DO NOT GO THERE! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES! I gave them two weeks to fix my glasses that only needed to reattach the ear part to the frame. They crazy glued the edge, they melted the plastic frame, and they left them more broken and crooked than when I first took them in. I asked for my money back and they refused to even give me half. I payed them $55 to break my glasses. They were also very unprofessional raising their voice at me and offending my family. They called my dad a liar, they called me dumb when I said I could've done the job myself (since they only crazy glued it) they called me stupid when I told them 2 weeks was enough time to fix the glasses, and also a liar for saying the date i dropped them off (that was clearly stated in the reciept). Terrible experience. I tried to get my glasses professionally done, and they did a job I could have done at home without breaking them more. Save yourself the stress, trouble, money, time, and dignity by not going there to only get yelled at and your family cussed out in front of other customers. The old guy with the glasses made a fool of himself when he was the only one yelling and getting aggressive.

Went to get my wedding ring cleaned up, since last jeweler wasn't so great. The owner was horribly unprofessional, even refused to work on my ring. He even called me names. Was not expecting to be disrespected by the owner who was very rude. Is no wonder this place has too many bad reviews, owner is not customer service skills educated. I'll never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Contacting M and M was the highlight of my day yesterday. Their kindness and concern for my welfare was overwhelming and brought tears to my eyes. A tiny screw in my glasses had fallen out and lost which made it impossible to replace the lens. This made it difficult to drive to have it replaced and my extra glasses were unavailable. They took great care in providing me with alternatives but I opted to walk to their business. My glasses were repaired expertly, timely and inexpensively. When you can be anything in world you want, just be kind. I definitely will be doing more business with them. Thank you.

My husband had a break in unique rimless glasses. We were in and out in 20 minutes with perfect glasses. We found the staff helpful and friendly. I am sad that there are one star reviews. 20 years ago, my husband, fiance came to this shop for a custom made Christmas present for me, still perfect.

I honestly don't know why this place has such low reviews. I've been coming here for 5 years now and never have had a bad time. The staff is friendly, funny, and helpful. I can't count how many times I broke my glasses and they saved me 100+ dollars on the repair. I have bought rings here for my fiancee and we come back ever so often to have them resized.

I have been bringing my jewelry here for years and my father even more so. Mike is honest and two ladies are a great help. I have NEVER had a problem with their service or work. A couple of times they were not able to help me but directed me to the right place to resolve any issues I had. Fair prices, fast, and honest!

My first time visit here was a pleasant experience. People are friendly, and helpful. Asked me questions to better understand my repair request, offered alternate suggestions to give me more options. Frankly, I like this place. Looking around at all kinds of jewelry and they dont seem to mind if your just looking. Real People here.....
