    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS JUST AS BAD.!! I absolutely regret purchasing anything from this company! I spent over $1400. Worst decisions I made trusting Daniels. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I called and requested to speak to a manager the representative left me on hold for over 10 minutes.. Started helping someone else. I had to hang up and call back. Left my number to have her call me and she NEVER DID. Do not waste your money here.!

    The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a week's time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

    Great friendly attentive customer service. Amazing selection and broad variety of jewelry to choose from. Went to several other shops in the same plaza and only this one had exactly what I was looking for. Happily spent over $150 with no regrets. Carolina is the most professional young lady i've met thanks to her i had the best shopping experience.

    Worst customer service ever, if your not making a purchase they have an attitude about helping you. I was sold a "Lifetime warranty" a couple years ago, I went in to get the item repaired over two weeks ago. When I went in they said "Lifetime warranty is only effective for two years". I paid out of pocket to fix the item, and was told I would get it back at the latest two weeks. It has now been 18 days and I called the store and was told the item is not ready...and could not give me a date of when it would be ready. Extremely unprofessional, will not be buying or repairing anything here again.

    I am not impressed, my husband got me an engagement ring and wedding band. In less than 2 years I had a total of 5 stones fall out of my engagement ring, luckily I had a warranty. Their jeweler told me the ring wasn't made to be worn everyday which doesn't make sense if they know it's an engagement ring and they tried to tell me they didn't know it would be an engagement ring 🙄. They helped me get a replacement, still had to pay extra but they gave me a deal for all the hassel. I was sad to have to give up my dream ring and I am not impressed with the quality of their rings.

    Terrible customer service!! Came in near closing time but was told I couldn't be helped because the transaction would take too long. In a day a age when people are struggling you'd think they'd want the business. I guess they have better things to do than sell merchandise while working a sales job.

    Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and professional. They have few different financing options and the ladies explained each and every options very thoroughly. If you need an engagement ring or even a simple gift for someone special come shop at Daniel's jewelers in plaza bonita you won't be disappointed.

    Horrible customer service Purchase three rings from this place and I came to get them cleaned and some tall b bald head guy refused to clean them very disappointed will shop here again !!! They’re only interested in you purchasing that’s all 😡😡

    The details of my long does not explain to me it was not explained to me that I would have to pay $60 per ring size I didn’t get all the girls that was offered at that time the sales representative was very slow and not knowledgeable upon her job

    I was shopping for an addition to my wedding ring but I also needed my ring cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned without mentioning that I was also shopping. The woman was so rude to me. She set my ring in water, left it for a couple of minutes, dried it off and handed it back. It wasnt clean at all! I left without shopping any further. I walked downstairs to a different jewelry store, they were kind, cleaned my ring and were in shock when I told them my ring had been cleaned 5 minutes earlier. Guess which store will get my business?

    Sales people are too pushy. None the less, they will tell you they wanna run your credit to see how much your approved for or they won't waste their time with you. This place has horrible horrible customer service.

    AVOID REPARS AT THIS LOCATION!!! Lost a lifetime customer. I brought a ring in for repairs, a missing accent stone. Issue #1, I was notified the repair was complete but when I came out to pick up the ring was told that they actually had LOST the ring, found it, and that the repairs were not actually even done. So I left the ring again for the repair. Issue #2 I came back to pick up the now repaired ring, the accent stone had been put in, BUT THE CENTER STONE WAS NOW LOOSE. The associate asked me to leave the ring again for the jeweler to fix. The next day received a call stating that the loose center stone was not their fault. So I basically paid for them to ruin my wife's ring. NEVER USE DANIEL'S FOR REPAIRS, THEY WILL LOSE AND RUIN YOUR RING.

    I'm giving 4 stars to the really awesome girls who helped me after the first time I went and got my ring sized I wish I got their names and I'm only writing a review to explain my experience because the first lady (Judy or Trudy) who did help me and my husband was super rude and had big attitude towards us for no reason, but we still said nothing back to her. All we wanted was for my ring to be resized and she was answering calls at the same time. I got my ring back the same day and it was way smaller than what she sized me using the "finger sizer" they had. I know people make mistakes but the customer shouldn't have to pay double for it. I called back to see what I can do but they wanted to charge me again but I had explained to them what happened how she wasn't paying attention and the girl over the phone was so patient and agreed to help so I appreciate that from her. The next day I go in, the lady (Judy or Trudy) had an even bigger attitude and tried to make us pay again and she was not even trying to let me explain anything. She's very good at yelling and not taking responsibility for her actions. She took advantage of her position and tried to start a big argument with me in the store. This was a day before my wedding and I'll never forget the way I was treated by this bitter lady. If you go to this store ask to be helped by someone else other than her. I don't know why people like this work in this type of places if they are so rude and take advantage of customers. Never going back here.
