I took in a sterling silver Virgin Mary ring to get repaired. The medallion part had broken off and needed to be soldered back on. Nothing big, fancy or expensive, but it had a lot of sentimental value to me. They treated it like it was a fine piece of diamond jewelry and gave it back to me looking brand new! I could barely tell the soldering was there but it was SOLID and that medallion wasn't going ANYWHERE. They even polished it for me! Plus, they were reasonably priced! I was so happy with their service! Thank you! I will definitely recommend and go back!

This is the third time I have used Roberto’s and I have always been very pleased with their exceptional and efficient work. This time I took my gold wedding band that needed to be enlarged to a bigger size and it was completed in an 1 1/2 hours and polished and perfect, they even polished my engagement ring to match - looks like new! I also took some scrap gold and couldn’t believe how much they gave me for it, I usually just donate it to charity. Definitely a place worth going to and their jewelry selection is just gorgeous!

Extremely satisfied and will be using them for all future jewelry needs. Stopped in to have a ring repaired that got bent when I fell. I was told it would be ready the next day. Sure enough the next day it was ready and it looked amazing! The resized, fixed it, and had it sparkling better than when it was even first purchased. Once I got home I realized one of the tiny diamonds on the band was missing. Stopped back in the next day and explained that I didn't examine it before dropping it off. It could have fallen out when it got bent or possible fallen out during the repair. Immediately I was told don't worry about we will make it right. I was willing to pay as I had no way to know when it actually fell out, I was not blaming them at all. He said, no no it's fine. Great people and great service!

I love that Roberto’s Jewelry is a family owned business. Their service is excellent and turn around was amazing. I had my wedding set cleaned and re-rhodium in about an hour. Dropped them off in the morning, they sent me a courtesy text to let me know they were ready. Roberto was so nice and told me whenever I’m in the area to pop in for a courtesy cleaning in the ultrasonic machine. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Came to get a prong on my wife’s wedding ring tightened up/fixed. They were able to do it right on the spot, despite the jeweler already working on a task as I walked in. Took care of that for way lower than I was expecting to pay. Since the price was so good, I decided to pay for a cleaning. The cleaning was for a great price also. They were able to get it done in an hour just as they said they would. It looked like brand new ring. Wifey was all hugs and kisses when I brought home her ring!
