Recently I started on my project car and encounter many random and oddball problems. I went into this Autozone in San Ysidro to solve the problem myself, but to my very pleasant surprise, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Jonathan (I think that is his name) was very helpful. I went back and forth like four times that day, and every time Jonathan was there to assist me with tips and advice on what I can do to solve the issues. I am very please with the level of customer service of this store (this is a rare in San Ysidro, unfortunately).

I was provided with great customer service from an awesome person named Lupita T. she is always eager to help me And most of all has never given me the wrong parts, which is very helpful when I start assembling a car to have the right parts. Well this store has a lot of parts and tools they can test your car, batteries, check engine light, and some can test your started. Prices are ok. Oh and you can accumulate points after you bought more than 20 dollars you can got 1 point then after 5 points you can use 20 dollars in wherever you want.

Was given a different set of brake pads, than what I paid for. Was told I could return, buy new ones, replace the others,and then return them. Only problem is I live on the other side in Mexico. So probably 160 kilometers for the back and forth, plus the time involved waiting to cross the border, gas. So the salesman blamed the installer,which has been changing brake pads for years, even though the pads I paid for were not the actual ones I paid for. But a model that will work, but maybe the cheaper pads. Not real happy.

Great place for car parts and customer service. They do not service vehicles here only sell car parts. They have the best prices and can beat anyone price for the any part.
