I was visiting my parents in Cali and was in need of repair for my Pearl necklace. I just moved to nyc and didn't have any relationships with jewelers there. My family has been patronizing this establishment for in excess of 20 years and brought me here. I now see why !!! Mr. Reichert took exceptional care of me. I was only there for a few days -- so the necklace had to be shipped to me. It arrived in mint condition in a timely manner. We found our new jeweler !!! 5 enthusiastic stars.

Have been a long time customer at coin mart jewelry. I had a pendant custom made that I couldn't find anywhere. Not only did it come out exactly how I wanted it, but it was the best price I found in all of San Diego. I also sold a old ring there and they offered the best amount possible. Making sure i left very satisfied. The staff is great and very professional. Ask for Christine or Kurt and they will take care of you.

Finally found some quality gold earrings :) The selection is wide with a variety of every style and jewel. I could spend hours in there! Also, the prices are extremely fair. Christine helped me to try on every pair that tickled my fancy. After buying a pair, I decided later that I wanted to exchange them for another pair I was looking at. They happily exchanged the pair for me. I will be back to have my wedding band adjusted or maybe even replaced. Good spot for quality.

They advertise that they have the highest appraisal for your gold if youre selling it to them, but actually it is the opposite, they will appraise your gold the lowest in the whole San Diego! No wonder they got big office ! They have been scamming People who needs cash immediately! They have been preying for people who sells their precious jewelries for emergency cash! Pls dont go to this coin mart!!!! Instead go to cash co they are the real deal!!!!

I was blown away by the level of customer service at Coin Mart Jewelry and I'm a bit hard to please. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant experience anywhere else. Workmanship (had my engagement ring sized), pricing and inventory (found a state piece that matched my ring beautifully) were all excellent as well. Cannot say enough good things. Wish every business was as professional, friendly and knowledgeble...the world would be a happier place indeed.

I was blown away by the expertise, customer service and friendliness at this place. They did an amazing job at sizing two rings and gave me an excellent deal on a beautiful state piece that matched my vintage engagement ring beautifully. The rings were ready before the expected date and they called me right away to let me know. They took payments over the phone for a layaway item and within a day or two got my receipt on the mail with a hand written thank you note. These folks really know what they're doing.
