Of the two employees, one of them acted normally, however the other employee who wears a hair bandana has a severe rudeness attitude issue & the female owner of this shop acted extremely creepy, invasive, & unsafe to be around - no manners at all of professionalism and respect. I cringe at the thought of going there ever again. No other business I have ever been to have has given off that kind of disturbing vibe before. I would not recommend this business to others.

First and foremost I just wanna recognize Bianca for her excellent customer service. She is the reason I still even come into PB to fulfill my shipping needs.I also want to acknowledge her because she not only provides awesome customer service she actually cares and there isn’t many places you can go these days and feel like they care about your needs so it shows me she’s not all about taking money from her customers it’s about keeping a relationship with them…I will continue to support her small business if I could give her more stars I would.. I hope she reads this and puts a smile on her face😀

I was in last week to ship several packages & needed a lot of help! Bianca was very professional & super helpful! I will be shipping my packages from there from now on!! Highly recommend opening a mailbox if you’re in need of one! The process is super easy & this store is very respectful of your mail!

I don't have a mailbox through them, I just use them to ship the occasional package and I've always had a great experience here. Their hours are better than the post office and they've always helped me find the cheapest solution that still met my needs for time vs. tracking.
