I’ve seen. My waste carts have been refreshed to the national standard and the new drivers have a more positive attitude and are attentive to the customers needs. I truly hope this continues and keeps traction since I have been a WM customer for over 20 years, this is the level of service I have grown accustomed to. So a new thank you to the drivers and service personnel alike. JB.

    Overall, I am happy with the service. However, recently a repair/replace service did not go as originally planned. The original ticket was closed with no action taken. After making a follow-up comment, the issue was resolved.

    I can always count on timely service with WM. They also keep customers informed with the change in schedules when there is a holiday. You always know what to expect, and you don't have to worry about your trash piling up without knowing when pick up is. They keep you informed, and there website is up-to-date with information.

    No recyclable pick up on our regular Thursday trash day and had to call the next day to have it picked up. 1st they accused me of not putting bin out soon enough and I told them I did and I guess the whole block put theirs out late too because the whole block did not get picked up. Then he tells me that according to the driver's log, he picked up the recyclables' bin. So still trying to put the blame on me. WM finally told me they would send someone out to pick up by 8 pm. No pick up by 8 pm Friday. I used their chat on Saturday as they don't answer phones. What can I say, they are worse than being on the phone. The chat personnel are arrogant and condescending in their replies. Just poor customer service and it was their mistake as they did not pick up recyclables in the 1st place. Bin was picked up on Tuesday as most of the neighbors had taken their bins off the street already. Association rules about leaving bins on street after regular pick up day. Not the 1st time this has happened. I'm sure it won't be the last. But who else can I use to pick up my garbage? Poor customer service!

    Left my recycle container behind did not pickup emptied. Route operator lied saying he did pickup I was sent a video showing a container being dumped who knows from where that is no proof does not show container number or address residence location of work being completed.

    Never had any issues with Waste Management. They are always always consistent and extremely detailed when it comes to keeping your property clean after they pick up your trash.

    My main complaints are with their bulk item pickup service which is restrictive, inconsistent, unprofessional and does not occur when scheduled. They do not call to reschedule, explain or apologize for their lack of or terrible service. Also, WM raises their costs annually with no improvement to their service. Why?
